Housekeeping stole my daughters airpods 2 days ago. Her phone shows they are "out of range" yet she never took them out of the room. I would not ever ever stay here again.

I travel a ton and stay at many hotels including a lot of Best Westerns. This location is fantastic. The service is great!! The people in the lounge are some of the most friendly people I have met at a hotel. Great breakfast including omelette and egg station. Close to everything including Silverwood Theme Park. I wouldn't stat anywhere else in town.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The breakfast was awesome!!!

This is an excellent place to stay will stay here again when we come back

I would give this 4 stars except for one thing...Do not get a room near elevator or enter/exit door. I got no sleep for to endless noise.

It was very clean and we appreciated it. Just a couple things, there was a shady $25 surcharge on our bill. The girl at the front desk said it was because it's "a tourist town." We already paid room tax and occupancy taxes so be sure to check your bill carefully. I asked them to remove it since she couldn't really say what it was. And the breakfast staff was overwhelmed all 4 mornings we were there which made them kinda surly. The night waitstaff were much chiller and very helpful.

This is a nice place to stay. The on site restaurant and bar are good. The pool area is beautiful. The hotel is located next to the freeway, but it is very quiet. Only down side is the location is not "walker friendly". Plenty within walking distance, but too much traffic and not scenic.

I enjoyed my stay. But their accounting dept. Tried to over charge my two night stay. But this is a wonderful Hotel to stay in.

The Best Western Plus hotels that I've stayed at have been great! They aren't over-priced and are very comfortable. The breakfasts that are included in the room price are much better than conventional continental breakfasts that most hotels offer. They are like ordering off a regular menu.

I cannot say enough about this place! I love it so much I plan my trips north just so I can stay here! The amenities, the staff, the location to everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer is spectacular!

Hotel was clean but funky wet smell in our small room. Asked not to be on the highway - they kindly put us 1 room in. Staff very friendly and helpful. For the money what more can you ask.

Absolutely wonderful place. Lounge and restaurant. Big pool and hot tub. Price is about average but onsite amenities make up for not having to leave to eat. Shower needs a lot more pressure. Beds are very comfy and clean.

The renovation of this hotel is wonderful!
The rooms are comfortable, clean and new! The morning restaurant is very nice. Everything worked perfectly in the rooms and the bed was very comfortable.

The highlight though was definitely the friendly attentive and very helpful staff.
I was on crutches and anyone I bumped into asked if I would like any help, from the front desk to the restaurant and the maintenance and cleaning staff!! I felt very cared for :) They were all genuinely friendly and provided excellent quick services all around!

The room and hot tub was great, and the food in the restaurant was very good. But the cable TV system was kind of hard to understand, there was the paid movies and live TV channels but no guide of what shows were currently playing.

Hotel was immaculate, service was awesome, great rooms for the price.

This place couldn't be better! They are pet friendly, you actually get pet amenities for the fee. The staff is super nice and the rooms are great. I will definitely stay here again.

It was very cold today. I don't believe there was a need for the AC this morning. Otherwise the food was good and service was great.

Clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast. When we checked in, i told the clerk we needed a room for 1 night for sure but might stay as long as 3 nights. He confirmed he had availability and assigned a room. The next morning we stopped by desk and we were told that our room was assigned to another incoming guest who had made a special request and we would have to move to another room. While the staff was courteous about it, i thought it inappropriate to make us move after we had already checked in.

Had a 3 day conference here. Staff was very pleasant...let us check in an hour early and impressed with how clean all facilities were kept. Pool and hot tub were very clean..work out room had nice equipment. Cherry on top of my stay was the complimentary breakfast! Really enjoyed how close the hotel was close to everything! Yes my next trip to Coeur 'd Elaine I would stay here again!

It was a good stay. We enjoyed our stay for short it was .The breakfast was great if you leave hungry it's your fault .But my own fault of the hotel is the Lounge it's a little pricey for drinks even for local beers. But other then that it was good thanks

Great Place! Good breakfast, and the staff is so nice!

My work Christmas party is always here. The food is great, the venue is nice, and the service is wonderful. The bartender Scott always does our party and he is so kind, friendly, and welcoming. He makes the night just that much better and everyone at work loves him. Honestly, the only negative I can think is that they clean up the appetizers and dessert way too quickly so if you don't pay attention and socialize too much, you'll miss out. but I mean I am picking at the smallest thing to an absolutely wonderful experience.

Stayed here from July 19th and 20th. Very clean room. Pool was nice to swim and kid friendly (max depth 5'6) and has hot tub. Breakfast has lot of options including custom made omelette, waffle, donut, fruits etc. Very close to the lake and has Walgreens, Pizza hut, Mc donalds and other stores nearby

I attended a company Christmas party here and the quality of the service was phenomenal. The environment was clean, the food was amazing, and the staff was extremely helpful.

My daughter had a deca debate here she had a good time!

Great staff, great breakfast! Room was a little noisy, but I was located closer to the main lobby area. Access off the road can be tricky in times of high traffic. The hotel restaurant food (Mulligan's) was very good!

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my kids had a great Christmas experience. Offering things I didn't even know were possible! Milk and cookies whole reading a story in an elf costume??? Who thinks about that? They covered everything and the attitudes said they cared. Our cruise to the North Pole was cancelled and they offered a lower rate and then pointed out when new shows opened the next day. They handled the tickets and everything. Breakfast was amazing as well. This is by far the best hotel experience I've ever had. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

This was our first stay. It was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The breakfast potatoes were the bomb. The make your own waffle and cereal satisfied my son. They had lots of healthy choices too. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay so much, we stayed on our return trip home.

Best breakfast at a hotel! Made to order omelets, donuts made while you wait, great oatmeal, variety of fresh fruit, eggs and meat. Clean and comfortable rooms too. Easy access off interstate and short drive to beach and resort.

Best Western Plus hotels have proven to be consistent with their clean rooms, good food, price point and availability. We have been very pleased with the size of the rooms, and amenities. Beds are always comfortable and have plenty of pillows and light. So far very satisfied. Would definitely recommend the PLUS HOTELS for any family or friends.

Had a fantastic week there the staff is wonderful and very attentive, they even brought milk and cookies to our room. The rooms where clean the beds comfortable, they even have shuttles to the resort and downtown area, loved my time there with my husband for our anniversary. Great big thank you to the staff you are all great!!

Nice staff, great free breakfast (restaurant quality in my opinion), and this location is close to a lot of things!

Free Breakfast was better than most out there, with a wide spread. They provided waffles, bacon/ sausages, eggs, bagels, fruit, yogurt, home fries, French toast, and biscuits and gravy. The gym had a good variety of equipment and the hotel restaurant/ lounge was nice. My only complaint was the weird odor of the hot tub, but what can you expect from a hotel hot tub.

Right off the highway on the way to Silverwood. Close to the lake and downtown. Our room was on the second floor. Very clean and looked recently updated. Quiet - no street noise. Very friendly, helpful and informative staff st check-in and check-out. Free cookies in the evening. One of the nicest breakfast buffets we ve had in a hotel in the 3 1/2 star class.

I have attended several work functions here. The staff has always been incredibly helpful and professional. The food has been great as well. I've always had an excellent experience there.

Great breakfast.. Love the cleaning staff. Used the onsite laundry twice. Decent im glad they have it but have quarters already... Staff is amazing though if you dont have anything you needed they will get it!

Beautiful hotel, restaurant, pool and workout room. The staff was so polite and check in was super quick! My kids loved the indoor pool, it is heated and pool room is quite big. We had a wonderful stay!

Great service from staff, facility was clean and well maintained. Kids eat free program was added bonus. Kids loved the pool. Shower flow was not strong, but otherwise stay was great.

Room was perfectly located next to the pool and workout area. Centrally located to all our needs. Sliding door did need maintenance attention but other then that it was amazing and would definitely come again

Uncomfortable beds, tried to get breakfast and was told to go back to my room and they would call me when my table was ready. ....never got a call

Went to a Women's Conference here. Comfortable, roomy. Looks and smells good. Cafe was well staffed and the food was well presented and tasty.

Dont raise prices to profit off of visitors during covid.

Excellent experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the BW in Coeur d'Alene was great for accessing anything in the area. Thanks for a great time and we will be back!

Front desk supervisor is very helpful and welcoming

We were in the conference room for a big event. The room was comfy and a good temperature. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Every course also had dairy (lactose intolerant here). The meat was over rare and the vegetables were tough and flavorless.

Rooms are clean. I enjoy the onsite lounge, the complimentary breakfast is 5 star for sure. I appreciate the omelet station and the fresh fruit offerings. The fresh peaches today were absolutely perfect and the fresh cherries on the breakfast bar earlier this summer were an absolute treat.
I really appreciate having the option of a Latte in the hotel lobby but it's so frustrating paying Starbucks prices for a barely drinkable

Went there for my friend's daughter's spelling bee for districts. Staff was accommodating and friendly. I don't think this was the appropriate venue for this event as there were far too many people with very confusing parking areas and no directional guides to where or how to get to the area. I feel as though they needed to announce it on a reader board to welcome the spelling bee winners and have staff ready to guide people inside to the event area or some signs would have helped. We wandered around for the better part of 10 minutes just trying to figure out where to go.

Clean, comfortable, overpriced. Service was good. Breakfast was average, except for the custom omelets. Big Rob makes a great omelet--bring some cash to put in his tip jar. Love the noon checkout time.

We arrived early but were told the system was down and we wouldn't be able to check in for at least 3 hours. We decided to head downtown and to the lake even though it had been raining; since there is really nothing else to do at the hotel except go to the bar/lounge/restaurant while waiting. After a great visit to the downtown and lake area we did go to the lounge for dinner and live music after checking in. The bartender was amazing and the food and live music were great! The room was clean and well appointed but lacked any view but we do realize that we booked last minute. The fitness center was very good. Overall a good experience and were happy that we were able to stay on BW points. We do find that hotels in this area are overpriced on the weekends and find that very disappointing.

It's actually a great room, but don't try to check in early. The lady at the front desk said she would call us when our room was ready. After waiting for almost 3 (THREE) hours we went back to the desk and the room was ready. Oops. Forgot to call us. Will NOT be staying here again.

Conference rooms were very nice, lots of available space. The staff was also very helpful. Convinent location as well.

The rooms were amazing and clean, the beds were super comfortable! They had a amazing breakfast with so much to choose from like a omelet bar. The staff was also very friendly a girl named Brooke checked us in and she was very friendly and helped make our stay amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice banquet facilities and cozy bar and restaurant. I have used many of the onsite amenities but never stayed in one of their rooms. The staff always seems attentive.

I went to ID with a very painful back. After 3 days of sleeping on their mattress my back improved by 40%.

The restaurant has great food. The complimentary breakfast was great, many choices. It was fresh and hot!

The pool area is quaint and clean. I used the pool around 4pm. There was only one area to sun tan, I wish there was more outdoor area, but It worked fine.

I will definitely stay again.
My only complaint is,it cost a little to much. Over $700 for 3 nights.

Loved it as always.. room, great, front desk great, amenities great..a little mishap in the lounge ..but not hotels fault.. just a bartender not liking her job.. ..but great drink selection, happy hour menu. And TVs. Perfect for the Gonzaga game

Great stay. Front desk was pleasant and easy to work with. Room was clean, fan had the option to stay on all night, though it got fairly chilly. Can we have heat on, but also keep the fan on? That would be nice! My only real complaint and my only reason for putting this at 4 stars was the breakfast. I read all the reviews about the amazing omelettes and the breakfast, yet it's not open very early. Granted, I left the hotel at 5:30 and all that was offered to me was a bottled water, banana and a granola bar. Yikes. I actually chose to stay elsewhere the next night because of this. I can't remember if they said the breakfast started at 7 or 8. Would expect something better than a granola bar...

The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful little walkway directly out to the pool area. The pool was covered (perfect for the hot sun), but had multiple doors open to the patio area where others in our party could visit within speaking distance. There was also an option for ordering poolside food and drink service. We didn't take advantage of this during our time there, but we did see other guests visibly enjoying it in the other comfortable seating areas nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Price plus location makes this a great option if the resort isn't available/in your price range. The rooms are fine, clean and comfortable. They have a pool and a couple restaurants.

Sparkly clean, quiet rooms! Staff upgraded us without charge and even supplied us with a free toothbrush after we discovered someone "accidentally " forgot to pack theirs! Great stay! Will be back!

Food has improved greatly. Prices are reasonable. We will return.

Very small living and bathroom area!! Barely room for a tooth brush on the tiny sink top. Absolutely no view, just looked at a wall and entry door below.
All of this for just over $250 a day! A real disappointment for our visit to Coeur d Alene.

Much too expensive for what you get. Website is misleading. It says "minutes from silverwood" 21 minutes to be exact. Much further than we anticipated. Staff is nice but the price is outrageous for a hotel like this.

OWEN W. the server at restaurant was amazing. We had the greatest service. He took his time gave us tons of ideas and things to do why we were in town. There it there needs to be way more people like OWEN in this world. THANKS OWEN!!!

My husband and I stayed at Best Western Plus in Coeur d Alene , Idaho. When you walk into the lobby, it s beautiful. Conveniently there s a restaurant and a bar and grill right there inside the hotel. It was cold and snowy and we didn t have to go outside to dine.

Every time we ve stayed here, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. If you ever stay, make sure you get Dan as your waiter, he s awesome. You do not have to stay at the hotel to come eat at the restaurant. My husband and I have also eaten there on nights that we just wanted a night out eating good food.

We have brought our dogs with us before and we were made to feel they were very welcomed.

The rooms, and the bathroom inside the room, are beautiful. Overall experience is always outstanding.

Totally one of the best "Best Western Plus Motel" that we have ever stayed at. Everything was so clean, the food was excellent & the staff was fantastic. This family will be back! Thank you all!

Very clean, right off the highway, many different restaurants, gas stations, and stores close by. Tom was very clean and sheets smelled fresh as did the towels. Very inviting room

Always a positive experience when I stay here, which I do a lot. Great people and a nice facility.

Disappointed. Have stayed here many times and have enjoyed myself. Covid-19 has affected many people and I try to take that into consideration but when you don't feel welcomed because you might have germs it takes away the enjoyment. I didn't come here to stay in my room nor did I come to have my every move analyzed and decontaminated.
