Mary at the front Desk who works nights is Extrememly Rude and ill behaved.
Not an ounce of friendliness just the opposite.
Huge chip on her shoulders she decides to share.
She looks like she hasnt slept in 2 days.
To top it off,
Standing at the counter while she playes with her phone leaning back in her easy chair for 2 minuets then without looking she says how can i help you.
She knew we were their all along.
Not what i expected from Best Western usually my favorite place to stay while traveling.
After driving a long way from Montana to get to a Best Western we had been to many times I was
Disgusted That she was hired to work in a customer service position.
Id never had anyone here act in such a rude and completely unfriendly manner before. Mary at the Front Desk.
