Rooms are gross, clientele is earthy, waterpark is great.

Room is covered in dust smells moldy. Pool areas don t open until 11!! Not really worth $547 for Mother s Day weekend!

I've been here 2 hours so far and still haven't even gotten to my room. Check in took an hour and none of our key cards worked to get in the room. still waiting on them to fix it. Will update this review if they are able to change my mind in the 4 days I have here

Soooooo not worth the money. The big slides were closed the 5 days I was there. They should have informed us of that beforehand. No cell service at all inside the room. Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything. Maids woke us up at 9am every morning. Didnt bring us new towels after taking the used ones. Check in took about an hour. Took another hour for maintenance to get us in the room since the lock was malfunctioning. Ended up at the hotel a block away for a third of the price as this one

I honestly dont know where to start. For starters this is a motel. There was so many people standing around I thought I pulled up in the hood..The outside of this place smells so bad. It smell like a mixture of piss, beer, and sulfur. It's really outdated and small. There is not enough parking spaces. I had to walk a country mile to my room. To be honest 1 star is too high!

I read Google reviews before I stayed and I was really scared.
Well, the hotel is not at all bad.
It is an American motel style hotel that we see in movies. To enter the room we do not need to go through the reception. Just go outside and access the room.
I'll divide my assessment into pros and cons to make it easier.
Pros:
-Excellent location. Close to everything.
-Comfortable bed.
-Organized.
- Room with good air conditioning.
- Attentive staff (most speak English and Spanish).
Cons:
-Acoustic insulation is not very good. If you catch a noisy family next door, good luck.
- There is no microwave in the room, but it has a fridge and coffee maker.
-Bathroom ceiling and shower are low. If you are over 1.90m you can "suffer".
- Charge $ 3 per order received if you buy something via the internet.

I didn't have breakfast and didn't use the pools. He used the hotel only to sleep. He stayed all day or in the park or shopping.
If you get a good price I recommend the hotel.

I visited Coco key hotel for a buffet breakfast. The service was good, the room was clean, but the facility felt outdated and the food seemed like cheap cafeteria fare, so I give three stars for my experience at the hotel.

The worst place we stayed so far. AC wasnt working. Tempersture was 78-80 degrees. Guy was trying to fix it. But no luck.Costumer service refuse to give us new room, cause they were none available. Bought a fan.
Water park was dirty, food was all ove the floor. Water is so foggy. Smell of chlorine was unbearable.
EXTRA CHARGES: $10 FOR PARKING, Really!!!! Some other charges which wasnt in the reservation. PLEASE CALL AND ASK THE HOTEL SERVICE FOR OTHER CHARGES OR READ A SMALL PRINT.

This place isn't the nicest place ever but it's clean. The room smelled funny but I picked up a bottle of air freshener and that helped. The air conditioner seemed to have a hard time keeping the room cool on really hot days. The waterpark is included when staying at the hotel but watch the weather because they close down if there lightening nearby. Not bad for the price.

Hated it, the room smelled like someone was smoking in there, that's one. 2) the bathroom was super dirty. 3) when you would shower the water would spill out the shower. 4) when they go clean fix your room (which by the way they do it really fast) they put new towels, you have to tell them to bring you towels! 5) the buffet didn't taste good at all, and there was barely anything to eat. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Besides that the location was really good, it was near lots of resteraunts you could eat at, like for example IHOP, pizzas, Dennys, ECT. Honestly thought I am NEVER going back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. They cleaned or rooms daily. The waterpark was a nice size to be in that area. The kids preferred the pool. The hut near the waterpark made really good drinks. I didn't really get pics if the waterpark. The building next to ours was being renovated which was a part of the resort. There was a lot of places to eat and shop within walking distance. There is a timeshare on site where you can get cheaper prices for amusement parks, but we chose to pay full price rather than have to go through that timeshare stuff. There are shuttles for whichever adjustment park you attend. We really enjoyed our trip.

Not the best but a good place to stay if you're in a pinch. Very crowded.

Loved the water park and pool but the rooms can use updating. The drinks, great. I loved that I got two additional tickets for $10 instead of the $30 I was initially informed when booking reservation. AC was horrible, we cut it up to 78 because we didn't want the room cold when we returned from the water park.. worst mistake ever. It literally never got back nice and cool. Hated that there's an adjoining room in bathroom, never saw that before. We had three rooms and all of them had an adjoining room door in the bathroom and the room. The kids enjoyed and the adults just as much, those slides were great. Food is expensive of course, drinks too. We got a $100 visa for visiting another property and free breakfast. We were upset because we weren't told it was a timeshare tour. We wasted five hours there, which was a shame for the kids. So, beware because they'll tell you it's a new nice property and you'll get a free stay (which you do) but will leave out it's not their property and the fact that it's a timeshare HARD SALE! Those people literally pushed everyone to their edge and then you had to wait an hour and a half to redeem your gifts. Obviously we waited because we were already so mad and wanted what was promised, like everyone else. But, all the salespersons were aggressive and they kept bringing other people to sale you when you repeatedly said no. The good thing was we made up for it on check out day, since you can still use the water park. We live in Orlando so we stayed and enjoyed since the kids got the short end the day before!

Horrible when it rained everything would get shut down no refunds y take kids here if they can't do anything?!!! Don't waste your time its dirty here an rooms are old an nasty the managers are idiots an have horrible customer service skills I won't ever return an hope it gets completely torn down to maybe get replaced by something cleaner

I was very dissaponted. I could have spent some extra money to have a decent classy place for my family, but took a chance with this place because I was interested in the indoor resort for my boys. As soon as I checked in I was notified about the partial closing of the water rides ( the best and largest section) and the additional fees for parking and security deposit. They did however offer me a discount for the resort of. $15 per day instead of $50, so we decided to work with them. Then we head to our room to clean up to find out the bath was clogged. That's when I decided to cut my visit short and find another place nearby. I couldn't in good conscience put my family through more hiccups on our precious time off together.

I wasn t satisfied at all bar closes early the staff is rude the rooms had roaches the refrigerator didn t get cold n the WiFi sucks they charge u after 24 hours just was the worst resort I ever stayed at in Orlando

First review I ever left but I felt this was necessary. Bad experience from the moment we entered the room. The smell of mildew was strong and the mold in the room was very unnactractive. They start playing music every morning at 8 am and the bass is so loud it will guarantee to wake even the deepest of sleepers. Room didnt get cleaned one day and other days it would be cleaned by dinner time and by that time we were already back in the hotel. I travel a lot and this is the first I see a maid coming to clean the room at supper time. Room not cleaned 2 full days, sheets were not changed and we pay "resort fees".Worst of all one of the staff was walking and swinging a bucket and hit my 3 year old daughter in the head and couldn't care less. Lastly, we have had 3 towels with hairballs.If you come here strictly for the water park it may he worth it but stay clear of this motel or hotel as they call it.

Very nice place in Intenational drive, near to many attractions. Room clean and neat. Staff very nice. In general is a very good place to stay with family and kids.

If you do not speak English do not go, there are times when nobody speaks Spanish and they do not take care of that and other details left a terrible impression

Hard to get in and out of the hotel property but is a nice place. The water park is fun and convenient.

This disgusting place kept my family up all night with banging. It smelled damp and it was not clean nor did I feel safe. The only part my family enjoyed was the arcade.Food was unappetizing,and very expensive.I don t reccomend this hotel.

Dirty rooms and sawers, Looks neglected, Bad smell, A/C Noise doesn't allow you to sleep, TV doesn't work. Website Pictures are misleading and amateur staff. Also charged me for additional fee that was not mentioned anywhere.

This is the worst hotel or resort that I have ever stayed in. The hotel rooms are not clean, the hallways are dirty and the front desk staff are not friendly at all. My family vacation was ruined at this hotel. Our room was not clean or stock for two days, we have to call the unfriendly front desk for everything, and the third day was even worst. Management is very unfriendly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Orlando trying to have fun by yourself or family. I will post my pictures of the rooms and the hall ways. I will post my comments to all the travel site to let others know about this hotel.

The place itself is not bad, but the staff is unfriendly, untrained for their work, in addition to the checkout at check-in. They can improve it

This resort is wonderful clean good staff financially reasonable. Me and my family had a great time. We will be back #Spring Break 2019!

It got the job done, but I wouldnt stay again. Went to Universal Studios for the weekend and there is a shuttle to take you there throughtout the day (but you have to sign up for it). It wasnt far from the park but the shuttle does stop at other hotels so plan ahead! Its only about a $7-8 uber ride. As far as the hotel and amenties go, the shower leaked and was hard to turn off. You also had to jiggle the handle to the the toilet in order for it to stop running. One night the cover to the lamp on the wall fell off all of a sudden so I left it on the desk and figured I would try to put it back later, well not even 10 minutes later the lightbulb fell out as well which left me in the dark! But there are multiple lamps in the room so I just turned on another. Also the pool water looked murky so I didnt get in! When I went it was later in the day so maybe everyone's sunscreen somehow rubbed off and made the water cloudy?! I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it was also murky the next day. So like I said this place got the job done for being a place to sleep and shower, but next time I'll just pay more to stay somewhere nicer.

DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE!! First the photos are deceiving! The rooms are in serious need of renovations, I booked 2 rooms & one had a broken toilet seat, one side was completely missing a screw that keeps the seat attached to the toilet, one of the drawer handles was broken to the dresser, mold on the ceiling and someone tried to open a door in the bathroom that connects to the outside hallway( I think, honestly I don't know why this door is even there), the second room had a broken a.c., which was literally broken and would not blow cold air even on high at 68 degrees, the phone in the room was broken so I couldn't call guest services I had to call the front desk from my cell phone, the room smelled musty, the air was humid and the smell from that a.c. was horrible! I booked a room at the Hampton Inn that afternoon and demanded my money back. The pool and "water park" is not worth any of it..this place reminds me of a no tell motel.

Had a great time loved this place so much but they took a 50.00 deposit told us we would get it back after we cheaked out. Well it's been almost a month never got it back called them to ask why and they told us they never took 50.00 from us and we would have to drive all the way back there to show them our bank statement to prove they took 50.00 and didn't pay it back. Very upset over that. Were 4hrs from there and can't drive there for 50.00 that would be our gas to get there and back.

We stayed here for one night. The air conditioning would not turn off and our granddaughter came home with bed bugs.the arcade chairs and tables were dirty and food was spilled and not wiped up. Life guards were to buzy talking with theirselves and not watching the kids. Not a good visit.

Horrible Service, and the Manager of the Resort lie to me. I booked a reservation at 12pm and travel from miami to Orlando, I arrived at the hotel at 4:30 as soon as they check me in I went to the room and there was a very strong smell of humidity. My son suffers of asthma, and as soon as we open the door my son was having an alergic reaction. I have explained the Front Desk lady my situation and that i needed to leave They didnt want to give me a refund that i needed to do a cancellation 24 hours before. I explained to her that i booked the room 4 hours prior, that how come i was going to cancel in 24 Hours. I asked to speak with the Manager and he said that he was going to refund ALL the money. When i came back to Miami i found out that they have only refunded one night. Bottom of line they lie to us at that moment, so we could leave and stop giving complains. That is not fear I highly don't recommend this hotel to any of my friends or to any of you reading this review. Have a blessed day.

Great!!!!!!!! So much fun but the dress codes are a bit sucky becUse of things like not allowing boys to wear curtain shorts

First impressions of this place are good, cool, great place.
But this all ends upon arriving at the reception and having cockroaches walking on the wall and a time-consuming care.
The pools and Arcade are cool, even if some machines in Arcade simply steal your credits from the card you get to play and simply do not work. There is not much to talk about the rooms, warm beds, nice bathroom and air con a bit noisy but nothing effective.
On top of all this, it still does not have a secure car park, many people have cars stolen or stolen and the hotel is not responsible for these things. So if any of this happens to you they'll just say "Sh * t Happens!"

My family and I stayed here from 8/9 to today. We stayed at the hotel last year and loved it so we went back with family this year and it was terrible. We did not have house keeping for 2 days in spite of multiple calls to the front desk and a visit to the Dr in desk yesterday. I was looking to speak to a manager and was told that one would be available at 9 am they took down all my info no manager ever called me. I called again asking for a manager because we were also having trouble with the a.c. I was told I did not need a manager that I needed to speak to house keeping they transferred me and of course no one ever answered. Sunday night they finally sent someone to check the a.c. the guy tried to tell me that all I had to do was lower the a.c. I tried to tell him that I lowered it to 65 and it would not go below 72 I finally just gave up. We were so disappointed that we left first thing this morning. The customer service was horrible to say the least. Next year we will be looking for another hotel with a water park as we will not be coming back here.

We stayed here for my Son's Birthday because the watermarks were close! It's a very cheap & dirty looking hotel and anvience was mediocre at best with a $24 Resort Fee and bad food.

I live in FLORIDA so I visited CoCo Key Water Park and loved it so I made it my favorite water park in FLORIDA and had stayed their about 5-6 times until I had stayed on one occasion before the hurricane IRMA so we had the water park wrist band's that we're NOT used thinking we can always go back and enjoy the water park and I went this past Monday October 16th ,2017 to use the band's we had to the water park and the MANAGER OF THE WATER PARK AREA REFUSED TO LET US IN OR EVEN TRY TO WORK SOMETHING WITH USE AND HE DIDN'T AND ON TOP WAS VERY RUDE so we lost out and it was VERY sad having to tell my 7 & 2 year old grandsons and my 17 year old niece and my 25 year old daughter after we we're already their ready to enjoy the day that we couldn't stay and had to go back home , mind you this is a place we're I had stayed so often and had recommended SOOOOOO many people to come stay and this is how we we're treated.

Gross Hotel. The room smelled musty. The sofa was filthy. The refrigerator didn't work. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Even the remote was sticky. One of the pillows had hair on it. The tub looks like it was never cleaned just rinsed off. All of the furniture was covered with a layer of grease. I wiped everything down with Lysol wipes, it was so dirty. Told The front desk about our broken refrigerator no one ever came to replace it. The waterpark was decent but the hotel is disgusting. We checked out a day early b/c it was so nasty. I honestly don't think they clean the rooms they just change the sheets.

Rooms are cleaned daily, some are better than others. Water park is great, staff seem really nice. Decent for the price.

Horrible we were going to stay here for the 4th of July last month, and half of our family checked in first, bugs everywhere and the room only had one bed when we got a room with 2 beds. Service was horrible, we ended up renting a house instead.

I am on my 3rd day of a 7day stay and I am so disappointed. Everyday I've had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The carpet in the room is disgusting . And I hade to kill roaches. I still have 4 more days to go.

BLACK MOLD! We got to the hotel after driving all day at 2:30. We weren't in our room until 6:30!!!! We have four young children and we were all ready to start breaking things. I watched many people check in and walk away with room keys. Pool closes at 10. Sucks when you finally get kids to sleep and can't enjoy your evening. Hot tub was broken. Pool had 1/4" of hair grease floating in it and you'd almost slip and break your neck trying to get out. It's called a pressure washer y'all! Clean the place up with a pressure washer, please! Then the room... first night little bit of mold bleeding through the paint. By the end of the stay the entire ceiling in both bath rooms ( we had a double room) was covered with black mold spots. I would hate to see the back side of that drywall! EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Black mold can kill some people. Long story short. VERY COOL ON SITE WATER PARK, but nasty dirty piece of crap hotel. Find a better hotel and go to wet and wild. Oh and the pool view room the show on the website is not the one you will get. It's a regular swimming pool full off nastiness!! Oh and the "restaurants"... was it really even food?!? I imagine they got the food from a homeless shelter. Terrible food, poor quality. Ten times worse than hospital food. Waited 40 minutes for a pizza. Tired of waiting asked what was the deal. O ran out of cheese. Perfect. Place sucks to eat or stay at. Fun water park for the family.

Wasnt exactly blown away with this resort. Yeah the water park was fun for about an hour. The game room was decent however games were left running even when the games stole your money. If there was an issue with a game the resorts response "Sorry but the games are owned by a private company, nothing we can do" Well they are on your property so yes your responsible. My daughter won the jackpot at the balloon pop game. 7000 tickets and she didnt get 1 single ticket cause the resort said "Oh sorry that game should of had a game out of order sign" I didnt eat dinner there but we tried breakfast. I give it a 2 out of 10. Eggs were powdered, gravy on the biscuits had to flavor except tons of pepper, bacon was odd tasting. I wont be back to this resort. Oh yeah, i went through a trip website to reserve the room and ended up paying an additional 100 dollars for resort fees and parking, what a joke.

With a little better maintenance & if that side of I-Drive could get its act together... This could be a wonderful resort. Great use of space... More than you'd expect and a good deal for the money.

Rooms are older but well maintained. The water park is awesome! I love that we get 2 days use with one night stay. Food is on the expensive side, but not unexpected since it's a tourist area. I only wish their was a karaoke contest! Games in the arcade have a large variety but they are expensive and many of them are out of order.

Place is nice for kids all ages to have fun indoors or outdoors

Not worth the price. Had to call for towels. The staff was rude because the had to change our bedding at our request! Definitely not a 5 Star!

The room was dirty and had a foul odor. The towels had hair clumps inside them. We were charged resort fees and the water park wasn t even open. They never disclosed this even after checking in. The bath drain was completely clogged. After one night I left and cancelled the remaining nights. Whomever took the photos did a great job of polishing a turd . Will not go back and would not recommend.

This is a nice vacation spot for someone with kids. This is our second time here & it was just as nice as the first time we came about 4 years ago. My kids really enjoy the waterpark & heated pools. I would recommend CoCo Key to anyone because its on International Dr. & EVERYTHING you can imagine is on this strip (walking distance). Try it out for yourself, you wont be disappointed. Oh plus the rooms are nice, cozy & clean & the staff is really nice.

I guess you get what you pay for, the place was kind of dirty. They give out towels but I wasn't so confident about using them on my son the water was cloronated and it was very smelly. You could see the dinge marks on the water sprinklers in the park indoors... there were people drinking all over the place, will not be coming back.

Gianni at the front desk was awesome! He made sure we had a great time on our vacation! The water park was a blast, even for us adults!

Water park was ok. Had a lot of fun sleeping with my roach friends. Told front desk about it. Moved rooms and found more roaches. Will not be back

Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT stay in this MOTEL! This is a $35/$40 dls a night MOTEL in Chicago, I know! This is not a Hotel and is very far from being a Resort which is what we were told when we bought our Disney package, not sure what these people mean by calling this MOTEL a resort. I went to Orlando for 6 nights to live the Disney experience for the first time so I booked a $3,500.00 6 nights 7 days package to stay at the key west resort (biggest mistake of my life) but they didn't. Instead they put me in this MOTEL called "Coco key west resort". Rooms are dirty, two roaches found in the bathroom, spiders on the wall, smelly room, broken furniture, a/c was smelly every time we turned it on, fridge had mold in it and food crumbs, the key card did not work a single day, I had to either knock if my kids were in the room or go to the main lobby and "get my card fixed" which would only work for that one time or maybe two. We no option but to stay here as "Key West Resort" had no rooms available for us, we looked for other options but we couldn't find a resort or hotel that had 6 straight nights available for us and we didn't want to move from hotel to hotel every 2 nights as that's all the resorts had available, two nights at a time. There were two other families in here that went thru the same nightmare, the thing is you can't do much when you're with your kids and just drove 1,000 to 1,400 miles to get here, everyone is exhausted and just want to go to sleep on a clean, comfortable bed which was not the case, instead when we got to this MOTEL we were charge for the parking lot, for the shuttle (which can only take 7 people at a time and of course they only have one van that leaves every hour, there was a total of 3 families 13 people in our group, they need more than 1 van and leave to the parks every 15 min not every hr) service to the parks, for the pool service, the gym and everything they could possibly charge us for and of course we told them we didn't need the gym or the shuttle as we had our own cars but we still had pay extra for all these services even if we didn't used them... There goes another $149.95 extra for these "amenities" do yourself a favor and book your family at a Resort a real resort and then research a good theme park package, plan your trip so you and your family don't and up staying in a dumpster like we did, this was hands down our worst experience ever.

Awesome place to go to for kids and has nice pools and services I ad a great time

Good place to spend time with family. It was not over crowded since we visited the place in March. Kids can have really good time and it's very affordable

After arriving at 4pm to check in, I was told that I would receive a phone call to let me know It's okay to check in. Really? After waiting an additional 40 minutes with no phone call, I had to return to the front desk and skip line to get checked in. The room had filthy sheets that needed to be changed, the arcade had no AC in August in Orlando! The pool area had no towels available and the AC in the room worked when it wanted to. My over all experience for $293 for 2 days should have been much better. If this continues I'm not sure how much longer this place will be in business. This is Orlando Florida. A city with thousands of other resorts/ hotels that would have been more than happy to provide a positive enjoyable experience for $293. I wouldn't ever stay here again.

But the bartender Sam was awesome! The only reason for 2 stars. Thank you brother for your great service.

We had a great experience here we loved our room we had an awesome time

The water park was great! The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. Cafe was pricey and food was not good. Everything we ordered was over cooked. We had to pay a resort fee to have access to the water park, park our car and use of wifi. The WiFi didn t work in our room at all. The first 2 night we stayed we called the front desk and we were told sorry, that s just the way it is. On our last day, we went down to the front desk and they reset the router to see if that helped. Still no WiFi. We went back to the front desk. They were very apologetic and asked if we wanted to move to a different room. Since it was our last night at the hotel, we didn t want to move. We were refunded the WiFi fees. We would consider staying there again if we are in the area but would try to request a room closer to the router.

Got here last night...decent rooms...looks like a great place for kids to have fun...got to the breakfast buffet and was a joke....they charge before u sit down to eat and half the buffet is gone....asked one of the cooks if there was more gravy and he said......If you have some at home bring it....WTH....

I had to edit my review becouse i went for 2 days last week and it was not clean the room at all. The mini bar had enormus amount of ice and was not working, the hot water didnt work in the morning. They have to improve!!

I dont understand way they are working on stuff right now next to the pool on this busy weekend.

The hotel is nice the employees are very helpful. Tons of things for the kids to do. They love the water park built in. Over all the hotel gets a 4 out 5 from me. Some things could use a update. And the location is great right in the middle of everything.

Staff and management was very accommodating when there were unexpected changes to our booking. They handled my issues and understood my needs. Spoke with manager Charlotte who was incredibly helpful and gave outstanding customer service.

Cleanliness isn't a top priority, needs better updates. They need an exterminator for the bugs, the hours for the water area arent too great either. But if you're on a budget it'll be fine , just dont expect premium comforts. Its basic at best

It's fun for the kids. But the room need more works

It's a old motel cleaned up but the rooms are very noisy due to people outside your food yelling as well as being able to hear people in the rooms around you being loud and noisy. The water part was ok for some with kids but it was cram full.

This hotel was great! It was clean and updated. I loved the fact that staying there gives you free tickets to the water park on site. I do wish they had elevators but other than that I enjoyed my stay immensely.
