Very friendly staff ... & Of course my son Daniel White was phenomenal!!

The staff and my agent Kaity especially; were warm and gracious when assisting me with my purchase. I was appreciative of their professionalism and their willingness to stay late in order to finalize the purchase. Kaity made us laugh and was kind and thoughtful in her advice and demeanor. Went in for a recall and I was there less than an hour and customer service was on point. Even scheduled an appointment for an oil change.

My Santa Fe Sport Ultimate 2.0 T was damaged on the Pineda Causeway by a
truck hauling gravel. I couldn't get by him
fast enough. At top of bridge gravel poured
out gravel from bottom of the truck. I got
around him but lots of damage.
I chose Cocoa Hyundai to do the repair.
MITCH in the body shop and the crew did
a professional job. My car looks awesome!.

Terrible. Rude salesman who refused to even show any vehicles without running credit first. I didnt even know if i wanted to buy a car there, i was there to look to see if they even had anything id be interested in. Well i never got a chance to find out because they refused, so I walked. If you are being pressured to submit an application and damage your credit before youve even decided if you even want to buy, then you are dealing with crooks. Stay away. I've heard the one in melbourne is better.

Burton was very cordial, not overly salesy. Was able to bring car to house to show spouse. Clean showroom.

Had a very pleasant experience, my advisor Cortney Kirk was helpful, and guided me thru some procedures for my 2015 Sonata Sport. Thanks for everyone there, we will continue to use Cocoa Hyundai for all our service and car purchases!

They are not true to their internet ad they don't try to help anyone with low credit they did not even try and look at the proof of my income they don't go out of their way to help, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. What a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked into the front door and were greeted by Josh. We felt like valued customers. The sales representatives wer so personable and attentive. We enjoyed the pasta and loved the cupcakes! Now I know why there are so many Hyundai's on the road. Great vehicle.

Oil change and two minor recalls done in about an hour.

I came late afternoon and needed front lights replaced, oil change, tires checked and recall check.....everything was done efficiently and in a most organized and professional manner!

Quick service with professional care for all vehicle's.

My one star review is only because of the bogus "event" that was posted all over Facebook. It's a typical tactic for dealerships to post huge sales events all over social media to get people into the dealership. The whole "your job is your credit" is a scam unless you have a bunch of money as a down payment, which is the exact opposite of what we were told before we made the hour drive to the dealership. Burt, the salesman was awesome but, Brittany Wright is a con artist, very dishonest and will blame you for falling for the misleading tactics she used to get you into the dealership.

As far as the experience of buying a car it was really good. No pressure. Carlos, Joe, Ali and Sheldon all were great to deal with. When I came back Joe was with another customer. He still gave a great effort and Ali stepped in and was super to work with. The finance guy Sheldon was also great.

It was a great experience than I have ever had in my year's of buying a car, Dave was a awesome guy, thanks everyone God bless you all

Outstanding Service and Sales. Purchased a new Hyundai Tucson and I am so pleased with it. Adam is a fantastic Salesman and made the whole experience. The amazing designer cupcakes at closing was phenomenal.

All I can say is WOOOOW! Don't even try another dealership - this is the one! Best service I have ever received when buying a car. This dealership deserves every star possible. After hours and hours of dealing with different dealerships, I became increasingly frustrated. I gave Sheldon a call and within 5 minutes he was able to give me the car I liked for the price I wanted. Within a few hours the vehicle was personally delivered to my doorstep. We drove 2 hours because their salesperson was the most responsive over the phone and it was the best decision. They were all great! We dealt with Ciera and Burt. Highly recommend them both!!!

Ian the sales man did an amazing job explaining the features of the vehicles we were interested in. He really knew his stuff! He was very down to earth and not pushy in any way. Sheldon and Jon the two managers really went above and beyond to insure that we were happy with our vehicle. Sheldon worked on his day off to find me the right vehical and even though Jon is the used car manager he really did an amzing job to help us while Sheldon was away from the office. The customer service at Cocoa Hyundai has to be the best I have ever experienced! Ian the online sales man was very nice and truely understands kids when they get inpatient at a dealership. When I make an appointment I am given a reminder, then I am greeted with courtesy, treated with respect and given detailed information about what is needed. While waiting for the service to be done, I am treated to coffee and a donuts and a table to work at. I am given an internet connection and a TV to watch if I wish to. The "wait" is as painless as possible.

My experience at Cocoa Hyundai was very pleasant. I was in the beginning stages of purchasing a cheap vehicle for my daughter and eventhough I didn't purchase a car for my daughter at Cocoa Hyundai I will definitely go back when I'm ready to buy a car for myself. Carlos the internet manager was very helpful and so was Michael.

Had appointment and ended up being late to dealership, service department very accommodating kept appointment, was given estimate and at final bill was lower then estimate!! Courtney was wonderful and driver Doug was more then gracious taking me home and picking me up when vehicle was finished. Outstanding and grate attitudes!!

Super nice people helped us find what we needed and gave us a great deal. No kidding. Ask nicely and they will give you a lower price than anywhere else. It's not many dealerships I've walked out of feeling like I was treated fairly and feeling good about the interaction with all the people.

I travel from Orlando to this dealer because they are honest and always fulfill their service with excellence. Will never use Orlando Hyundai dealers again.

Mine was a pleasant experience and those I dealt with were friendly and they did not waste any time. I had to take a day off work to be able to look for and find a vehicle and I was very happy with the outcome.

These guys are scam artists. They got me to come down with the old bait'n'switch. Promised they'd hold on to this great used elantra until I could get off work. Then when I show up "oh sorry we sold it earlier, let me show you what else we have." As they tried to get me in a 3 year older bucket with none of the amenities, terrible interior, and sounded like crap. The kicker, they wanted almost the same price. Funny thing is the car I came for had been there for a month...and when I showed up, they sold it. And then they changed their story about having to send it to auction because it wasn't up to standards. BS.

These guys give off the scumbag vibe and will tack on an $800 dealership fee to whatever you buy...the highest I've seen in the county. And that $25 gift card they said they'd give me just for showing up...yeah no sight of it.

Super nice sales people. No pressure which was the best part and I wasn't hounded after I left. I liked what I test drove, but just wasn't wholly sold on it, but had I been, 9/10 would have bought from them.
