I attended a day long event at Best Western with a soup and salad bar. From the front door, the event room, and to the salad bar, everything was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The salad bar was perfect. Will reccomend to anyone staying over.

Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. Clean, quiet rooms. Good food at the restaurant. Good service at the resturaunt and bar. Check out not until noon was appreciated! We will definitely stay here again for a quick weekend get away!

Older exterior building. However, interior room renovations help make it feel comfortable inside. The Front office staff if very positive, helpful and enthusiastic. Pool is a basic square pool, heavily chlorinated, but the sliding glass door covering makes this a nice environment to sit in while the kids play in the pool. The breakfast was awesome, especially the omelette station! Good last minute place to stay. Price was a little high considering so close to the highway noise.

i really liked the room. it's a little hard to find the pool/exercise room. cda has a ton of neat shops and great restaurants--it would be nice if the hotel had a little list or magazine in the room about the surrounding area. this hotel is conveniently located. i definitely recommend lunch, dinner, or early dinner specials at texas roadhouse just a couple blocks north!

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet itself is a most definite 5-star!! The selection is amazing, made-to-order omelettes, fruit bar, waffle bar, 5 to 6 hot dishes of eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. There s something for every taste! All breakfast staff are super friendly and attentive.
The only reason we didn t give it 5 stars is because our fridge didn t work, therefore we lost some food items, and when we told them about it, they didn t replace it right away so we couldn t use the fridge for a couple of days. They did give us a room discount because of it, so at least that was nice. We will most definitely use this motel again.

The hotel was clean and free of any odors. The pool and hottub were both clean. The breakfast was good and when compared to other hotels' breakfasts during quarantine, it was excellent.. Unfortunately the staff was pretty rude and on one morning we had a staff member knock on our door very loudly several times and then leave before i could get dressed to answer. In addition the beds weren't great and the pillows were awful. The Air conditioning is probably the worst part though. It doesn't get the room nearly cool enough.

The bathroom had stains; blood, greasy fingerprints, etc. on the walls and doors. I called the night desk and they moved us to room 137, which we think was a pet-friendly room because there was dry dog food on the floor and we found food crumbs on the desk chair. We received a discount for this incident; we are Diamond Members of Best Western and were disappointed.

A pleasant motel and very clean rooms. Full breakfast buffet and not a continental breakfast. Restaurant and bar always open. Commons area are nice and relaxing to set and read the paper. Wifi too.

My wife and I stayed here while traveling to the west coast.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful.
We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast buffet that included staff cooking your eggs in front of you like you would expect at an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean.

Right off the Interstate, but near the Lake and downtown - best place for a vacation, business, or a Conference! Every amenity you could ask for, including a great indoor pool, breakfast buffet, full Restaurant (try the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich) easy parking all around the building, and friendly staff!. Summer or Winter - this is a great place to stop!

Great service and salad bar. Some people... when we were there seemed to think the lounge was a sports bar. Very rude to the performer and others around them. Rearranging chairs etc, to face the tv. The waitress should have asked management for help to control the situation. We like the music when we go and the fact that it is a lounge not a sports bar. People left.

Really surprised by food quality at the restaurant, a great pool and hot tub area, and the staff was very accommodating! It's also really geographically convenient to a lot of stuff to do in the area

The location is convenient and easy to access from I90, as you drive through Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The rooms are nicely decorated, with a mini fridge, microwave and nicely sized TV. The beds are comfortable, and the selection of pillows was nice--firm or soft were both on our bed!

The variety of food for breakfast was nice. I had to ask for a staff member to heat the oatmeal, as they had not added enough liquid when it was made and it was a solid lump, to which I had to add a lot of milk, which was cold, and therefore made my oats cold. Blech. I suggested that they add a variety of grab and go fruits, as usually any Best Western hotels where we stay have 3 different kinds of grab and go fruit (apples, bananas, oranges) but this location only had red delicious apples.(those aren't delicious)

The rooms are well insulated, and we couldn't hear any fellow guests, which is a plus. I recommend this hotel.

The price is a little High.
The third night "free" should have been explained prior to purchase.

This Motel is a very clean and peaceful place to stay.

The people are great.

I will stay here again! and I would recommend it to a friend

We went with family members for the Thanksgiving buffet dinner. Even with reservations it took 45 minutes of loitering with 50 other folks in the lobby before we were ushered back to a table. By this time it was close to closing for the buffet, half the food was removed and it was like pulling teeth to get new plates.
The staff was very good, and doing the best in the dismal situation they'd been given.
I think the most difficult part to swallow was the bill, $40 per person was hard to justify, or fathom.
Unfortunately I don't think we'd be coming back for the holiday buffets.

I usually stay at Best Western when I travel, whether for business or for leisure, primarily because the properties are consistently clean and well-maintained, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly. The Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Best Western was no exception. However, the walls at this property - or at least in our room - seem to be unusually thin. For example, we could hear (with disturbing clarity) virtually every bathroom noise in the adjacent room. I've stayed in many different hotels and motels, and though walls are sometimes thin and muffled noises can be heard, they've never been as bad as they were in this particular room. In all fairness, I've stayed at this Best Western property in the past and it wasn't a problem, so it could have been just our room. Regardless, it made an otherwise great experience something less.

We stayed here for a wedding reception away from home. The inside of the hotel is very high quality, nicely built, and tastefully decorated. They had many different sized meeting rooms to host almost any size event and the staff was very polite and efficient ensuring that all the guests had an enjoyable evening.

When traveling and you want a great place to stay....only stay at a Best Western. The rooms are very comfortable and some locations will allow you to bring your pet. I would only stay at a Best Western and will plan my trip / route so that we can have access to one.

Did not handle room charges appropriately. Charges did not fall off, as they said it would, then when charges fell off days later, they recharged the next day and we had to wait several more days for those to fall off. Very unprofessional.

Very pleasant experience. The walls were a little "thin", but the room was clean & well equipped. Most importantly to me when we travel is the bed. It was great! To top it all off, their FREE buffet breakfast surpassed ALL others we have experienced. We would definitely recommend you stay here when in this area. We certainly will.

We had a wonderful time staying there for Valentine's weekend. Pool and hot tub area was very nice and large. The continental breakfast was very nice and a nice variety of choices. Staff was very nice, helpful and always had a smile. We did not not even have to leave the building. Their restaurant Mulligans was excellent. Thank you looking forward to staying there again.

This hotel was beautiful and very updated. The pool area was out of towels when we arrived, but they were restocked within 5 minutes of being notified. We also requested a rollaway, but it wasn't there when we arrived. Housekeeping brought it to our room very quickly after we called. The free breakfast in the morning was great. Tons of options and lots of food available.

Mulligan's is the restaurant in the Best Western Hotel. It is awesome. We go in as often as we can. Kelly and the other staff are wonderful. Very kind people who provide great service! Behind their wonderful staff runs a great kitchen. Retired chefs Gene and Casey brought flavor to this restaurant and indeed it brought the locals in to enjoy their delicious cooking!!!! We heard some changes are taking place but went to have dinner there tonight and were so happy the clam chowder is bomb still!!! And my burger was the best!!!! YUM!!! Thank you for keeping the old recipes and not changing the food.
