This was the easiest car purchase ever. I booked a test drive and Cocoa Hyundai had the 3 cars I wanted to see ready for me. No pressure just a nice relaxing purchase.

I requested a price via the internet & coming from Orlando I was not thinking about driving 1 hour to go to this dealer but I was surprised. the price was right what I was looking for & the promise was real. they had the car I was looking for & even gave me a price for my 2 trades that I had. the folks are real, honest & friendly I could not be any luckier to work with Cocoa Hyundai. Carlos Lopez, Steve Yoder & Mark all made the experience wonderful. I have included them in my circle of family. Took my Subaru here for some paint and dent repairs. Great work and finish. The turnaround was quicker than initially expected, and they even washed and detailed my car without asking. Subaru of Melbourne has never done that... Very pleased with my experience.

I wasn t very impressed at all. I honestly will never go back and I now want to sell my Hyundai.... I ve always had a Honda until recently , and they went above and beyond with customer service but unfortunately now with my Hyundai , they did not. They were not nice at all, very rude greeting by two young boys when I walked in. Then when I got there I sat for over 30 min before they even got me checked in for service. Then after an hour i checked the status of my car. They said another hour , so then I asked if the curtesy driver could take me somewhere while I was waiting . I had noticed my car sitting across the lot for a while . Then all of a sudden they tell me my car is done. My car had been sitting there ready for god knows how long. And on top of that once George gave me my keys he expected me and my baby to walk across the lot to get in my car instead of being a gentlemen and pulling it up like ALL dealerships would have done for a lady. Especially having a baby with me. I went into the service department knowing what was wrong with my car, I just wanted a second opinion and instead I left never wanting to return to Hyundai or to own one for that matter.

I dropped my car off to be repaired was overcharged for rehooking the door handle and then they gave my car to an unauthorized person. I spent two days looking for it. Lots of extra money family grief because released my car to my problem child without permission.

They didn't even cover my expenses of trying to get my car back. It was horrible and should not have happened. Taylor called her and told her where my car was. What a mess.

My husband and I came in at different times, consequently ended up with 2 sales people, Ali & Jeff. I couldn't ask for two better people to help us. They were knowledgeable, helpful and patient. This is my 3rd Hyundai from this dealership. I will be back again.

Took my car there for repairs. When I picked it up the battery was dead and the car wouldn't start. An employee was nice enough to jump start the car. I just feel when you pay $2000 your car should be running when you pick it up.

I responded to Cocoa Hyundai's "Black Book" Deal for the umpteenth time and was fortunate to drive out in a new Hyundai Sonata instead of with the usual $5 Walmart card. The reason was Rick Musick. I liked the guy from the first moment. Rick is not high-pressure but friendly, informative and struck me as honest. That's a rare triple in the cut-throat world of sales. In addition, the financing (Jon Moyle) was efficient, quick and painless without the pressure to buy add-ons. I left happy with my purchase, the price, and fortunate with the addition of a new friend in Rick Musick.

Very friendly in the service department. The Collision Manager Matt is extremely helpful considering the technicians dropped the ball on a couple of projects. All in all, it was a good experience. I had to deal with them due to a car accident.

Management makes little effort to correct errors in the documentation. The staff treated me like I was the cause for their mistakes. It took 5 weeks to correct my title error which I pointed out to them within 24 hours.
No apology was given at any period along the way to correction. Attitude continued to be presented to me that it was my fault for the errors. A offer of fisticuffs was given by one of the managers today when I picked up the corrected copy of my title.

I am NOT pleased.

This was a very pleasant experience! Our next vehicle will probably come from Cocoa Hyundai. The vehicle was delivered to my house in sparkling condition by a smiling and friendly driver.

Mark was a no pressure kind of salesman. That's my favorite kind. He gave me the facts and let me decide on what I wanted. I would recommend cocoa Hyundai to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I own a 2009 Lincoln MKS awd in very good cond. And was looking at a 6900$ car when they offered me $ 100 for my car.said the salesperson would call the next day and never did totally unprofessional dealership.

I will be filing a report with the state attorney's office. Sales manager called me and said that the bank is wrong and that I should call them back and get the car back all he did was passed the buck along to the bank instead of taking responsibility and apologizing and giving me my $500 down payment back that would have been the responsible thing to do instead he wasted my time with a phone call saying that it wasn't their fault
Scam artist I bought a car from them in 2017 and I was a CO buyer on it with my father and a and a couple weeks ago he passed away so I called up the bank and informed them low and behold I'm not a co-buyer even though I have signed paperwork I called up and I spoke to the sales manager who blows me off and tells me call the bank back and talk to them again which I did and they're answered in change so either they're line or Hyundai is lying so I call him back and he's busy so I left a message and I explained that it was me calling back and they say their answer hasn't changed and could he give me a call back since I am a customer of theirs and I would have gladly continue being a customer now I just want my down payment back that's the least they could do is give me my five hundred bucks since they sold me a car I could never own!!!!!!!

Ali was awesome and worked with me to find the best car and price that suited me.

Everyone was great and did a good job completing my first scheduled maintenance.

Only improvement (that's outside of the dealership's control) is the need for the service rep to call the 3rd party warrantee provider (and was on hold for a lengthy time due to my Saturday service appt) to confirm I did not owe out-of-pocket for covered service.

I would think that Hyundai IT could integrate this information into their system to track this type of basic information to streamline the process.

I brought my car in on 5/29/18 the battery was completely dead. I had my car now 2 years. As I waited for my car it took about 45 minutes and then the gentleman came and told me, my car was ready. And that he put abrand new battery in it. So I went and sign the paper to get my keys back, and he asked did I have any questions. I said yes, so I took him to my car and showed him how the light stays on too long after my husband is in the store. He showed me that, he has to put the lights on auto. Iam so greatful for the whole Hydundai team . If I have a problem Ican always call on you. Thank you so much for being there for me.

Josh and everyone at Cocoa Hyundai were very nice and helpful. They did what they said they would do and that is very important to me. Will keep going back to Cocoa Hyundai for my car needs. Would definitely recommend Cocoa Hyundai to friends and family.

I had an appointment for service at 8:00 am I got there early and sat for 30 minutes before I stepped out of my car walked to the door to find a notice at the upper left side a 8.5 x 11 regular print saying that you are closed due to Co-vid. BS. You could have sent out text messages or Email to me before I wasted my time to drive there.

Excellent service, I spoke to Josh to explain my needs on the phone as it was my wife and son in Glorida and I was in Georgia. My son is graduating from Florida Tech and needed a new car and we wanted to do it for his graduation. They went in and were given great treatment, got exactly what he wanted and there are no games played with them. No stress for me at home and a great price on a great car from some great salespeople.

I never dreamed I would be able to get financed for a new, or used vehicle. I sent in the free application on line as was pre approved! I went into the dealership with an EXACT vehicle in mind and 5 minutes later was test driving it. Mike (my sales guy) was AMAZING. He knows everything about the vehicle. EVERYTHING! (He didn't even make fun of my driving) =)

Great friendly customer service. The process from sitting with Dustin and his Padawan was great. I apologize that I do not remember your name. Ali made process smooth and easy while signing all of the paperwork. They were very informative with going over all of the information, warranty, and questions that we had. Dustin even took the time to go over the car thoroughly with us as well as go over the service area. He also did not make us feel rushed or pressured along with the rest of the staff including the sales manager Sheldon.

I purchased a new Elantra GT. Rick Musick was very helpful and not "pushy". Price negotiations were polite and reasonable. All involved seemed concerned about me as a satisfied customer. After sale help has been great.

Cocoa Hyundai was amazing, set far apart from any other dealership I've dealt with in the past. These people went out of their way to get us into a new car with payments we can afford. They've got a two new customers, I would and likely well buy my next car from them when it's time. They were very open and honest about the credit situation and packages that cone with the vehicle.

We were not very satisfied the past two visits when trying to purchase a vehicle. You get all of these emails to trade your car in for something better and Hyundai is not able to work with your requests. I guess sales are real good right now and they are not as eager to spend the extra time to negotiate a sale that's not going to make them a lot of money. In addition, the sales person didn't show much interest after telling him what we could afford. In the past Cocoa Hyundai would work with you until you left out the door with a new vehicle. Very disappointed!

Unfortunately my wife's 2017 Santa Fe was T-boned by a nother vehicle. Hyundai highly recommends that only Hyundai replacement parts are used. In the past I have had unpleasant experiences with aftermarket parts and accessories not even coming close to my expectations. I spoke with my dealership and they agreed that my car needed to go to Cocoa Hyundai auto body shop. I contacted my insurance company and was adamant with them that my car go to a Hyundai Body Shop. After a couple of days my insurance company granted my request. This was one of the best argument positions I have taken in years and it paid off. All the body work was done and exceeded my expectations. In addition, I have a lifetime warranty on all the parts and workmanship. That in and of itself is exceptional in Industry standards.

I would definitely recommend anyone with any model Hyundai that has experienced an unfortunate accident to have their car repaired at Cocoa Hyundai. The staff are Pleasant to work with, they are professional, and very knowledgeable. In combination with the quality of work, and the manufacturer replacement parts, I am one happy customer and can only Express my appreciation by giving them five stars and my personal recommendation.

December 27th 2018. I had to take my car back for a little routine touch up, and Matt got the vehicle in immediately and personally did a perfect job touching up the vehicle. I just can't say enough about the service and body shop at Coco Hyundai. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented something you don't see much these days. I highly recommend this Dealership.

I went to the "Grand Re-Opening" of the dealership, Three years ago I had bought a used Elantra from this Dealership and I was looking to trade it in for a New Car this time. Everyone was pleasant, professional, courteous and fun to deal with. They worked with me and got me a great deal for my old car and then found me an even better loan deal than I had preapproved through some else. So now I have wonderful brand new "Turbo Veloster", which I am having a great time driving around in.

This is my third time buying from Cocoa Hyundai . Adam was great and honest and such a real blessing to work with. Sheldon and Brian were great too. The two Sonota especially the Sonato Hybrid 2014 with the panaramic sunroof I loved ,but I had to get an SUV because of transporting my family to Dr s appointments and VA visits with wheelchairs and walkers. The Hybrid couldn t have a hitch to carry everything so I had no other choice but to trade again. I had to have the panaramic sunroof and the Tucson Value has everything I needed. The lower interest rate from Hyundai and the 100,000/10 year warranty you can t beat. It was a blessing working with Cocoa Hyundai and I hope they Bless Adam real good

We took our 23 year old daughter here to buy a new vehicle. The salesman was very thorough explaining all the options of the 2020 Hyundai Tucson Sport. They worked with us to get affordable payments that works for her.
There was only one finance guy that evening; I did get a little antsy waiting but with COVID19 it s understandable.
I totally loved the finance guy! He gave our daughter a lot of excellent life advice about finances! Four members of our immediate family are Hyundai owners. I m not looking to upgrade my vehicle at this time but I do love the new technology!
