Cocoa Hyundai always does an outstanding job on my 2016 Tucson.. The customer service is always professional, outstanding and very friendly.. Everything is explained to me prior to having work done on my vehicle,. During the wait time free coffee and goodies are available.. Comfortable chairs and tables are in the waiting area.. You can view new vehicles and talk to sales persons on the sales floor area next to tge waiting area.. Clean restrooms make your waiting more pleasant. When your vehicle is ready your rep will come come and let you know your vehicle is ready.. George went over a checklist that covers all that was done and the total costs of all the work that was completed,. Bill paying was completed iin no time. Fast and easily done. George told me where my vehicle was parked. And my next appointment I'll be sure to ask for George. Cocoa Hyundai does an amazing job.. Keep up the good work until I visit you again...
