I just purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon from Cocoa Hyundai. Totally satisfied with my purchase. The salesman Ian Malloy was knowledgeable about the SUV Tuscon and was courteous and pleasant to work with from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove away in my new Hyundai Tuscon. The finance, service and the detail employees that I met during this purchase were courteous and I am looking forward to working with them for maintenance of my SUV.

So the only reason I gave 4 stars is because we had to wait soooo long 1:30-4:15. But to be fair we didn t have an appointment and the problem was difficult to discern so the car had to be moved over to a Master Mechanic s bay for resolution. As is often the case it was something small and easily overlooked...a blown fuse!!! But everyone was so accommodating and gracious as always at Cocoa Hyundai!!

Went in on a whim just to look. Everything from start to finish was very smooth. Got what we wanted for our trade and left with the car we wanted. Process was very smooth.

I purchased a vehicle from Cocoa Hyundai and the sales rep, Adam Marx was great. He asked questions then brought a car around that he thought I would like without having to walk around the lot. We test drove the car and I ended up purchasing it. Adam was great to work with and explained everything. I've had to ask more questions but he's been very polite and answered all my questions. Will definitely refer Adam to my friends.

Cocoa Hyundai always does an outstanding job on my 2016 Tucson.. The customer service is always professional, outstanding and very friendly.. Everything is explained to me prior to having work done on my vehicle,. During the wait time free coffee and goodies are available.. Comfortable chairs and tables are in the waiting area.. You can view new vehicles and talk to sales persons on the sales floor area next to tge waiting area.. Clean restrooms make your waiting more pleasant. When your vehicle is ready your rep will come come and let you know your vehicle is ready.. George went over a checklist that covers all that was done and the total costs of all the work that was completed,. Bill paying was completed iin no time. Fast and easily done. George told me where my vehicle was parked. And my next appointment I'll be sure to ask for George. Cocoa Hyundai does an amazing job.. Keep up the good work until I visit you again...

A week before Christmas I walked into Cocoa Hyundai and met up with Josh. I told him about my financial restrictions and he did whatever was possible to get me into a beautiful new car. I love my new Elantra and am very impressed not only with its perfect drivability but also with the wonderful customer service I received from Josh. Thanks so much. Go here. Honest descent ppl. My 3rd vehicle here in 5 yrs. Was really upside down so had to shop 3 dealers and behold they got me in and cheaper when others couldnt. Brian in finance sheldon manager brittany internet sales and adam floor saleman were all great. Trust me go here. They will work with you just tell them what youre needing. They deal with credit unions too cheaper rates. Trust me go here. Thanks to eveybody that got me in my new ride love it.

A little pushing on selling same day. Paid off trade-in, not much difference in monthly payments between large down payment and 0 down. Just wasn't asked if color was okay or wanted different color but that was also partially my fault for not speaking up . Basic model power, handling response good.

I am doing my review based on the service department. I would not wish my worst enemy to go there for service. I cannot speak of the specifics, because there is legal action involved and a case filed with the state attorney generals office. But I plead with anyone in the community who takes their car there for service to get a second opinion. Especially if they quote you a high dollar repair.

Took my car in for a recall. The process was very efficient. Everyone was extremely helpful. They have a very nice waiting room. No one likes waiting but they try to make it an enjoyable experience.

We actually went shopping for a Kia Telluride, but because of the costumer service and direct manner with which we were treated, we ended up in Palisade and couldn t be happier!! I bought my 5th car from Cocoa Hyundai today. I have been bugging the sales manager for months in search for the perfect car. And I was willing to wait, and we found it. My 2015 Silver Sonata Sport Turbo Limited. I can t say enough great things about the staff, service, people and family that Cocoa Hyundai, and the entire Brevard County Hyundai Dealerships are to me and this community.

Sales person Chuck Stupp was amazing, very informative, super nice to work with. We did feel very pressured to purchase extra extended warranty from the finance guy, the reason we were buying a Hyundai was because we felt the factory warranty was sufficient. Overall it was a great buying experience.

I enjoy taking my car to cocoa Hyundai being that they are very reliable. Appointment on time and the employees are very nice and kind.

I wasn't that impressed. They didn't work hard for my business. Left my business card and no one followed up with me. Pretty much acted like "take it or leave it".

Amazing experience

Every step was explained in detail from the sales agent to the finance agent. I was given contact numbers so that once everything was done if I had any questions I could contact the person directly. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Wow, received a flyer from Cocoa Florida Hyundai. The add enticed me to visit and visit I did.
I Am now the proud owner of a 2020 Hyundai Sante Fe.
Now for the rest of the story. I am an 84 year old and cannot recall or heard of a better experience with a car dealership. Every person we had contact with was as professional and candid as one could hope. Special kudos to our salesman, Chuck Stupp who was exceptional throughout . From the second we stepped out of our old vehicle until we departed in the new he was Johnny on the spot. His efforts actually made the buy process a pleasant stress free experience.

I bought a used suburb wrx from here. The buying experience was excellent and the customer service was awesome. I didn t feel like I was getting strong armed or anything. They were also willing to throw in a compression test at my request before I purchased as part of the deal which they honored.

Road hazard took out my front left tire.
I was in a desolate area just north of KSC in the wildlife preserve
I managed to get a tow through my warranty coverage with Hyundai and have car towed to dealership
I left keys at dealership since it was after hours.
Charlotte called me a 7:30 am and we ordered new tires around as well as alignment

I am pleased with work, customer care and expedited service for me to pickup vehicle and make it to work ASAP

Adam, our salesman was very nice and answered all of our questions. Ali, who helped with the paperwork, invoicing and financing was amazingly helpful and friendly. We came in with our own pre-approved financing from our bank, and he was able to get us a much better rate and made the process of switching things around very easy.

Service was excellent. The only comment I have is that the Maintenance Log I received when purchasing the Sonata says to have the first maintenance done at 3,750 miles or 6 months. I've had my new 2019 Sonata for only 3 months but had 4,466 miles on it, so I took it in for servicing. The guy at the dealership said I really didn't have to bring in the car until 7,000 miles or 6 months. My question is, why the discrepancy between what the Maintenance Log says and what the dealership says?

I came here off of a friend referral, said that they would look after me and take care of me. When I got there the two that took care of me were very nice and informative, he was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He showed me a few used cars but when I asked of new cars he did not hesitate to show me what they had in their inventory. When he showed me the new cars I fell in love with one car that was out of my budget but still took the car just because the service was great and the car was beautiful. I will be coming back here when I'm ready for another car.

The service department here is great! I've been to a few different Hyundai's now and while they were all great experiences this one was the best. I really appreciate how thorough they were going over the car and that they were straight forward on a couple of things that would be better to take care of myself or just let em go rather then try to get me to come back and spend more money. My service writer, Courtney, also was able to make sure I was able to make it to another apt. I had to be at that day. The technician, Kraig, seemed to really care about making sure my car was fixed well, he really did the most and went above and beyond! I really wish there was a survey for the techs too.

I just bought my 4th Santa Fe... Brand new. First time at Cocoa Hyundai. I was so lucky to meet IAN!!! He is so knowledgeable and easy going that it was actually EASY!!! I'm glad we met Ian and. YES!!!! I love my new Santa Fe!!!

I like this dealership a lot and they do good work on my Elantra GTsport, the salesmen are friendly and fun to talk to as well. However in parts and service I keep being upsold on a tire rotation that my manual tells me that I do not need and it is a 60 dollar expense that I do not want to add on if I do not have to.

Folks are cheerful, helpful, and they communicate very well. A phone call or two can make a big difference!

They were great! I was done way ahead of schedule and they informed me of things as the service went along.

Taylor my service advisor always provides great service, but this time there was an issue & i blame management for not providing the appropriate training. When I purchased my vehicle, the window sticker stated 8-inch navi blue link multimedia/map update (3- year complimentary service). But Taylor did not agree, he stated it would cost me around $300 for the dealer ship to update the software & recommended I purchase the upgrade threw the vendor. I left messages for the shop manager as well as the general manager. Its been nine days & no call from anyone at the dealership. Not a good sign.

Wayne Spitale, is a great salesman, He went above and beyond when handling the sale of our New Hyundai Sante Fe Sport. My husband is handicapped and Wayne came with all necessary paperwork to our home, so my husband would be comfortable.
Wayne is the best in our book. This is our third Hyundai, and we have always been treated fairly, at this dealership. Wayne is an honest and courteous, professional salesman.

Called for an OEM part. Had it ready by the time I got there at a reasonable price (cheaper online, but sometimes you need the part immediately). Car dealership was nice overall but slightly outdated interior
