Taylor my service advisor always provides great service, but this time there was an issue & i blame management for not providing the appropriate training. When I purchased my vehicle, the window sticker stated 8-inch navi blue link multimedia/map update (3- year complimentary service). But Taylor did not agree, he stated it would cost me around $300 for the dealer ship to update the software & recommended I purchase the upgrade threw the vendor. I left messages for the shop manager as well as the general manager. Its been nine days & no call from anyone at the dealership. Not a good sign.
