great hotel to stay in Orlando, the waterpark is just a plus

Fridge was leaking in the room. Phone didn't work. Customer service was snippy with us. And for the second time we couldn't use the arcade. It is contracted out and the change machines that put credits on the cards were broken.

Not what I EXPECTED! Didn't have house keeping for two days straight

1st of all they didn't have the Room that I paid for. 2nd of all when we got to our downgrade of a Room it was absolutely filthy the sofa bed sheets were wet and over all the place was very dirty!!! I would not stay here with my children so I left to find a different hotel.

This place is so nice it has a great water park but the food is is good too and I love the giant slides they have their it's really fun I wouldn't recommend if you have kids or just want to have fun and also was a great place for sunbathing the rooms are really nice I would recommend you go to this place

The room they gave us had mold in the restroom. I spoke to the supervisor and told him about it. Sounded like he didn't know the effects of it. Especially having kids in the room. The good thing was that they moved us to a different room. Expected more for the price I paid.

At the check in I was an hour to be served, the pool was super dirty and is very small for the many rooms that there are, besides the water park does not exceed the expectations to which they say. And they are seen in the photos.
everything is charged there or a microwave provide.

My son and his family lodged here for the weekend and the price they paid to sleep on a sofa bed blew me away, loved the indoor water park that has a tiki bar and grill, plenty rooms and crooks and turns a person can get lost. The plants are so beautiful

Booked my room online and was quoted a guaranteed price. Got to the hotel and they charged me $330 more dollars than quoted and even when I showed them they email they wouldn't adjust it. Received a email the day before my trip offering early check in, and late check out, when I asked at the front desk they said i couldn't. The manager was not knowledgeable, this isn't a resort it's more of an hotel, and customer service stinks, toilet was broken, restaurants were horrible, rooms doesn't look like the pictures online. Definitely not worth the $3000 I paid to stay here. The "family rooms " are small and the bedding smelly and nasty. We had to bed for basics like wash clothes and toilet paper.

The primary reason we chose this hotel was for the water park, however the water park wasn t even open when we checked in and hours were very limited.

The paperwork that was signed shows a resort fee of $24/day, but the actual charge was $32/day.

As far as the rooms go, if you stay on the second floor there is no elevator unless you stay in building 6, which was never even offered upon check in.

Rooms are dirty! They smell musty, there was an iron burn on the ottoman, wax on the floor and the refrigerator didn t work. I ended up switching rooms, the room was a little more up to date with hard wood floors, however once again - dirty! The bottoms of my feet were black with in 20 minutes of walking around the room.

I wouldn t recommend anyone to this place you re better off staying somewhere else! Total waste of $521

Horrible experience! It was filthy the beds didn't even have fitted sheets they used flat sheets and they used sheets as blankets. There was no hot water. The rooms smelled horrible! The air conditioning and heat didn't work at all. There was black mold in the bathroom. Never again

Very Clean, it's a basic motel, great modern new decor. Basic motel layout (+ the awesome water park that's included!) staff was very friendly. Amazing deal for the price.

We were told our room would have a microwave at check-in and it didn't. We also asked for a crib at check in which took 2 more trips and begging plus 7 hours to get it. The a/c in our room had no cover on the coils and we asked to have that fixed too since we were traveling with a toddler. After our 3 days staying here we never did get the microwave and had to walk to the gift shop to use theirs numerous times. We called the front desk numerous times for different things and most times no one answered or it took forever. A few of the slides... the pool bar... and the breakfast restaurant were closed the whole time which kind of sucked. The hot tub jets were also broken. We made the best of the vacation but the hotel was definitely a disappointment.

Great place lots fun entertainment for kids and adults nice rooms and and kool environment has everything u need from the water park to gym arcade outside of water park pool and live in entertainment all down the strip restaurants stores everything a very kool place for Floridians right under our noses and great place for Florida's vacationers

Dirty, smelly, slimy... the staff was nice though. One section (like half the place) was closed which they should let you know before you buy tickets. We stayed an hour and left because the whole vibe of the place was off.

Where do I start??? Ok, so price point, it was absolutely great so I upped my rating to 4 stars. We stayed for 4 days/3 nights and anywhere else in Orlando for just 2 nights plus tickets to a waterpark off premises would have cost almost triple what I spent here with everything all inclusive. Overall the waterpark was great. It was fun for the kids, the waterpark staff (lifeguards) were friendly and attentive and they did a great job of keeping an eye out on the kids making sure safety was priority. The price for a 4 day/3 night stay was pretty good, but after tacking on an additional $32/night "resort fee" which covers free wifi (that rarely worked - glad I had mobile hot spots included with my cell service), and the housekeeping portion (which was supposed to change out soiled hand/face towels for fresh ones, making the bed, taking out the garbage) which only happened ONCE out of the entire duration of our stay... I feel pretty disappointed that I got charged an extra $102 for the resort fees seen as how I pretty much did the housekeeper's job for them. Also, the bathroom door looked like it was about to fall apart due to what looked like it had been there forever and involved in a massive flood of the bathroom (bottom of the door bowed in and badly curled up with a new coat of paint slapped on it). You get what you pay for and again the price was good, but it was pretty much like staying at a motel that has a waterpark in it. They also have an arcade that gives tickets out for playing the games, but unless you're really paying attention to the amount of tickets that are being credited to your arcade pass, your kids will get shafted. After noticing how many tickets were going onto my 4 year old's game pass and having to notify the staff of improper ticket credits pretty much every other game (one of the games he won 50 tickets but only 5 were credited/on another he won 83 but only 38 were credited), so you HAVE to watch each game your child plays to ensure the gameplay is fair and they're getting what they're supposed to. Other than a few hiccups, it was pretty good and I would most likely return, but next time I'd be better prepared given I now know what to expect.

We booked the King suite by pool. There was no mini Fridge, the room was dirty meaning I could not tell when. The carpet was last cleaned. We found a cockroach the last night of our stay by the TV. The ac leak water on to the carpet. The restaurant could accept cards because the sy8were down and they were down the whole weekend. Even employees were complaining because they take the blunt of the complaint from customers and they tell manamemt and they don't do anything about it. This can tell you this. The lifeguards were awesome and on top of their game. One of the safest waterparks we have been to. If it was bot for my 4 year old being all excited about the resort we would had went else where

Very poor service and management. Me and my family stay over the weekend. Got to the room after being on the road all day. I wanted to take a nap. I pull out the dresser to find a plug to charge my phone and it filthy. Disregarded that I was tired and just wanted to lay down. Woke up to take the kids to the water park at 11am. My daughter is scared of the big kids park so I was trying to take her on the kiddie side which was closed for some reason I asked how long would it be down and was told an hour. After five hours I got tired of asking and being told over and over another hour I gave up. Then they ran out of rags and the shower didn t drain properly. Then my kids witnessed a big brawl and some one pulled out a very big gun. I watched as multiple guest come to the front desk scared for their safety. Mind you they guy who pulled the gun out got a full refund and was allowed to leave and the police did nothing. But then management call the police on all the guests that were just stressing their concern about their kids and themselves safety. Nd even lies that someone else had the gun, when clearly they let him go on about his business. I will never come back here again very unprofessional.

Non smoking rooms smelled with smoke, the parking spaces are not monitored because cars in parking lot got broken into

I gave the 2 stars for the staff. They were absolutely amazing. Any questions we had, they were helpful! My favorite was the bartender Daniel. He had good conversation and made excellent drinks.

Now the reason why I couldnt use all 5 stars was because of the room. I dont know what they use to clean that room but it smells awful. We tried to open a window to let fresh air in but it wouldn't open. We went into the first room and it smelled so bad we couldnt breath so we requested another room. Apparantly they all smell that way. The bed didnt have a comforter and the sheets didn't look washed, and one of the sheets was all torn up like an animal had scratched it.

We liked the waterpark. That was a fun aspect of the hotel. The kids had a blast going down the slide.

The only thing we would've changed was the room.

Was there for Christmas and New Years, great staff no problems with the room and perfect location! Only problem is the plates were not kept warmed up at breakfast so by the time you sat down to eat the food was cold. Other than that no complaints at all. Would go again

The worst hotel ever to stay in...no central air in the entire property.... they have those projects hair conditioning system, which is the window a/c unit and they set the temperature @69 and the reason why I am so upset , knowing that they making millions of dollars.. I he

It was bad except for the fact. That on arrival they asked us to pay for water park resort fees and we only booked for a room. Also half way through our stay we realised they gave us the wrong room. And we have to keep asking to clean our room. We paid the water park resort fee and the slices and swimming pool were ok. Only two star because of all the inconvenience and the fact we got the wrong room and it wasn t pleasant my two big children had to sleep in a terrible couch.

When ever we got there they gave us a room with people already staying in the room also we should not pay for parking when we pay to stay at the hotel also they never told us the waterpark was closed apon arrival went to the game room and alot of stuff was broke also my daughter had red bumps on her after being in the pool and hotbut the water needs to be cleaned

It's an amazing place to visit with kids but it's a little dated.

Service was great. We dealt with Ozzie at the front desk and was welcomed warmly. Room was good, a lot of fun stuff around. I would come back, if i visited Orlando again.

Dont let the outside appearance fool you. The rooms are much nicer than the exterior. Pool area is amazing. Unfortunately the music is extremely loud!!! Don't rely on the life guards, they don't care much. Our kids had a ton of fun!!

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. First of all, the hotel smells of mold and mustiness. But we still we were willing to give it a try for the pool and slides. We initially stayed here to enjoy the water park, even though it was 65 degrees but being from MA that is warm to us! They would not turn the water on what so ever. I complained to the front desk where he refunded me the resort fee of $35 which meant nothing because my kids were still going to be bored. So my kids only had the pool to use from there on, no slides or water activities. I eventually complained and said ya know, it's 63 degrees, the kids don't care, pls turn on the slides. The manager, who was probably about 20 years old said she would. She ended up turning on ONE slide, which was the smallest one they had. Like what does it matter if one is on or all of them? She said it was too cold and no one would use it and it goes buy capacity of the park, so I said "well my kids want to and I'm paying to be here so please turn it on." Mind you, there was one slide that went into the pool so why couldn't that one be used if the pool is able to be used? Once again, she said she would. Nope, did not turn it on. The customer service with this girl was so awful she did not even know how to speak properly. I felt like a joke arguing with this girl. And not to mention the rest of the staff (Where there was quite a few) did absolutely nothing, walked around having social hour eating chips and talking. But were clearly too busy to open one damn slide for the kids to have fun. I finally just complained after 2.5 hours of going back and fourth with this teenager and said I want my money back and I'm leaving. And it wasn't about just the water park, the customer service and these employees were horrific. When speaking to the "Water park manager" aka a 20 year old girl, she had another employee (probably a 19 year old girl) by her side literally arguing with me in an extremely out of line tone like she was going to physically put her hands on me! it was absolutely so unprofessional. I had her walk with me to the front desk (where she had her teenage employee escort her) where I explained the situation and said I just don't want to be here and this girl should not be "managing" a single thing. As I looked at her and said "this is because CHILDREN want to use the slides that we paid for and YOU refuse to put them on for no apparent reason" but nope, no reaction. I got my refund and went next door to Holiday Inn that was amazing! I will never return here due to the fact you're paying for a water park and they refuse to turn it on? Absolutely not okay. This place is ran as a joke. Then to make matters even better, I get home, check to make sure I got my refund and notice they charged be TWICE! I would not recommend staying here if you're going here to enjoy the water park because God forbid there isn't' enough people there, You can't even enjoy the park! I would highly recommend they get a new "manager" for the water park and maybe fix up the hallways and rooms. Not Okay what so ever.

They should model you from the outside. On the outside it looks like a cheap engine but inside it is very nice

Very disappointed, customer service is horrible. Staff dosent help if you have any issues. I tried to talk to supervisor and she just wanted to get rid of me instead of helping me solved the problem. Front desk is very rude

We had so much fun!! Went here for my special needs son's 10th birthday and found coco key is just what we were looking for! The waterpark did not disappoint! Food was ok, staff was great.. except for one individual...we will be returning. Only suggestion I do have, is staff training on recognizing the children with special needs, but with that being said, I feel the staff is very good, even had one of the kids saved by a lifeguard, who was definitely paying attention, and a follow up by a supervisor making sure my daughter was ok.

A fantastic family Hotel especially if your kids love swimming and the free water park so those chill out face away from the theme park.

Rooms are clean as well as the communal and pool areas. Location is fantastic right on International Drive Swiss free shuttle bus to Universal and SeaWorld (needs booking on the day).

All staff have been lovely don't forget to leave a dollar per adult staying per chambermaids Ias they so deserve it.

The family enjoyed themselves between the game room & swimming pool. The staff was professional and pleasant.

Dirty dirty dirty! WAY overpriced and WAY overcrowded! The carpet in our room was filthy! The waterpark was right outside our door and closed at 7. Then the music started blasting until around 9. I called the front desk 4 times requesting it be turned down. It's a family resort not a damn rave club! We came last year and had a wonderful experience but we WILL NEVER EVER return! Save your money!

Great fun place . They kids loved it . Me and my husband enjoyed the water slides also. We did rent a rent not the best room ever. The beds are to hard for me , but nice for the night then hit the water park again in the morning!

The only reason I even give this hotel one star is becous of the water park.
Staff is not friendly or helpful in any way.
The room was dirty and smelled moldy, which later we found mold In the room.
The rooms are all connected by inter doors. Ours was not even locked In the bathroom. Walls are paper thin as well. Me an my family could here the tv in the other room. Along with other things .
It is ghetto to the core!

The ac was not working
We asked for blankets because it was so cold we waited for 2 hours and called several times but they never brought the blankets.
The aquatic park was closed due to the weather but they didn't change the price.

Check in May 7 to 9, our room junior suits was good and huge,...our son enjoyed the resort. No issues at all

It's a place where kids enjoy and have fun. The receptionist very friendly.

Front Desk agent was friendly. Gave me directions on where I had to go for my meeting with another staff member.

387.00 for 2 nights we should get complementary breakfast but everything else was great

This property was NOTHING like it was advertised. It was dirty, not well maintained, trash all over, dirty water. We had booked a two night stay and very promptly canceled our reservation and took the hit on the refund. It wasn't worth it to stay. We didn't feel safe.

Housekeeping does not clean floors. Dirty standard of upkeep. Everything else is OK, considering the cost of room.

The reason why I give a star is only for the water park that is good, but when the hotel is full it is impossible to use it, the attention of the workers is terrible, mainly the front desk and the young lifeguards. ???? the rooms equally super bad conditions.

The kids all agreed that this was the best part of their vacation! We got day passes and spent the day at the water park. Our kids are 12, 11, 7, and 5 and they played all day without ever complaining of being bored. That's hard to find with this age range!

The water park was nice but the rooms I didn t even want to take a shower I changed room 4 times and the same thing the tube had mold in it on top of all that I found a bug in the room a old orange behind the refrigerator god no how long it s bin there it was just not a good experience for my daughter and I for her Birthday and yes the manger felt bad so he did try to help And I appreciate it but honestly speaking that hole hotel need to be renovated.

The Renovation is worth the cost, nice job! Front Desk is strict with their fee s, be aware. Now our morning check in with the night auditor was below standard, impersonal, lengthy and not resourceful; detrimental for successful and pleasant stay.

Check in was a nightmare! We arrived at 1 pm and were able to use the water park and on location pools, which was great. However, even by 3:30 our room wasn't ready even though 2 other groups just getting there received their rooms right away. We went back to the front desk at 4:15 to check again, we saw a group ahead get their room but our room as well as 2 other groups were told the room wasn't ready. The man working the desk was indifferent and told us that check in begins at 4. My husband said there was no way we were leaving the desk without a room. The man was so rude and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. We got shoved into a room smelling like bowling shoes... luckily we won't be spending too much time here. I will never book here again!!! Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. Why is there a no stars option?
