Highly recommend coming here to buy a car - new or used. I was helped by Francesco and Ali and both were extremely friendly and helpful. When I had a snag with my insurance and had to come back to re-do paperwork, Ali made it really easy to understand what our best options were and was cheerful and engaging the whole time. I will absolutely come back here in the future for other vehicles and recommend that this be others' first and only stop.

I was taken in on time and only wated about 45 mins for my oil change and tire balance and rotation done.

we wanted to complete a purchase by YE on a 2013 Elantra and had a great experience with the Cocoa Sales Team; first Rick by phone then both Rick & Justin at the dealership, listened to what we were interested in looking for, provided us purchase alternatives on autos in stock included detailed information on options and pricing, after test drive and further discussions on promotional financing programs, warranties, etc. we made our selection and moved through the paper work with Brian easily.

I have always found the service department to be very helpful to me when making decisions for my vehicle. They take excellent care of my car making sure that all is in good order each time I bring in for service. This is one reason why I choose Cocoa Hyundai when purchasing a car.

I traded my 2011 Tucson for a 2014 Tucson, and I was given plenty of time and room to make a decision. My salesman was careful to understand my circumstances and get me the deal I needed on the car I wanted. My finance rep did an excellent job, getting me a better than expected interest rate and thoroughly explaining everything about my financing and coverage options. This is my 4th Hyundai, my 2nd from Cocoa. I love the new location and the level of customer service.

I recently purchased a 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited from Josh at Cocoa Hyundai. Josh did an excellent job in the process of getting all the paperwork together and explaining all the cars features and there are many. I've purchase 4 cars from them over the years and have always been impressed with there customer service.

Salesman Justin was excellent all through the purchase. My only issue was the gap insurance high pressure sales pitch. Totally a deal breaker when the finance man Howard had to tell my wife you can get hit my a drunk driver and not be covered. What kind of bs tactic to get a commission is this?! Stop selling garbage with high pressure after the sale. If I were there I would have cancelled the sale and found another dealer. Seriously. Tell about the extra services and leave it there!

Everyone is extremely friendly, my salesman Ian Malloy was exceptional and answered every question I had when getting a car. He also worked as hard as possible to get me into the car I wanted at a price I could afford. General sales manager Brian was really good to talk to and made everything extremely easy for a new car buyer to understand and gave me the most valuable information, he also is extremely flexible when getting information, like proof of residency, etc.

To replace my brake light they wanted $50.00 . I think the price was way to high. The light bulb was $8.00 .

The service is based on the person who handled it would be 2 out of 10. No personality and a bit condescending. The parts person on the other hand was the total opposite. Score of 10. She went out of her way to make my experience excellent.

This is the second new Hyundai we purchased from Cocoa Hyundai in the past 6 months. Our salesman was Dustin and very knowledgeable about the Hyundai line up. Definitely a first class act. Ally in the business office was so organized and stayed late to do the paperwork so we could leave with the car.

I have dealt with various dealerships in central Florida, my my general opinion of car shopping was not positive. When we arrived at Cocoa Hyundai we had no intention of buying. We were just interested in seeing SUVS so we could compare to other brands. I ended up driving the Tucson Limited and fell in love. The overall buying process was smooth. Josh was a great salesman and we were in and out within a few hours. Very friendly staff and clean spaces. The toy room was a huge plus because we had our toddler son along who is not one to sit still.

Customer service is definitely lacking at this location. I only come here to get an oil change when Coastal Hyundai is full. I have a 2017 Elantra. The last time I went the customer service rep told me that it was time for me to get new tires. I had just had 3 of my tires replaced within the last 2 months. Usually when I get an oil change (anywhere else), they check my lights and change the sticker to say when my next oil change is due. I'm actually wondering if they did anything. They obviously didn't check my lights b/c they were still set to Auto and the sticker wasn't changed to show when my next oil change is due. Luckily I don't actually pay them for my oil changes.

I went to Cocoa Hyundai 11 days ago to possibly purchase a new car because of all of the rebates. The salesman I had, Billie, was great and Ali, the finance guy was great as well. I was told by the sales manager that I was approved so I went and signed all of the finance paperwork. Last night I get a call from Ali that I couldn't get financing. Really????? After having the car for 10 days! That is nonsense!!! If I was not approved then why was I told I was and why did I get to drive a brand new car off of the lot?????? Just bring my other car back to me cleaned with a full tank of gas and will call it even. However I will never go there again!!!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service.I was dealing with Taylor Dayhoff.I had a dead battery covered under warranty up to 36 k.I had 35,224 miles I litterally walked in at 4:45 on a friday (no appointment)fully prepared to install the battery myself.And Taylor was amazing got mechanics to install my battery,as well as see I had appt. for following Tuesday for oil change,and he said were also gonna get that oil changed for you since your already here.Again that was on a friday afternoon 45 mins before close.I hope his Boss reads these reveiws.After a rough week and also dealing with having to jump my car for a two days to get to and from week.His pleasant no worries attitude really turned my day around.Thanks again Taylor!!!!!

If I could give this dealership a zero I would. They are deceitful. They lie. When turning in lease they never send a check to Hyundai Finance. They were to take over the last 2 payments. They never paid finance company and now we are getting hounded with a bill. They are non responsive. Never available to take your call or if you go in person they say the sales manager is in a meeting. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. You will never be treated fairly. They are all about trying to sneak as much money as possible from customers.

Picked up my Veloster N from Cocoa Hyundai on Friday. The whole process was made easy from first contact until delivery. I shopped several Hyundai dealers in central Florida. This was the car I wanted in the color I wanted. Thanks to the salesman Adam Marx for making the process smooth. John Moyle the sales manager was great to work with as well. It was the most positive experience we had in the whole buying process. My wife felt like she was treated great by all. Some of the dealers we visited were condescending to her (sure way to kill a deal). Thanks Cocoa Hyundai!

High pressure sales tactics. They will do everything they can to keep you on the lot and will outlandishly lie to your face about things that are not clearly not true. I made the mistake of giving them the keys to my car to look at for trade in value. I had to threaten to call the police to get them back and that wasn't until after the put a deal in front of me and tried yelled at me for not wanting to sign. A friend went there and got stuck for over 2 hours while they claimed to be running a credit check. They then offered her an over priced clunker that hadnt even had a safety check. Her loan was going to be going through an extremely shady loan company which had over 100 negative reviews and only one positive one. When she talked about getting a cosigner, she was discouraged because they determined to get a sale in that moment. They are a horrible business. If you want a Hyundai, don't shop there.

I worked my deal through Carlos and my Salesperson was Billy. I have purchased many cars, through many different dealers and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had, these guys were outstanding! Carlos was able to get me the best price, all over the phone and through text messages. Billy handled the delivery splendidly and is a genuine, nice guy. If you read the negative reviews and don't come judge for yourself, you'll miss out! If the dealership management reads this, thanks to these guys, you moved your product!

Great place ..they even offered me a ride home since my friend had graduation pictures for his daughter. But it worked out I was in and out and home and just barley back in time to get me car ... lol .

Friendly staff, but management is allowing shady companies to bring people in under deceptive contest practices.

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. The passenger door handle broke on my Genesis, I called and made an appointment to have it fixed. When I called I explained what kind of car I had what color the handle was and that it was broken they made an appointment for me. The following week when I went to my appointment I met with a gentleman who told me that they had to order the part and it would take a few days. I don't understand why they didn't order the part when I originally talked to them on the phone. Anyway I went to my second appointment, by the way taking time out of my busy schedule, and was asked to sit in the waiting room. My appointment was at 11 am. I got to the dealership at 10:50 and I waited until 11:15 and I went back to the desk and told them that I've been waiting and nobody had come to get me. The the person behind the desk assured me that somebody would be by shortly. A few minutes later a woman came out and told me that the person that usually handles my account was off and that she would take care of the situation. I sat in the waiting room until 1 p.m. and somebody came and told me that the person that was taking care of me had a family issue and had to leave but that my car was repaired. What I'm not happy about is
1. Having to drive to the dealership to separate times.
2. Having to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room for somebody to even speak to me about my car.
3 then having to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the door handle that we put on. To me that's unacceptable.

We walked in with a particular model and style in mind and after a test drive realized that it was not for us. Rand was very patient with us and was able to match us with a car that was suitable. We didn't have to buy a car but this was a nice experience. No high pressure sales, it was very relaxed and we were in and out in 4 hours.

While excited when purchasing a new car there is the dread of having to go to the dealership and experience the long, tedious process of negotiations and eventual purchase. We had done research on the car we wanted and reached out to several dealerships in the area. As I was travelling at the time I clearly stated I wanted this process to be done by email only.
Carlos was the first to respond and it was "after hours". Over a period of 3 to 4 days we narrowed the negotiations to 2 dealerships but Carlos was clearly the easiest person to work with. We ended up striking a deal on Thursday night at 9:40pm, again after hours. We went to the dealership on Friday and everything was as promised. The team of Carlos, Brandon & Ali looked after us. The purchase was straight forward, very easy, and most importantly quick! I have no hesitation in recommending Cocoa Hyundai as a first class dealership.

We are very satisfied with our new Santa Fe. I think I probable could have haggles the price down a little but in all it was a great deal to do business with Cocoa Hyundai.

I bought a car there a little over two years ago, a used 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Not only was the salesman courteous and respectful, but it felt like I was buying a car from a friend not some random stranger who wants my money. What was also impressive was how they got me financed with a recent repo and only 2k out of my pocket at a very low rate and monthly payment. I highly recommend these guys. You will get an amazing expirience like mine.

Awesome sales folks and very helpful. Told them my budget and I couldn t go over. They stuck to my budget. I really liked everyone I worked with.

Service was great but price was very high. The $212 I spent for the belt change I could have had done for under $100 at several other places. The quote for all the repairs, brake flush, spark plug change and others was over $800 I called several other places and will be able to do it all for just under $500. Once again the service was great people were very nice and facility was clean but price was over the top.

I wanted to add that Francesco was GREAT! He was patient wsith us, thorough, caring, and FUN! Thanks for all, Francesco!!

They found the color I wanted (white with tan leather)
