I left Hyundai after years of fantastic service but found out the best quality car and service was in front of me the whole time. Brandon, Carlos and Ali reminded me how easy it was to get a great deal in a pretty short time and welcomed me back to the Hyundai family with friendly and professional service.

We purchased our fourth vehicle from Cocoa Hyundai. Our experience this time as with all our previous purchases has been excellent. Their Sales Team listens and encourages a dialogue that supports a win-win transaction. They do NOT use high pressure sales pitches or stressful "now or never" forced decisions. Thank you for making the car buying experience a pleasant one.

Note that as owners of several vehicles purchased at Cocoa Hyundai, we have been servicing them at the dealership service center. Similar to the professionalism exhibitted by the Sales Team, the Service Team has consistently done a great job.

I just purchased a car here and it was my best purchase experience ever. My reason for coming to the dealership is because of the way that my service advisor, George treats me. Never has the car buying experience been less stressful. Our salesman, Chuck is easy to get along with, a straight shooter and very accommodating. The entire staff from front to back has been great. I will consider them first for my next purchase.

I regret buying a car here. I bought a brand new 2018 Sonata. At the time of financing I added GAP, scratch dent a ding, key fob, and tire replacement if anything happened. That was all almost $75 more a month. Today I took it for a oil change. 1. You also have to pay extra for a rotation. 2. They told me I need to get a new tire because it looked like a belt was broken. I said no problem because I have tire insurance. Well they told me the belt was not under warranty. It s only under warranty if it was blown out or flat. Let me tell you that my car is not even 6 months old yet and they are already giving me issues with warranty.
I said so how dangerous is the broken belt. He said I wouldn t drive on it, it could blow. I said so it takes me getting in an accident on I 95 with my seven month old son for you guys to fix a blown tire. THE GUY SAID yes. I am absolutely done with Cocoa Hyundai.

Endless research and three different dealerships and we were exhausted in our search for a new vehicle. We were on our way home to sit down and compare all their numbers and offers,when our phone rang in the car. It was a call from Carlos at the Cocoa Hyundai dealership. We hadn't gone to this dealership but I had gone into their website to compare prices, options and inventory. Their website asks for your email and phone when you're visiting the site.
Carlos asked me if we were still interested in a new vehicle or had already purchased etc. When I replied that we hadn't made a decision yet, he asked for one favor. Please stop in and ask for him and at least give them an opportunity to try and match what we were looking for before we made a final decision.
It happened we were only a few miles from their dealership so we decided to stop. ************************************************
HOW i WISH THE SERVICE DEPT WAS AS GOOD AS THE SALES TEAM!
MY NEW CAR PURCHASED ONLY 2 MONTHS AGO WITH ONLY 1491 MILES-FAILED TO START TODAY AFTER NOT BEING DRIVEN FOR ONLY TWO DAYS. I WAS ABLE AFTER MULTIPLE TRIES TO GET THE DOOR LOCK REMOTE TO UNLOCK THE CAR. ONCE INSIDE THE ENGINE WOULD NOT TURN OVER-ONLY HEARD A CLICK. CLEARLY A VERY DEAD BATTERY!!! NO I DID NOT LEAVE ANYTHING ON OR RUNNING ETC IN THE CAR. THE LIGHTS ON THE CAR WOULD COME ON, BUT VERY DIM AS WELL AS VERY DIM DASH ILLUMINATION. EVEN THE DRIVE GEAR CONSOLE HAD NO ILLUMINATION. I DECIDED TO TRY AND CHARGE THE BATTERY BEFORE CALLING A TOW. I HOOKED THE BATTERY CHARGER ON THE CAR FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES AND THE CAR THEN STARTED.
I DROVE STRAIGHT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND DESCRIBED THE ISSUE AND THAT I WANTED A NEW BATTERY.
THEY PUT THE CAR ON THE DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT AND EVERYTHING SHOWED "GOOD" WITH THE BATTERY. FIRST OFF- WOULDN'T THAT WOULD BE NATURAL SINCE IT HAD JUST RECEIVED A FULL CHARGE AND I ONLY DROVE IT 5 MILES TO THE DEALERSHIP?
ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE DEPT-NOTHING SHOWED AS A PROBLEM SO THEY SENT ME ON MY WAY.
WELL THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CAR AND I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR INVESTIGATIVE PROCESS. A BRAND NEW CAR'S BATTERY JUST DOESN'T DIE LIKE THAT JUST BECAUSE A CAR WASN'T DRIVEN FOR 2 DAYS AND WHETHER THEIR DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT WAS ABLE TO DETECT ANYTHING IS IRRELEVANT TO ME. MACHINES MAKE MISTAKES ALL THE TIME. I STILL FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD REPLACE THIS BATTERY IN MY NEW CAR, SO I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY THAT IF I DON'T DRIVE THE CAR FOR A COUPLE DAYS TO KEEP THE BATTERY CHARGED THAT THIS WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
I STILL SAY THE SALES TEAM WAS WONDERFUL, BUT I CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR THEIR SERVICE DEPT. AND SINCE I BELIEVE BUYING A CAR AND A GOOD SERVICE DEPT ARE SUPPOSE TO BE A PACKAGE DEAL I'VE TAKEN AWAY MY FIVE STAR RATING.

It was the best decision we made that weekend. Carlos introduced us to Josh Snyder and he asked for specific details on what numbers we wanted to see in our overall decision on a specific new vehicle. He then set out to beat all of them and still provide us with the vehicle that met our needs. It was painless and we actually drove home with our new vehicle. Carlos's phone call was the magic that made it work!

Sales man was great, but sales management is a joke. Ran my credit I don't even know how many times, without my permission. Went there over three months ago and still getting rejection letters, at least 10 so far. Not only that, but they promised a gift card for coming in and taking a test drive, that I never recieved, even after mentioning that they didn't give me the gift card. Not even mad that I couldn't get a car because I figured I couldn't, but at least be honest. I definitely won't trust this place with my business when I get my finances in order

RAND was an amazing sales rep. He even picked me up at my work in Melbourne to take me to see the vehicle. He and the team walked me through the deal and and were very patient with me as I sat in there showroom making sure I was getting the best deal for me..... I had been to the Hunger Project that they support in there parking lot and had
been impressed by a dealership that sews back into their community. They also invest time and patience in you when you are dealing with them...Service at its best. In today's busy cut throat world that is refreshing. Thanks Ali and John and Rand for staying late and helping me get my new car. They even give you referral money for referring people. At first, I dreaded the thought of having to go look for another car because it is usually unpleasant and mentally draining, but not this time. Earlier this week, I stopped by Cocoa Hyundai and met Don Berry. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle model I was interested in and the options available. When I asked questions, I received honest, straight forward responses and he didn't dance around my questions just to make a sale. He wasn't pushy like many salespeople are and his personality made me want to do business with him. After the sale was complete, he went above and beyond, taking the time to go over my car's options in detail and setting up my Bluetooth option. Overall, Don made the car buying experience very pleasant and I would definitely recommend him to everyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

The thing about choosing a dealer for me is more than just buying the car. In a perfect world the dealer is also a trusted friend, mechanic and consultant. That for me is Cocoa Hyundai, this is a family who now counts me as family after my recent purchase. The extras that this family run business added to my car for safety and convenience was above my expectations and not common to all Hyundai dealerships . I actually drove out of my way past competitors to do business here knowing that I would be getting the attention and service I needed to feel comfortable buying a new car. Ali, my sales"Guru" knew more about me and my needs than I was even aware of. He really guided me beautifully into the car that met all my parameters. No easy task with me as my mind changes faster than the weather. Wayne handled the "dreaded" negotiations and guess what? He was charming, friendly, funny, fair and a real pleasure to work with. Pressure free we worked out the numbers and I was offered a great trade in value for my car. Ryan took me through the whole car end to end and explained in great detail how all the buttons and gadgets worked and even pointed out options I did not realize came with the car. Like icing on the cake. I am actually looking forward to my next "free" oil change so I can come by and say hello to my new family.

Broke down on I95 and we felt lucky that we got serviced by Coco Hyundai. They made sure we got a good safe hotel and drove us. Picked us up in the morning and could give us the low down on the repairs needed. Gave us a loaner since it would be a day before parts got delivered and got it done for the amount quoted.

Before coming to cocoa Hyundai, I looked around at several other dealerships. None of the other dealerships had the vehicle I was looking for in my price range and the employees just wanted to make a sale. At cocoa Hyundai, we were greeted warmly when we arrived. Unfortunately they did not have a car in my price range when we first went but I did not intend to buy that day, just look. Chuck was very helpful and made us feel comfortable and not pressured to buy something we did not want. Carlos kept in contact and we came back a week later to look at some more cars. We ended up purchasing a great Elantra for an outstanding price. One of the reasons we came back to buy at cocoa Hyundai was because of the exceptional service. Car buying is usually a terrible experience but these guys were upfront about the prices and didn't put us in a vehicle we couldn't afford. Will definitely be a customer for life.

Cocoa Hyundai is the place to go for your new or used car!! After looking at and researching all the different crossovers I decided to get the Hyundai Kona. I am a loyal Hyundai customer and have had a few different models through the years. While inquiring on the internet before heading to the dealership I met Carlos Lopez he is the internet manager for Cocoa Hyundai. He was the person that made me want to come into the dealership. It was Easter and he was working even though he was off. He was so personable and genuine. Dealing with him was a pleasure! The next day I told him that I would come in to do a test drive. When I arrived he came out to greet me and set me up with Adam Marx to look at the different vehicles. I decided on a vehicle and the whole process, from test drive to trading my vehicle, to finance went smoothly and quickly. With Adam's help I was in my new car in record time. Adam went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend going to Cocoa Hyundai for your next vehicle! Richard was so patient with me when I was looking for a new vehicle. We test drove several vehicles before finding my car! He was very attentive to my likes & dislikes & wanted to please me. He even said he'd rinse off my car when I bring it in for oil changes if he's there (my Hyundai dealer in New Mexico always washed my windows at least; sometimes they'd wash the whole car!) Richard even got all my stuff (& there was a lot of junk!) out of my trade-in & put the box of my stuff in my new car! Sheldon was great in helping meet my price needs & Ali was quick with all the financing stuff. All in all, a great experience! Thanks guys! Loving my new car!!

Sold them a car with engine problems that upon pulling a carfax had been stolen, at one time. The story gets worse but let's just say grandmother was swindled out of more than $5000.

My neighbor works at Cocoa Hyundai and insisted I come here to buy a car. He said he knows a sales rep (Adam) who is great and would help me find what I m looking for. Besides the drive, I live out in Orlando, it was well worth the time, wait and experience. My neighbor was right, Adam was awesome! Kept us engaged and put everything up front and was totally honest on his knowledge. He did whatever he could to make my car happen.
My car had to be brought down from their sister store, so I didn t leave with my car the same day. However, Adam made it clear if he need to, he would drive to me to drop off my car. Which was really sweet, but since this was my first new car I wanted the whole experience and drove back. He went over ALL the features, made sure that all my safety features was on and gave his recommendation on how they should be applied since I drive alone.
The staff as a whole was awesome ! They were really nice, finance got me an awesome rate that no one can beat.When I returned they knew exactly who I was greeted me immediately. I ve heard a lot of bad experiences with purchasing a new vehicle, but with Cocoa Hyundai, you will expect nothing but exceptional.

Over priced for car repairs. People there were nice and professional. I got an estimate for repairs on my car. They were quick. They said it would cost $2500 to fix the car. I brought it to another place to get a second opinion and it they said it would cost about $700 to fix the car. I guess they were trying to rip me off?

Dave, Manny and Brian are the best! I bought my moms Hyundai Elantra here in 2006. 14 years later it is time to replace it. My mom still lives in Cocoa and I live in Dallas. I found a 2015 Elantra on their site and sent my mom to drive it. They understood 100% that my mom is elderly and disabled and that I would be working this for her. They gave her no pressure and we worked out the deal over the phone. The paperwork came and being in the financial industry myself there were not surprises, everything was as discussed. My mom means the world to me and I am so glad Cocoa Hyundai treated her and myself the way they did. When I lived there I bought other cars from them. This transaction made me proud to be part of the Cocoa Hyundai family even though I live in Dallas. When their website had limited photos they went and took more for me and sent them to my phone and they sent me all the paperwork via FedEx. I can t give enough praise to these people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Has been a five star experience. I was able to lease a new car almost five months before my lease was up and get so much more for my money as far as fabulous upgrades. I absolutely love my new 2019 Hyundai Sonata SEL with the smart key and so many other wonderful features I especially love the fact that Hyundai gives you a full three years with Blue Link and roadside assistance and two free oil changes a year there's nobody that's able to beat all of those perks

I took my Hyundai in for oil change, tune up, etc, and they didn't put fresh oil in my car, or didn't even do the oil change because 2 days later I was a quart low and my car was smoking. None of my fluids were topped off either. What did they charge me for??? I always had good service up until this visit.

Where are they?? Also where is the acred sunglasses pocket? I cannot get the driver's seat back far enough to be comfortable. You need a blind spot mirror. You put a good feature on a vehicle, then you don't put it on others. Worst crime of all, l cannot fit a towbar. For me it's a lemon I'm stuck with. Where is the Toll change rack/shelf/ draw/pocket..ashtray? Doc. compartment light? Vanity mirror light. Front passenger seat folds to become table?

Way to go Cocoa Hyundai! This is at least the second flyer like this I have received, as I'm sure every other resident of PSJ, Cocoa, Titusville, etc has. Just a small postcard flyer isn't enough, lets see how many resources we can waste on one advertisement. 11x17 heavy paper with a plastic box that will go to the landfill, WITH A BATTERY in it that will go to the landfill. Thousands of them. Each person can make a small difference but a big company can make a big difference. Shame on you. This is a disgusting waste for the sake of advertising. I'm sorry, but the majority of people are not recycling the trash that you mail to their homes, so recycling at the dealership is just not enough. Please stop sending landfill fodder to people's homes!

Service department is friendly and courteous. The lounge is clean and pleasantly roomy with snacks and beverages available while waiting. My Service agent was George did a great job he did exactly as promised no pressure to have extras unnecessarily done like some dealerships. I will be back and highly recommend the service department.

I recently called because I received a letter saying my 2013 Hyundai veloster turbo was under recall so I called to schedule a appointment the staff had no idea of the recall and I asked the service guy if I can call a 1800 number for Hyundai to see what I can do about this situation because my car is affected by the recall and has been stalling and making noises ever since I purchased this vehicle and the service guy laughed at me and said this is Hyundai. I love the Hyundai cars but it's been a hassle getting them to fix anything on my vehicle using my 10yr 100,000 mile warranty. I think I will be going elsewhere for my next vehicle

I don't really write reviews on google ever. However, this dealership bait and switched me. Don't do business here. They are more interested in money than reputation.

I made a deal with an internet representative, Rick Music. I drove 5 hours from Tallahassee so I could get the car the next day. I was called in the morning to be told that the car I had made a deal with was sold the night I was driving at 8 pm (the time they close). The dealer told the manager that he had asked me for a deposit which was a lie- I had asked if I should put some money down to hold the car and the dealer had said that I didn't have to.

I went to the dealership that morning because I was upset and did want to continue doing business with them. And then they showed me a car that was same mileage , same year everything except thousands more! They also showed me shittier cars with more mileage than I had wanted etc.

Update: After I complained to Hyundai USA, I was called by the owner or manager and he basically berated and shamed me for calling "the top". He offered me nothing and was rude. I asked him to stop all communication with the company but I received another email from this company.

I have bought a vehicle at another dealership and the process was smooth and the dealership kept their word in regards to the deal we made. I'd avoid this place at all costs.
