I am doing my review based on the service department. I would not wish my worst enemy to go there for service. I cannot speak of the specifics, because there is legal action involved and a case filed with the state attorney generals office. But I plead with anyone in the community who takes their car there for service to get a second opinion. Especially if they quote you a high dollar repair.
