We came to Coeur d'Alene for our second anniversary after we were disappointed a little in our first anniversary trip to Coeur d'Alene with the weather and Resort staff. This hotel made it so great! We were able to stay in the suite two nights instead of just the one we had scheduled, and they gave it to us for the price of the room we were going to have that night. The staff was super friendly and we felt very taken care of with all the amenities. Would stay here every time we come to town!
