The staff was very friendly. International both sides and traffic was bad. Checking in at the front desk of course was the first thing we did and Maria made a great first impression with an infectious smile and awesome personality.

The rooms were small, two beds and bath but clean. Sleeps 4 comfortably and nice place to lay your head at night.

The place had an arcade, a fitness center, computers for guest, meeting places, and a pool.

Then there's the crown jewel. The water park. The water park was my children favorite part of the resort. There's a playground water area, and slides. Don't go in trying to compare it to Disney's Blizzard Beach, Sea World's Aquatic or Universal's Volcano Bay, as a former Wet'nWild lifeguard for 8 years I can tell you that there is value in the money you pay going in. The water park price is of course included in your hotel stay.

They have a restaurant if your hungry and in walking distance from everything.

Check out was easy to do.

Would I go again? Absolutely can't wait to go back.

I guess you get what you pay for since the rooms are about $60-$70 a night including access to the water park. The room was comfortable in size. The biggest problem was the noise and the light. There were no curtains other than the blinds so the light would filter in night and day which makes it hard to sleep, specially the kiddos. It s also very close to the street to you can hear all the cars passing by. A lot of noisy people at night too walking by. The toilet wasn t flushing the whole 3 days we stayed. There were also about 5 cockroaches we killed. The water park was fun for the little ones but it had WAY too much chlorine. I get that they need to keep it clean but my kid s eye and skin had a bad reaction to it. You can smell it as you walk in. If you want to sleep well and have more cleanliness you d be better off paying a little more for a more upscale hotel. If you don t mind lights to sleep, noise, toilets that don t flush, and tons of chlorine in the pools then it s perfect for you.

Great for kids..Waterpark was excellent, food and gameroom was great also. WiFi and fitness room can be upgraded. Besides that we'll worth it.

The reception has no education and willingness to welcome guests. I was very badly received

Interesting Resort,Clean Environment,Friendly Staff...It s located near a lot of tourist attractions&restaurants within walking distance.Very kid friendly:My sons are addicted to the pool section with the water slides,they didn t want to leave area!Lol..The complex&Some of the Rooms were under renovations,but other than that...No complaints

Nice place could be a bit cleaner our room smelled. Got charged for resort fee and to be able to use the waterpark. Its a water park resort there should only be a resort fee not both.

This place has a nice size pool and whirlpool. They have a game area and an information center with brochures and computers.

Worst hotel staff ever, we've had so many issues. They haven't had the suite we paid in advance for and we've been here 4 days. If you try to call the front desk, it'll take about 30 minutes, you'll have to go to the front and wait 45 minutes if you need anything. The waterpark is the only thing going good for the place

We stayed in June overnight. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The beds were stained. I developed a rash on my arm a week or so after staying there and went to my doctor. I now have SCABIES FROM THE BEDDING. HOTELS CHANGE SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES. HOWEVER THEY FAILED TO WASH THE BLANKETS THAT COVER US. I HAVE NOW SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON DOCTOR VISITS MEDICATION AND LAUNDRY BILLS. I AM DISGUSTED AND HUMILIATED!! WILL NEVER STAY THERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

It's right in the middle of international drive with all the stores and great food perfect location for walking where you need to go

The wifi is pretty bad. Some of the channels won't even work on the tv. The staff is pretty nice though so that is always a huge plus. The main pool was kinda gross. Lots of debris, paper, band aids etc.

We won't be back. Our room had roaches and there wasn't a microwave. The big slide wasn't open the entire week. The indoor pool was nice but the staff wasn't very friendly. The hotel did switch our rooms out which was an inconvenience to pack my family up again in the middle of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel. I would recommend staying elsewhere and visiting the waterpark with your family.

Didn t stay overnight so my rate is strictly for the waterpark, did the day pass for the waterpark. $29.95 plus tax per person no matter the age. It s not that I think the price is bad. It just that I ve been to water parks similar to this & I would say it s overpriced for what it does have. It s nothing spectacular, but the kids will definitely enjoy. I ve been to several water parks. That s just something in particular that my children love.

So dirty & out-dated. Somehow managed to feel dark and dingy. Even outside.

Staff were really kind and maintenance was up to date. We enjoyed our stay.
The rooms were simple and enjoyable, and the entertainments were good.

The water park here is amazing but the rooms are very outdated. Not enough outlets, bathroom is tiny, mattress still has springs. Just old. And the wifi isn't free

Ideal location in the midst of everything , even though you won't spend that much time in the room they very nice rooms. Attentive staff,very courteous and friendly. Overall I enjoyed myself and my stay.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and updated. Water park is great for the kids and adults. The staff was polite and very accommodating. I was extremely impressed with the lifeguards!!! Plenty of eyes on watch for the kids. They never stopped moving, always on the look out, very attentive and never distracted. This was very comforting since I had a 5 and 2 year old with me and couldn't be close to both at once.

Had bugs in the coffee machine. Toilet seat was broken. Ceiling was messed up from previous water damage. Room smelled horrible like mildew. Friend's coffee machine also had bugs. Saw the Orkin pest control bombing a room. First vacation in 13 years with my family and don't habe anything nice to say except thank God we only stayed 2 nights.

Worst stay ever!! Misrepresentation from Sea World!! If you want to spend time speaking with management about issues after running around all day on vacation then this is the place for you. Had to move rooms on the 3rd night due to mildew smell and TV not working..Management compensated us $75. but the HELL continued.The second room still smelled like mildew, bathroom wasn't cleaned and sheets not changed after numerous request.The staff was in and out of our room trying to resolve problems, stay home you will sleep better!!

I liked it, had lots of fun and I Plan to go back. Was not crowded, which was good and waiting to go on water slides.

The only reason it's a 4 and not 5 is because the rooms while comfortable... need a little TLC

Rooms were horrible, they were dirty and smelled like marijuana. Not once did the water park have all the water slides operating at the same time due to insufficient staff. I will never go to that hotel/water park again. Choose another hotel, this one isn t worth it spend the few extra dollars and enjoy your vacation at a nice hotel.

Awful place to stay! Is filthy, smells and lots of roaches ! A/c had gas leak ! Water park was broken and they still changing full price ! Employees look lost and and confused no manager ever available!

We always come here to get away with our kids. They enjoy & love being here. Not bad for the price either. Most staff are very friendly. I don't see why so many with bad review about this place. I have seen so much worse. Just wish the big pool area could be open longer.

The water park was nice we stayed a whole week however the beds were awful .. the beds are so hard and so uncomfortable I had to buy an air mattress to get some sleep ..maids were fast with towels . Food was pricy 7 for a plain hot dog nothing with it because they were out of fries .. rooms do have a smell but it s to be expected at a water park .. location was great .. no microwave you have to pay for one if you need one ..

This installation features misleading photos. Small water park and too basic. Several buildings of ordinary construction and low quality. Super poor value for money. I do not suggest anyone to visit this facility. You can find the same in a Super 8 is the same comparison for half the price.
I'm sorry I had such a bad experience. I felt cheated on this stay, which led me to cancel my extra nights, I only passed here 1 and because it was no longer possible for me to change.

I would recommend it to anyone going to Orlando, Florida.Great experience overall.

Door to room was broken upon arrival. 2 men who were supposed to come and fix it took a look but didn't fix it.

Always a great stay here at coco key great price for the room and water park together ! the food is good lots of kid friendly chocie's there's also a large game room a few pools a nice Tiki bar with amazing adult and kid drinks a great resort/water park ! We live here in fla and stay here about 2 times a year for small weekend getaways . its also close to other fun things to do . a must stay for sure if you have kids and a tight budget !

I only did the water park. There are four like zones kiddy, pool, splash play area with small slides and big slides. During the day I was there they rotated to splash and big slides, so only one was running at a time. They have rules about masks in areas....but I mean covid.....it became a little annoying for the kids and water juggling to go potty with masks. I HATED that they would not let me take a towel to the locker room, made me leave it at the pool area.... like how am I suppose to dry off. My one saving grace was Miss Mya. She was Extremely kind and friendly to me and my kiddos. Really only fun for smaller kids under 10. Beer was expensive, food subpar.

For the price i paid i could of been in an actual resort. The room was terrible and smelly and small. Theres fees on top of fees whn you check in just....pick another hotel

The hotel felt like it used to be one of those pay-by-the-hour places. It's got crappy slides so it gets 2 stars instead of my usual one star for a hotel making my soul feel unclean. Fun fact: there use to be a CoCo Key Hotel & Water Park in Rockford, IL but it has been condemned. Neat?

The park is good because the children enjoy themselves, but the attention of the staff needs a little more professionalism and attention in the three days that I was there, they did not clean the room and when I called the excuse what do you think it was (corana virus) because now everything It is that even to clean it is not easy and also the breakfast was removed for the same reason but they do not remove it from the price or from what is included and charism, but hey, it is the first and last time of course the dog bites me one only once hahaha

We had so much fun definitely worth it! We stayed for one night and ended up going back to the water park before our trip ended and the food is very good and affordable

Great resort for a small weekend trip with he family. Water park is awesome and is low key for the whole family.

This place used to be great and it's gone down the drain! The rooms smell like feet, the ac sounds like an old compressor, the house keepers do a horrible job at cleaning and they steal. Management is no good either they came to my room to basically let me know they can't and won't do anything to help. Spend your money elsewhere this place is not worth it!!!

Basically a 2 star hotel with a water park. Buffet at hotel restaurant was a joke. Rooms need updated furniture as they are worn/broken. Rooms need cleaned better as it seems they do the bare minimum. Doors are dirty in the room. Our other party that traveled along had an infestation of ants in their room.

The resort was a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be actually when I found it I didn't even know they had a water park there that's very nice.

It has a restaurant inside of the facility it has a small bar for those who want to buy drinks. It has washing room. Their staff everywhere lifeguard to everywhere monitoring the children. There lots of them I think I remember seeing at least anywhere from like 7 to 10 of them.

My daughter loved it is just was a very nice day and I would definitely return and recommended

They have a 32 Dollar fee for the resort that you have to pay even if you don't use it. Not happy with that.

Overrated. Pics on their website must have been taken years ago. Had to switch rooms upon arrival because it was extremely dirty. Second room was disgusting as well. Fridge needed thawing, wifi signal didn't reach our side of the property, shower curtain was gross, lamp shades were dusty, room smelled musty, and the list goes on. Great job fooling people online. The only thing this place has going for them is the mediocre water park and pools. Don't make the mistake we did by staying there. Place is gross.

The rooms could use some updating and the pools get busy but not overwhelmingly so.

Everything is in terrible condition, from the facilities to the treatment of the workers, they sell something that really when you arrive at the place makes you want to run away and then you cannot cancel, I really am horrified with the place I do not recommend it to anyone and less with children, since hygiene in everything is the worst thing I have seen in my life, bad smelling sheets, thick bathrooms etc etc, keep safe, away from that place ...

Horrible service! Rooms smell like mildew. changed room twice cockroaches all over stay away. The manager George didn't have anything to say. STAY AWAY.

Alright water park however as a water park company you should give some warning on if slides will be closed either over the phone or on your website.

Its nice. The game room has plenty of options and the staff is great. The rooms are kept quite clean as well.

It is a Motel 6 with a decent water area.

I won't be back, and I'm only doing 2 stars because the waterpark is decent. But the rooms had an awful smell. I found a roach in the bathroom. AC unit and mini fridge was old and not working. They charge 25 dollars for daily parking and 35 dollars for a resort fee. Freaking ridiculous!. How about you use all that money for an exterminator.

The water park is fun and cozy for families. The rooms was ok not the best. I switched out of my room because I could smell the carpet and the dresser was broken, . New room had hardwood floor. We didn't have a microwave in our room, others did. The bar and the lunch was good, not breakfast. Staff were ok, I've seen better hospitality. But no one was extremely rude. I give them a 4 because of location and price for water park, on site game room. Not bad.

The waterpark is awesome. The hotel is a bit older but the rooms are renovated. The bathroom door was not so pleasant. It had hair and dirt on it and the second round of towels and wash rags brought to our room had stains on them.

I had the worst experience with the front desk when we were there last Thanksgiving. First, they assigned us a room, the key card was not working. My husband went to front desk, they told us to wait outside the room and someone would come to open the door for us, we waited for 20 mins, nobody came. From the outside I saw the room only had one bed, I booked Deluxe Two Beds room. So we went to front desk, and told them the one bed room was not we booked. The boy at front desk was very rude and told me 'Just go to your room'. The manager lady was rude too, she said we booked from third party, Deluxe Two Beds means one king bed. What unreasonable explanation! Anyway, we got a two beds room at last, but it cost us one hour. In addition, they asked $50 deposit in case we break anything in the room. I never heard of deposit for a hotel room in my whole life. After we got into the room, found the TV was not working, so we called them immediately, they replaced it with another one. I think if I didn't call, they would charge me for the broken TV. They also charge the resort fee for the water park, but when we were there, the waterpark was always closed. Anyway, I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Rooms are nice no carpet so no mildew smell. Video game room entertaining. Plan on ordering in or going out meals offered are not a great value. Water park is average staff was pleasent and helpful

We had a great time. Would recommend for kids it's safe and clean. The people that work here are fantastic so helpful and friendly. The building is older and a little musty. But everything out weighs that. Thanks.

Soo the door to the next room is in the bathroom... Yeah and the door doesn't lock... Oh but at least there isn't a knob. Except you can see through the hole. Other than that. It's driveway if on I drive so getting in and out was hard. It was clean. Bed was fine

Great hotel/water park combo! You cant beat the price for the amenities! There are 3 big slides, an outside kids play area with several small slides and a giant bucket that dumps a bunch of water every 10 minutes or so, a pool that also has a slide, a little kids area which is inside away from the heat, a bar, a restaurant, and an arcade!

After reading the reviews prior to my arrival I had got a little discouraged, but my overall stay was great. I'm not use too the motel environment since it had been years since I stayed in one. The scent of the room was of old water, but it's not overwhelming. The room was clean and they came in every day to exchange the towels and make the beds. The waterpark was was a plus, plenty of lifeguards, nice arcade room, and 2 bars on location. The location was great with everything just minutes away. For the price and what they offer is worth every cent!

Great place for family fun if you like swimming and water slides. Convenient being at a hotel.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel.

Pros first: there is free shuttle service to universal Studios which was nice, but there is not free shuttle to Disney. For younger children the waterpark would be very fun for them, but not as an adult.

Cons: The hotel seems very ghetto and we were constantly smelling weed the entire stay. We actually saw a few people smoking in their cars in front of our room. The walls are very very very thin we were woken every night with people walking up and down the streets and children crying because you could hear everything. The first day after the maids came our beds was made but the sheets were not cleaned and the floors were not even swept . It advertises as a resort but there is nothing resort feeling about this hotel they need to take off the resort and just advertise the waterpark. The rooms were old and musty and beds were uncomfortable. Save your money and go somewhere else. We tried to check out early and they would not refund us even though our experience was awful.

THE PEOPLE THAT RATE THIS ANYTHING BUT A ONE STAR ARE IN COMPLETE DENIAL, And HAVE LOW STANDARDS OF QUALITY HOSPITALITY. First of all upon check in their system was down, but they had it printed out, cool...but they had the wrong balance due! Quickly rectified by showing them my bank statement however that shouldn t have been.

Secondly, as I m checking in a guest is completely irate about the customer service and cleanliness of the hotel, I was utterly shocked that I was witnessing it first hand...as I get my room, I begin to walk there with my daughter, this place is trash, the room smells like a mildewed basement, there are roaches we killed two as we walked in.....the couches are extremely dusty as are the light fixtures...I m supposed to check out Wednesday, I ll be leaving tomorrow. I at least want my child to have some fun in the park which doesn t look that bad....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AN DONT STAY HERE! It s DISGUSTING!!!! I ve never been so disgusted in my life with a hotel.
