Courtney, our maintenance tech, is always great. They do a decent job overall. One thing I d have asked them is to have put up my sunshade back in the window instead of leaving my car to broil in the sun for days so I burned my legs when I sat in the driver s seat.

This dealership is absolutely wonderful. We were greeted by Javitz Roebuck (Sales) and he was instantly so nice. There was no instant pressure to buy. We told him we just wanted to look around for a hatchback (an Accent in particular). We found a BEAUTIFUL lime green 2013 one. We tried to find out how much a monthly payment would be and I appreciate the fact that he didn't make any promises about how much it would be. The test drive was nice. Javitz was rather hilarious and so friendly. When we sat down and started to figure out the numbers it was tense for a moment, but it really wasn't a big deal because Javitz went out of his way to try and get us the lowest interest rate possible. The first numbers that were spit out were way too high and he understood. Also, Brian Gore (Business Manager) was extremely friendly, but also professional when it came down to signing the contracts and offering the best deals. He took extra time to get us the lowest price. I drove off the lot with that car and it was the first one I looked at. The overwhelmingly friendly service and great deal made me not even want to consider the Ford Fiesta or Honda Fit! This place was great and I HIGHLY recommend it!
I was running late for my oil change appointment. I ended up arriving about 25 minutes after I was expected. I did call to make sure they still could take me and they were very understanding. In and out in under an hour. Thank you to everyone.
I had done my research online and I knew I wanted a 2014/2015 CPO Elantra for my wife. I also knew Cocoa Hyundai had the color we prefered. I had 2 trades. Saturday, the kids and I drove the trades down to Cocoa Hyundai. In about 4 hours we were driving Mom's new Elantra home.
Dustin (our salesperson) is GREAT! He is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Wayne Spitale (used car manager) is simply priceless.

Deceptive bait and switch company. Promotional flyer received in the mail if your number matches this you win $5000, $3500, 100 gift card. Mine said I won $3500. I had to call a number to verify the code. Yup, you are a winner! You just need to show up to claim your prize. I asked her what the catch was. There was a statement in the small print the number must match the prize board. I asked if the prize board was the same as the number I was verifying. My answer no idea, we are just a call service. Ok fair enough. When I went to the dealer I asked the guy the same question as he was taking my info. Yes, you are a verified winner. Ok, but is the number on your prize board the same as the number that I called into verify? Yup!
Ok, great. He finishes taking my info then says, let s walk over and verify the number on the prize board. I asked him why, it was already verified on the phone. We just need to verify it here. Hmmm, ok, seems kinda redundant, but ok.
Over to the prize board we go. Before we even got close I could see none of the numbers match mine. Except the phrase all other numbers under the $100 gift card picture. He explained to me how my number did not match which is basically saying I just lied to you about the numbers on the prize board being the same as the number that was verified via phone. So, here s your $100 gift card. Ummmm, no! He gives me a card they purchased for maybe $2 good for up to $100 at local restaurants. And the deception is complete. If they are this deceptive about a straight up $3500 prize, or worse a $100 ($2) prize, how can you trust them to not rip you off selling you a car?

Yes, your promotion was worded very clearly. It did say, in small print, very clearly, the number must match the prize board. It also very clearly stated, the numbers I was showing was a winner of $3500. Not may be eligible for or may be a winner, but, you have won. I was also told, very clearly that the prize board was just a verification of the winning number that was already confirmed to me by your phone registration/verification system. I am sure you have it all worded very legally specific, but that does not change the facts.
Even your consolation prize of the $100 gift card is deceptive. I can buy the same gift card from a high school student raising money for his class, for $20, and only cost about $2 to purchase in bulk. The card is only worth $100 if you use it at every business listed (of course needing to buy that Big Mac to get the free fries), and I am guessing here, because I am not going to bother using it, but many of the redeemable restaurants are not even in the local area, and some are not within 100 miles of here. Legally, did you lie? Probably not. Realistically did you lie? Arguably. Deceptive? Definitely

Nothing ruins my day more than sitting down after a long day of work and hearing that crazy annoying oaf on my television singing that sorry excuse of a jingle while shaking like a crazed, rabid wildebeest. Please stop playing your commercials. I know you probably haven t heard it from your employees due to fear of reprisals but seriously, with all due respect, stop with the jingle.
I never had a problem with cocoa Hyundai truly love my car the Tucson but very disappointed today. The black tape stuff around the windows was coming off it's peeling away so it's under warranty and they replaced it. I go to pick up my car and whoever did the repairs left my back window halfway down so the inside of my car is wet the floor is wet. I went to put my window up and it wouldn't go up. The seal around the window apparently was not put on correctly and it was blocking the window from going up. The nice guy at the counter came out and worked on it and we got the window up, don't know if it's in the right way because I can see some of the frame. I'm going to be very upset if my window leaks now.
Just bought a slightly used SUV from Cocoa Hyundai, worked the entire deal online, arrived at the dealership, no surprises, no last second "I forgot's"....everything rolled out exactly as discussed, no stress, such a pleasurable way to do business. Had a quiet moment while my car was serviced for an oil change. I just don't understand why a 20 minute job takes 1 hour 25 minutes. Maybe the bays were still full, and had to wait for it to open. The moment was enjoyable because I could relax for that time.

On Saturday my husband and I (against our better judgement) decided to look at new cars. After doing our due diligence on the internet we agreed that our first stop would be the Hyndua dealership in Cocoa. We donned our gloves and masks and embarked on our journey which we both detest because we always come away frustrated and angry and can never get the vehicle we want. I must say this was an altogether different experience. From Curtis who booked our appointment and handled the credit application over the phone to the final crossing the t s and dotting the i s with Bryan in finance I could not have asked for a better experience. However the most impressive person I met was our salesperson Adam Marx. He was ready for the appointment. He was friendly and courteous. He wore his mask when he couldn t safe distance. He was knowledgeable about every vehicle showing us features and trim styles. We fell in love with one of the SUV s and although it was out our price range we ran the numbers anyway. Adam worked hard for us and got the deal within fifteen dollars of what I intended to to pay. When he looked at me and said it s only 50 cents a day saying please please I decided I wanted that vehicle and it was worth the extra 50! cents a day. Adam is a great salesman and I would urge anyone who is thinking about buying a car to give Adam a call. It will be worth your time. We love out Santa Fe Limited and it has every bell and whistle you could want in a car

Car in to for oil change and fix wind shield washer. Advised it was time to replace drive belt, front brakes needed repair, tires rotated, and a wheel alignment. Played all by phone. Just under $993. Ok.
Got car loaner and picked up our car the next day. Still okay.
Car wind shield washer not repaired properly, brakes do not feel as if they are responding properly and the car came back dirty - exterior. All not okay.
Called back and company and will take car back in after the weekend. Okay.
Disappointing, as company displays multiple service awards from 2016.
Will give them benefit of doubt as they have been fair in the past. Hoping this is a one time issue.

I purchased 2013 vehicle from them. 24 months and 12 days later my battery goes bad. I called customer service and I was they had a 24 month full replacement warranty. When I asked if there was anything they could do to help me out I was met with.. Sorry rules are rules. This in my opinion is very poor customer service and I will not be a repeat customer. This is very disappointing because the car is great...

We were told the service would take 1 1/2 hours and it was spot on.
The waiting area was certainly better than say others service areas but I would suggest better seating and a quiet area and TV areas.
The manager sales manager and the salesman excellent they did everything they can to get us into the vehicle that we could have thought I tagged them and I will take my business to them they have continued to call me on a daily basis past four days to make sure everything's alright for the vehicle and if I was having any issues to come back to them and they will take care of it again thank you for Hyundai I appreciate you time you took me and my wife again thank you very much have a great day.

As an owner of several vehicles, my lease with Hyundia service did not include my tire rotation and they charge for a car wash. Other brands such as toyota do not as those charges on during your maintenance free period. In fact free car washes are a regular thing. Same thing with my Jeep Cherokee. I love my Santa Fe but they shouldnt nickle and dime you.

Terrible dealership. They just want to sale you everything. You get a free oil change but they drive you crazy the whole time telling you, you need this or that checked on the car. They just want to make money. Then they tried saying today when my husband went for the oil change we will buy your car back. My husband told the guy he was there for the free oil change and was not going to buy a car. We have only had our car 18 months. It doesn t even seem Worth the oil change they just won t leave you a lone. The owner in the past was very rude to us. I will buy a new car, but not from Cocoa Hyundai! I would like to give 0-star!

John was very knowledgeable with all 3 vehicles. It was only 2 hours from test driving all vehicles to signing the paperwork for my new ride.
My window tint started to peel. It was under warranty. The tint job was great but they never cleaned the window after they were done. I could barely see out the window it was so dirty with soap streaks. Did not notice till I was leaving. #Disappointed
