Very dissatisfied with the hidden fees. Booked through Priceline, at a bargain rate. Too good to be true. Three weeks later my Credit card is charged an additional $89.56 for "Parking and resort fees." Having already paid Priceline's $62.98 taxes and fees, I was confused. The itenerary says I saved 73% by booking with Priceline, however, my actual savings after the additional fees... 41.8%. Spoke with Priceline, their customer service agent explained that Priceline cannot be held responsible for the additional Fees and Charges assessed by the individual property. Spoke with the resort, who maintains that these charges are a standard. So, for $120 a night, I, a single man, booked a dated, less than 3 star hotel room, in a resort facility that catered to children. There was limited hot water at the bathroom sink, the hallways reeked of Marijuana, and the room itself featured a "leaking" minifridge, a sticky remote, and a dirty coffee maker. Would have went with a modest hotel chain closer to the resort I was visiting, had I been aware of the hidden fees. Shame on Priceline for failing to disclose these tremendous fees, and shame on the "resort" for not including this information to Priceline so that consumers can stay educated on what is a good deal for them and their unique situation. This is the first time I have been double charged by any of the hotels I have booked through Priceline, but not the first time I have gotten a good deal through them.

Very bad hotel, it's like a motel smells really bad from Houston and find that experience so bad on the page looks very good and I did not find what I saw on the internet there were cockroaches in the rooms and bathrooms kebrados and they did not want to return the money very bad nose I recommend them for nothing

At arrive the place looked old and really not you would expect from a "resort" however the rooms were really clean and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The pool and water park is freaking awesome!! For sure a one stop shop to have entertainment for the kids and not need to drive anywhere. They also have an arcade which added additional activity for the kids after the pools are closed. I am definitely going to bring my family back. Only down side, we tried to call for late check out but no one picked up the phone. Not sure why. Other than that the staff and lifegaurds are great.

Partly our fault, partly theirs.
If you have to have the internet, do not count on the Wi-Fi. I had to leave twice to do some work.
Everyone should give this hotel a try. Kids love the park. Really convenient to Universal. Disney is a bit more challenging.
Staff is friendy, tons of lifeguards at the park.
Water heater needs turned up a bit.
Needs updated. We have been coming for years. Its clean, no bugs, doesn't smell.
Watch your expectations and you will enjoy it.
We might have just out grew it

This is a great water park for all ages they have a little bit of everything that everybody can enjoy! the inside pool water is nice if it is chilly outside the water is warm and has slides for little kids outside has a bigger tubes that you can ride on the slides and the body slide as well. I have been to Holiday inn resort waterpark before and thought that was awesome and now I've been here and it is pretty much the same thing as that but you get some more cool adult right that you can also bring the family on and then you also get the indoor pool area. This place is awesome!we will definitely be back when you stay the night here your admission is free into the water park for that day and also the day after you check out.

The best part of this "resort" was being outside. This facility is in need of a severe renovation, remodel, clean-up... the works. The rooms were decent enough to stay in but definitely not preferable. There was an odor in them and throughout the "hotel". Trust your gut on this one. The pictures are too good to be true, not at all what's really there. I should have ran when I pulled up.

Only giving two stars because the maintenance guys that had to come to our room were extremely nice!!! - they had to fix the air unit because the prior guest apparently had been smoking in the room and turned on the humidifier. So they allow smoking in rooms, at a children's 'hotel'???

The worse resort!!!!

The worse resort!!!!
Got a junior suite on the second floor no elevator we had took carry all our luggage up the stairs my vacation turned into a nightmare and to make it worser nobody knows where anything is at. The worse vacation with my grandkids. I do not recommend this hotel to nobody. Is dirty and smell very bad.no refrigerato, no microwave,no coffee maker,

I'm not pleased how we booked two rooms a month half ahead of April. We get here and we're in a back building with our rooms down the hall from one another. We ask for connected rooms n they says their full n can't when we walking past all these empty rooms. The hospitality sucks around here. People walking up n busting the line for service while we waiting for service too. Then my key card keeps locking me out the room they reset it twice

Paper thin walls.Security doesn t do their job to keep the peace and quiet at night. Dirty couch in the room, looks like they found it in the dumpster. Only good thing was the free shuttle bus. Like the old saying goes you get what you pay for . Next time I ll spend more money to not stay in a filthy dump.

My family and I loved it. Although I had some issues.. the beds were a little too firm, the Wi-Fi was HORRIBLE, the water park was packed. (I wish it was only exclusive to the hotel guests). I encountered a few rude staff members but most of them were nice. Some of the lifeguards and water park attendants were nice and attentive. But others were not focused on watching the families swimming but rather wanted to talk to each other. (Kind of dangerous). I wished they had a game room attendant in the arcade the whole time they were open. I took my young children in there late and there were unsupervised children in there acting like animals.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Coco Keys and I do plan on staying again.

I couldn't get over the first impression.
We booked for one night prior to the return flight, after a long drive. And we did it for the large water park that the hotel has. However when I arrived at the reception, the person who was there attended to me so reluctantly that it seemed that he was doing me a favor, clearly he was not to check in but for another reason. Despite the bad treatment, I completed the check in and went to the room with my family. After all it was only one night and we were tired.
After a while I came back and talked to another person much nicer who explained how it works and answered all the questions.
Breakfast is not included. They charge you $ 13 per adult and $ 5 for each child. Breakfast is very varied and complete and the girls took great care of us.
At lunch time the attention was so bad that they made me want to leave, both the person who took the order, and the kitchen staff, who delivered the order, were very unkind. What's more, I had to signal whoever takes the orders because he was talking on his cell phone and was not paying attention to the guests who were queuing to order.
The wifi does not reach the rooms, you moved a little away from the lobby and you have no connection. Advertising it as a hotel with WiFi is illogical.
To the cost of the room you have to add 26 dollars for the "resort fee" which is the rate of use of the facilities.
They charge you an insurance of 50 dollars that they give you back when you check out. It is common when you rent an apartment, but I have never seen it in hotels. I find it a bit weird.
The building is run down, dirty and untidy, although the rooms are correct. Parking is free and there is plenty of space available.
The best thing about the hotel is the water park with attractions for kids of all ages. And why not, adults;)
Many slides of different heights and a large, very shallow pool with fountains and games for the little ones.
If I had stayed longer in Orlando I would have gone to another hotel, probably the chain ones.
For one night it was enough, but I would not return.

Great experience, try not to check in before 4pm ,had to wait for room to be ready.had to call for room service after the first day but made up by the manager for meals or drinks from the bar, other than that had a great time, great place for the kids ,area had a lot of restaurant and places to explore, would definitely use again.

Nice enough motel. Rooms were clean and inviting. Staff was super nice. Food was horrible. Bought an overpriced dinner for the family and threw it all away. The drink machines in the restaurant weren't working. We were told we could buy a $5 2 liter or go to the gift shop for drinks. The park was nice but crowded and kids were not supervised. Kids doing cannon balls into the shallow end of the pool. Loud and unruly guests made it hard to enjoy common areas. A great place to stay close to parks but don't go for the water park and easy food.

Wishing it can be a ZERO start the water park was great for the kids but the bathroom had urine all along the back of the toilet and was smelly we have request for service since we checked in and took the kids to get into the water it is 9:30pm now we checked in at 3 and still no one to clean the restroom kids are soaked in water and can t even use the restroom worst stay ever

Well we booked our room a week in advance, and when we checked in our room was no where near ready. So after going to one of the parks we checked in again which took 25 mins and tried scamming us out of our breakfast and pool vouchers. The only thing that was nice was taking my son to the arcade and water park. Customer service was very poor and the employees have very bad attitudes (with the exception of some of the life gaurds) The hallway smelled of weed and the room was very dingy. Needless to say we won't be staying here again and we'll do better research when planning a family vacation. Especially since we live in Florida and often come to Orlando.

There was a black silky worm in the bed when we pulled the blankets down!!!! On top of that every time we needed to get into our room we had to find staff to let us in!! The place smells like a moldy basement!! I would not recommend spending your money here when there are so many other places to stay!

The hotel was clean and all the employee's were extremely detail oriented and friendly. The rooms are a little dull and the mattresses could be newer, but they are well kept and comfortable. The water park is great and all 3 of our children enjoyed it immensely.

Fluorescent lighting in the rooms is awful. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant. They did upgrade us to a Junior Suite, free of charge. Wireless internet is free but pretty slow. Waterpark is pretty good, but sometimes not supervised well enough when it comes to unruly kids.

Pretty average hotel. Stayed here for a theatre competition a while back and this place wasn t bad, but it wasn t great either. The room was okay, and it s a good place to stay if you have young kids I guess (even though it s pretty obsolete compared to the hotels in Disney and Universal). The food here was not good. 3/5. Ok hotel. There s better options. But it s far from the worst thing ever

I wish I could give it zero stars and submit the photos I have. A guest vomited in the elevator and it wasn't cleaned for over 24 hours. Illegal activities happening in plain sight of children. No masks worn by staff. AVOID

Great Water Park to visit for a Family Getaway. Prices $29.99 per person & 3 and under FREE. Does not accept Groupon on Saturday's FYI. Will honor it but you will have to pay the difference. Locker rentals are $6 and $10 for a large, you also have to pay for towels. Has a cafe and bar for Adults to drink. Overall, it's worth the price! Life guards are on duty constantly!

The water here stinks so if u need to brush your teeth u need to buy bottled water. The staff also gave away my room to another family even though my room was booked for 3 days. Good thing my aunt was in the room when the family walked in smh.the carpets stink because they dont clean them knowing its a water park and most kids go back to the room in their swimsuits. But the water park is nice even though a few of the slides were closed when we went.

Terrible experience. They did not have any wash cloths. Instead we were told to use hand towels. The jacuzzi did not have a single bubble, it was essentially a mini pool with water heated courtesy of the sun. The appearance of the hotel was equivalent to a motor 6 motel. Our room was not cleaned one single time!!! Terrible! Over priced to what you get.

We stayed here for Spring Break. Check in was quick and the front desk staff was very friendly (I believe his name was Isiah, sorry!). Room was a nice size, floor/bathroom could have been a little cleaner but it was decent. I liked that there was no carpet in the room. There is a fridge but no microwave or blow dryer (if that matters).

The true perk of this hotel/resort is the amenities. There is a really large arcade that my son loved, There is a great pool and the kids loved the water park aspect, there is something there for every age. There are 2 restaurants and a poolside bar. Breakfast is about $12 per adult and $5-ish per child. There is an IHOP, Denny's (that serves beer!), and a Dunkin Donuts in walking distance if you don't want the hotel breakfast.

The resort is barely a 8 minute drive from Universal Studios, they also have a shuttle available. There are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops and attractions (like go-karts) in walking distance. Overall it felt very safe and there is plenty of parking.

We would definitely stay again (but bring a swiffer for the floor).

Definitely worth it. Had a blast. Rooms were clean. Amenities were on point. The arcade had a lot of games that were down or took your tokens and didn't work. Also had a drink from the bar and it made me terribly ill. Overall totally worth and we will be back in May!
