Booked my room online and was quoted a guaranteed price. Got to the hotel and they charged me $330 more dollars than quoted and even when I showed them they email they wouldn't adjust it. Received a email the day before my trip offering early check in, and late check out, when I asked at the front desk they said i couldn't. The manager was not knowledgeable, this isn't a resort it's more of an hotel, and customer service stinks, toilet was broken, restaurants were horrible, rooms doesn't look like the pictures online. Definitely not worth the $3000 I paid to stay here. The "family rooms " are small and the bedding smelly and nasty. We had to bed for basics like wash clothes and toilet paper.
