My family and I went to stay in this area and didn't have much luck finding a cabin to stay in, called Cadillac jacks and they were friendly and gave a good rate! So we thought. We confirmed the co-joining room multiple times with the front desk before out arrival. Turned out the rooms didn't join leaving us at jeopardy for our 5 KIDS as to where they would sleep without being over looked all night and splitting all of us up for the evening. We were told about the "perks" of staying at the hotel before we booked. Marcos percentage off your order (not true) it was not on the card. Buy one get one Starbucks (the store wasn't even available because they were just building it yet). Those are just a couple examples. Tried talking to the manager about our rooms not being together and he made up the excuse that they don't guarantee it. Talked to more than one couple that was staying there and the front desk charged them for their stay even tho they didn't even check in the day before. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this to ANY family that wants to stay in the area and we will definitely not be going back. I have never been treated so disrespected by workers who are "supposed" to be in customer service.

I was here a couple weeks ago and it seemed as though you had a professional staff. I was at home tonight watching a popular livestream from your location as they had done in the past. Unfortunately your floor manager had issues with it today and ended it roughly 30 mins in. Seems as though your left hand doesn't communicate with the right hand. Sad to see.

Great facility, clean and for the most part very friendly staff. To the very disrespectful female dealer at the tables I hope you get whats coming for you.. It s seems like my complaint wasn t the first one about you either.. if you work customer service have a decent attitude! So disrespectful.. completely ruined my night.

The casino has a variety of slots and staffed tables for various games. There's multiple restaurants, shops, and bars available in this one location as well as a hotel and fitness center.

My $109.00 a night room magically became $134.00 by morning... because of taxes and fees. I seriously advise anyone staying here to get a definition of the term, "Cadillac Jack Experience" before staying here...as you will see a $12.95 Cadillac Jack Experience fee on your bill. I paid for my room, ate in the restaurant, and dropped money in the slot machines...still puzzled over why I needed to pay more...

Wonderful facility but a person can't go in or out a door without walking through several smokers right up against the door. Don't care if you smoke but I shouldn't have to walk through it. CJ provides a smokers lounge but doesn't enforce the use.

I'm not much into gambling but the casino is exciting. The room is cool and clean. The alcohol flows a plenty. .

Over all very good experience. Bathrooms downstairs was very dirty and discusting could not use them. Did not like that they do not have continental breakfast.

Had a very bad experience with one of the cocktail waitress. I have never heard such language and rudeness from a server in my life. I like the casino but if she is working I would suggest going elsewhere if you would like a drink at the machines or tables.

Nice, professional staff. Small gaming floor, but I don't gamble so that's not a big deal. Only thing is we were told we would get a room with 2 queens and a foldout couch bed....when we arrived we were told no such room was available (reserved a few days prior to arrival). Restaurant is ok...overpriced for quality of food.

Nice hotel. Great location. Rooms just renovated. Large and beautifully appointed. Very comfortable and clean.

It is unfortunate that I must amend this review. The overnight front desk person has completely ruined any goodwill. She scoffed in my friend's face when she was told about the reservation, mocked them, and refused to consider any other possibility other than her own; she was not only uninformed, she was wrong. I shall not be frequenting Cadillac Jack's as long as she is employed. [*previously: Cadillac Jack's is my favorite resort in Deadwood, both for personal entertainment purposes and also for recommendations to visitors. They provide quality service, exceptional hospitality, and a personal touch of knowledge to my preferences. ]

Went to the casino floor. Approached the black jack table and gave $80.00 dollars to the dealer and received...70.00 then he left the table. Very disappointed!

Well my husband and I came to spend our 28th wedding anniversary there something different. We stayed here one other time and never had to pay for parking!!! Prolly won't be staying here again. Might just as well stay with at our usual spot. Other than that we love coming here. Casino employees are really nice.

Receptionist was rude and not helpful. The room was not pleasant, Dirty bathroom, Terribly loud heater that wakes you throughout the night. Makes you pay 15$ for public parking. Checkout says 12 on website and sales receipt yet they push you out at 11. Will not return.

The casino atmoshpere ia nice. There are lots of food options and I have enjoyed their new restaurant Flyt a lot. My only complaint is the parking is not great. The lot is crowded and there is not enough room.

We stopped for a drink and gambling after walking downtown. It was a good time.

Roulette tables were out of service, dealer on blackjack kept getting 21, it was unfortunate

Friendly staff, the pool room area is nice and unique with some unique lighting at night, and the rooms are modern and enjoyable.

Hard to give an accurate review as they were remodeling and things were a bit messy. But what was done was lovely.

Nice but very expensive to stay especially on weekends. Asked about cost for being pet friendly and weekend versus weekday.

Amazing rooms, microwave, fridge, large tv. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. Good food choices on site and ample parking including some underground.

Pleasantly surprised when Jessie upgraded me..the room was so nice..first time I enjoyed the pizza from the restaurant..very good just like Cameron told me..the only hiccup was at checkout..Kelly was a little argumentive..after my urging she contacted a staff member.
They took care of my problem which I was reassured on check in it was all taken care of. I always have a good time at "Caddie's"

Cadilac jacks is a great casino. Better than the others. I wish I would have played here more! instead of playing at mountain grand where I lost thousands of dollar with zero wins!! I wish Cadillac jacks would get some WMS G+ deluxe games as they are still very popular around the country and are my favorites.

Gambling floor was amazing! Super clean, super fun!

Booked a jacuzzi suite and upon arrival thought the cleanliness was not great but nothing to complain about. Later found the sheets were dirty. Called front desk and asked for a manager to come look and was told nobody was there. They decided to upgrade us to a bigger suite and while checking the sheets in the new room with the front desk staff person found the duvet was stained. The sheets otherwise appeared clean. Once she left I pulled back all the sheets and the mattress pad was covered in hair. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Cadillac Jack's is an awesome place to be. The place is always clean and nice. The staff is always courteous and helpful. They have everything from slot machines to roulette. The place is really ran well.as far as Deadwood goes Cadillac Jack's is the best place in town.

Cadillac Jack's had a few rooms available last minute, so we decided to stay. Free valet parking and prompt and friendly service at the front desk. However, DO NOT eat at the restaurant. The food is unfavorable and when we mentioned something to the wait staff about our food we were treated like we were just trying to get a free meal but clearly hadn't eaten but a couple of bites. The server was rude and so was the cook/manager that came out and verbally attacked us because we didnt like our meal. They discounted our ticket but not without confrontation. We will not be back.

Place sucks! Third floot under construction and they start hammering and so on at 8a.m. on a Saturday. Don't give them your money til the wee hours of the morning and expect to sleep in. We changed hotels for the rest of our trip. Unbelievable!!! Slots are very tight also! My advice is to take your Deadwood experience somewhere else!! Not highly recommended!!!

Currently staying in a beautiful room with a good view. Ate an awesome supper at the Brown Rock Sports Cafe. Had fun gambling and appreciated the good service! Friendly place to stay.

Will steal 50 dollars as a "local rewards" and make it impossible to spend in a realistic manner. Wont give it back even if you don't want it.

They have clean bathrooms- which is always nice. The service here is kind and catering. The beer flows like the Missouri here haha. I very much enjoyed my stay here, would recommend.

The gaming rooms were very clean and the employees were respectful and very kind.

Rooms are nice, but you have to walk through the casino to get to the pool. Kind of a design flaw.

Booked my room about one (1) month prior to my visit. My dates of stay were September 13-16. My wife arrived on the 13th at 6:15 pm. We were shocked to find out our room wasn't even ready yet. I made sure check on time was 3:00 pm and was assured that it was.I stayed calm and told the lady I would get a drink and sit outside till our room was ready. I walked to the bar only to discover nobody was working. Really, a casino bar at 6:15 pm not open. I waited awhile and finally saw a waitress go behind the bar. She took pity on me and sold me a beer. At about 7:10 pm we were advised our room was ready. We gotgon the elevator to go to our room. This elevator looked like something from a movie. IT WAS FILTHY! ItIshould be notes the elevators were never cleanes the entire durarion of our stay. We got to our room. The room was clean and adequately apportioned. Due to an error on my part, it was discovered I had originally only booked our room for two nights. I called and asked to stay another night and was greeted with a 250.00 dollar bill plus a resort fee. On the morning we left we went to the valet to retrieve our car. The valet left and about ten (10) minutes came back without my car. The valet then proceeded to tell me she couldn't drive a Manuel transmission. Imagine, a valet who cant drive a Manuel. Anyway, I just called the manager. Supposedly we was in a meeting and would call me later. Needless to say, " I doubt it". EPIC FAILURE HILTON RESORTS!

The gaming was great. The cocktail waitresses were fast and friendly. The dealers at the tables were friendly and knowledgeable, very helpful.
