Check in was a nightmare! We arrived at 1 pm and were able to use the water park and on location pools, which was great. However, even by 3:30 our room wasn't ready even though 2 other groups just getting there received their rooms right away. We went back to the front desk at 4:15 to check again, we saw a group ahead get their room but our room as well as 2 other groups were told the room wasn't ready. The man working the desk was indifferent and told us that check in begins at 4. My husband said there was no way we were leaving the desk without a room. The man was so rude and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. We got shoved into a room smelling like bowling shoes... luckily we won't be spending too much time here. I will never book here again!!! Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. Why is there a no stars option?
