If I could rate lower I would. Expensive and the room was not in working order.

We ate breakfast here, the waitress Jennifer was awesome..food was good and it was decorated so nice

Haven't stayed in the hotel, but have done a bit of gambling in the casino. They have a smoking and non-smoking section.

I was taking a picture of my husband having fun and was told I could not have my phone camera take a picture of him . They actually told me I could not not have a copy of policy or procedures. And they have NOT 1 sign regarding this! Vegas does not have this rule!

Comfortable clean modernish rooms with beautiful view of moutains and the river. The food was not impressive but the service and view made up for it. The casino was great cool home style type game promotions plinko spin the wheel etc lots of slots one electronic black jack table also they a non smoking casino . The pool was shallow and the hot tub wasn't hot . But overall really enjoyed my stay and we will be back.

Great Place to stay very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Also priced very well.

I was a little hesitant about staying at a small town casino hotel, but this was a pleasant surprise. Stayed 1 night in the newer falls building, it was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for under $200. The walk in shower with stone-like tile felt much more upscale. Great stay overall.

Decided to swing by the casino after hanging out at Silverwood with family. Enjoyed a couple of hours in the casino's 3 different rooms. We liked that they have added more games since the last time we were there. Slots were not too tight so we were able to actually enjoy ourselves!

The biggest complaint was the bed - it wasn't very comfortable. The balcony we got was one of the only ones that doesn't face both directions on the river. Otherwise, it was a nice stay in a clean room at a pretty spot within short walking distance of downtown.

This is my destination whenever I have a few days off for fun and relaxation. The hotel is comfortable and accommodating, the staff is friendly and efficient. The casino is great fun and the spa is a great place to relax. The pool area is always clean, it has a retractable roof for the summer and a glassed in area for the winter. This place feels like home to me but better.

This is one of my favourite hotels and towns. I love the river view and charming small town. There's also a wildlife refuge which is quite beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay!! We enjoyed every minute. Staff was very professional. Rooms were beautiful and well appointed...just lovely! Food was terrific and service could not have been better. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel was nice and springs restaurant was good, but I was totally disappointed with the casino. Neither my husband or myself could catch a break on any machine.stayed for 2 days and lost a small fortune.

We had a great view of the river. It was relaxing and we enjoyed the casino. The restaurant had good food and friendly servers.

Room and view from balcony were beautiful. Beds clean and great for sleeping. Shower fabulous. Casino had 3 rooms, 2 smoking, 1 non-smoking. Not our best casino experience, but still had a good time.

Had a great time the renovated room was very nice. Great meal and service was great. We always try and make a trip up there at least once a year. Would recommend it to anyone.

over priced for what you get, clean rooms but the rest of the place not so much, you can hear every guest in the rooms above and beside you

The casino doesn't offer any good bonuses or anything else for that matter but its gambling

The casino is just okay. Usually we go in planning to lose our money then eat at the restaurant, which has okay food.

Nice place to stay. Bed was cozy and the pool/hot tub were a bonus.

The staff went above and beyond when I scheduled, and when I requested a few things to be done for my parent's to have a special night away. The hotel is beautiful!

Clean and very nice rooms along with friendly staff. Great food at the price... the casino on the other hand is horrible. Might as well throw your money into the water. Less then 30% payback. Put 100 in a only got my bet back once!!!! Extremely hard to get a bonus and You can tell it s bad when you get excited for a bonus and see people gather around thinking you got something good only to be disappointed to only win $.31 cents on 11 spins betting 1.80.

Inexpensive senior menu, esp for breakfast. Lovely view of the river. Food has improved recently. I'm not a gambler but that's available too. Massage therapist was quite good.

Had a great time! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Casino is fun a wide variety of slots. Staff at both hotel and casino are helpful and friendly.

We were there for a anniversary party for friends. Nice for that too.

The spa services are nice, there's an indoor pool, the food is so-so but the ambience and view of the River is pretty. The casinos don't pay, you'll lose money for sure.

My stay a Best Western Plus Kootenai River Inn was very nice. Very clean rooms, housekeeping was wonderful. Didn't like having to go outside at night to get to my room, but everything else was good. I would recommend eating a the restaurant, the food was to die for.
Front desk was a little short on patients.

This has become a regular getaway for us. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the service is excellent. On the rare occasions when there is a small matter requiring attention, it is dealt with promptly and efficiently. We enjoy our stays immensely and highly recommend this hotel/casino.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The view is beautiful and everyone is friendly.

I am a diamond member and have stayed here a lot. But this last time was bad no control over the pool parent was not watching their kids, flipping, diving onto younger kids if you have cameras then use them!!!

Its ok I wish they would change up the Canadian machines every once in a while I'd like to play a couple of there machines too and I'm in there more then them probably

The fish and chips were really tasty. I also has a huckleberry lemknade delicious. I was able to watch Eagles and Osprey fish in the Kootenay River while I had dinner. The service was really good. Lots of staff on so there was little waiting time.

Upon arriving the front desk staff were very helpful in getting a room for us. Their demeanour was very welcoming.

The accommodation was very clean, the mattress was quite comfortable.

Overall I would recommend this facility highly, to others.

We go every year for our Anniversary. The best customer service. Beautiful River and mountain views. Great Resturant "The Springs". Great Service. Machines are a bit tight but fun.

As always, the food was delicious. The service was questionable. After we had ordered and should have been getting our food, the server came by and said that the station he had placed our order was not communicating with the kitchen and that our meal was just now being cooked. There was no offer to reduce the price of the meal or anything. And water - we finally had to flag down another server to get water - it was never offered again. Who trains these people?

This hotel is a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious, complimentary breakfast very good.

So this casino is kind of ghetto fabulous. I mean I've never stayed in the hotel but if you wanted to get away for a weekend this would be kind of cool probably. Good luck trying to win any money though. I think I've been there a dozen times and really have not won any money.

This was a fine hotel. I've stayed at Best Westerns before where the hotel was part of a casino, and even the non-smoking rooms were permeated with the smell of smoke. Not the case here. I had a clean smelling room and a nice view of the river. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine as well. The pancakes were the size of a dinner plate!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Kootenai River Inn. The staff and surroundings were beautiful. Will go again this year.

I love the fact the rooms are so close to the casino! I love their prices for breakfast for room service. They also have a great salad bar! Every time we go for dinner is always packed. Get there early. I can't wait to go again, great hospitality.
