First time Mazda buyer after doing some research, the ratings were so good that I was a bit skeptical. However everyone at the dealership waa super amazing! Matt Rosa was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel like part of the family! I love my new CX-5 & i hope to keep it for a very long time!!!

I had a fantastic experience buying my car from Bob at Classic Mazda! We were able to see all of the options, drive them, and figure out which car was the best for us with no pressure. My husband is almost 7 feet tall, so finding a car that fit him, and our growing family was very important. I am confidant that the CX-5 will fit out needs for years to come. All of the crew helped us out - thanks to Gordon, Chad, Roger, Huma, and especially Bob!! I look forward to bringing my newest baby, the CX-5, in for her oil changes!! Thank you so much Classic Mazda!!

The best car buying experience I have ever had. I shopped around many dealerships and Classic Mazda was by far the best. I highly recommend working with Bob Newland when you get there. He was knowledgeable as well as personable. Bob walked me through the whole car buying experience step by step and even provided his cell phone if I had any additional questions. Their sales associates do not receive commission so there is no benefit to them to make their customers pay more. They are out to get the best deal for you to have you leave with a mazda. What else can I say, Go See Bob Newland right now at Classic Mazda!

Just had my 20,000 service at Classic Mazda. David Foo was the service person and did an excellent job. I was in and out in less than an hour. And their new facility is fabulous. Everyone there is friendly and courteous. A great place for service. I have never been disappointed.

I Went into Classic Mazda late after leaving work and Mary Hudson approached with a big smile, and willing to help me all the way even though the dealership was about to close. I didn't purchase the car that night as I was just shopping around that night, but If I decide to purchase another Mazda, I will be sure to go back to Classic Mazda and buy it with Mary Hudson. Classic Mazda is lucky to have such a friendly, polite, salesperson such as her.

I originally purchased a 2008 Mazda 3 Hatchback from Classic Mazda in April of 2008. I've been a customer ever since and stick with Classic for all of my service. I quickly made a connection with service advisor Julie Rose. She is honest and up front at all times and keeps me informed when my have my car at Classic. I recently updated a 2012 Mazda 3 and couldn't think of anywhere else I would have my car maintained. I know I'm in good hands with Julie at Classic Mazda and the superior level of service keeps me coming back.

I own a Mazda 6 2015 which I purchased at Classic Mazda about 4 years ago around Memorial Day. I love this dealership because the folks there are honest people and the salesforce is polite and not pushy. Over the years I have had excellent Service Advisers : Julie Rose ( now the service manager), Aiesha Jone, Lenin Castellan. These folks are knowledgeable and professional. I'd like to single our Lenin Castellan as he is courteous, professional and provides only top notch service. I think that Classic should count these guys and gals as as precious gems to hold onto for a very long time.

This is the second car I have purchased from Classic Mazda. My experience the first time purchasing from Classic Mazda led me back to them to purchase another Mazda. I live over 200 miles round trip from Classic Mazda and the trip is well worth it. My salesperson, Gordon Pagano was excellent. He was fair, accommodating, answered all of my questions, and at the end of the sale you felt like you had made another good friend. If you should shop at Classic Mazda, I recommend you ask for Gordon. You will not be disappointed.

From my first visit when I was just "looking", through the deal I couldn't turn down. The team at Classic Mazda, Lauren, Daniel and best supporting salesman, Shane treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I had planned on purchasing a 2013 certified Mazda6, but ended up with a beautiful 2015! The staff, the environment and the friendly atmosphere made it a pleasure to do business with this group. I love Mazda and had to part with my 2006 MX5 Miata. They made the transition easier. So thank you to Lauren, Daniel, Shane for making my new driving experience awesome!

BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE! SPECIFICALLY MOHAMMED! My husband and I were looking to upgrade my little Chevy Cruz to an SUV since we are a new growing family. Before landing at Classic Mazda, we went to two other dealerships. We told them from the very beginning what our budget was and that it was non-negotiable. Of course, they both came back with ridiculous numbers, and tried to negotiate. Both dealerships definitely gave the dreadful "I'm a typical salesman and only care about making commission" vibe. That was COMPLETELY different with Mohammed. He felt like a friend you just bumped into at the coffee shop. There was absolutely ZERO pressure to buy and he just seemed like he genuinely wanted to get us in a car we loved. There was no hidden agenda. Everything he said is everything we got. He most definitely has our loyalty. When it's time for our next car, we will undoubtedly be going to Classic Mazda, and going straight for Mohammed (selfishly hoping he's still there!).

Very happy with the purchase of my 2019 Mazda CX5. And thanks to Gerald McDonald and juan who helped me with the purchase. They are always willing to give you their lowest price. I highly recommend this dealer to buy your new or used car. And when the time comes to buy another car, I will do it in Classic Mazda again.

I brought my car about a month ago and Brian Tan helped me. He was extremely helpful and to this day still calls me to touch bases and make sure everything is running smoothly with the car. The price on the website matched the price on the car, no upselling or anything extra added. Everyone at the dealership were awesome, not once did I feel pushed to purchase a car, we did things at my pace and the finance manager worked with my father to get the lowest interest possible. Overall positive experience, I will definitely recommend friends and family to buy from this dealership.

I've written plenty of negative reviews on car dealerships before, however the experience at Classic Mazda was anything but. Bob Newland was the sales consultant who greeted me and my mother when we walked in. He guided us along, showing her various vehicles, and when she decided on the one she liked, provided a no-hassle offer on both the car, and her trade, that was more than fair. Furthermore, Classic Mazda doesn't have any nonsensical, profit-filled add-on's (like $500 pinstripes, or $250 nitrogen-filled tires) that inflate the price to make it seem like the discount the dealership is giving you is greater than it actually is. Dealing with Susan in Finance was an equally pleasant experience. She presented all the typical items they sell you (extended warranties, tire/wheel protection, etc...) without rushing or being pushy, even though it was after 9:00 p.m. when we left her office. With barely a voice left to speak with, Bob still didn't miss a beat. He wrapped everything up with an overview of how all the tech operated in the car, so my mother would feel more comfortable driving it. When we finally said our goodbyes, it was after 10:00 p.m., but we didn't feel stressed, or overwhelmed, and that's probably the first time I can say that about any dealership experience.

These guys are awesome! This was one of the least painful car buying experiences I've ever had. Greg Serino was great! He was knowledgable about all of the vehicles, walked us through the different features, stayed with us while we waited for the finance guy to be available, and never once pressured us or made us feel like we were being pushed to buy something. For anyone even considering a Mazda for your next purchase, I would recommend this dealership 100 times over.

Just bought a Mazda3 here and worked with Zach Enix and Andy Joseph. Both treated us great, no pressure, explained everything to us, didn't try to force any up-sells on us. In and out in about 2 hours tops, not counting the time we actually spent looking at cars and test driving. Zach was especially awesome, stayed late at the dealership the night when we walked in half hour before closing, texted us status' of them obtaining our color and model and coordinated well the next day with us to come back and finish purchase. Easy process, would buy from again.

Best customer service experience I have ever received! Classic Mazda had always taken care of me when I brought my Mazda 3 in for service. Aiesha and Julie in service have taken good care of my and cars. But when my car needed to be replaced everyone at Classic Mazda took good care of me. Danny N. made buying a car a fast and pleasant experience. He listened to my needs and found me the right car within my budget! No pressure at all! So I can now say that both the sales and service departments have been amazing to work with. I've been a customer for over 10 years and I will definitely be coming back for many more!

Heath at Classic Mazda is the best.
He made our car buying experience painless and stress-free.
Normally almost all car dealers are high pressure and we didn't feel that at all with Classic Mazda. We purchased a 2014 CX-5 and love the car. Heath showed us all the features and was really informative during the test drive.
Overall we would recommend Classic Mazda to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I came in for service on my Mazdaspeed3 yesterday and my service writer Aiesha took great care of me. I have aftermarket work done on the car and i loved the fact that the tech who worked on it asked if it was okay to remove certain parts before taking it apart. The oil change, rotate, balance and dashboard replacement was done quicker than i expected and everything was right were i left it. These guys are very professional and ill definitely return for future services on my car.

I had a wonderful experience at Classic Mazda! Upon arriving at the lot, I was greeted by Bob Newland. I told him the kind of car that I was looking for and he had no problem helping me out. From there, I was never pressured to add-on any services I didn't want, and Bob gave me plenty of time to think over my decision. After I purchased the car, Bob took the time to sit down with me in the car to make sure I understood how to utilize all of the features of the car before I drove off the lot. My experience at Classic Mazda was great, from test driving cars with Bob Newland to meeting Heath Patterson and even talking to the guys in the finance department. I would recommend Classic Mazda to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

Since 2004 I have servised 3 Mazda's at Classic Mazda East. I always coming to see service advisor Julie Rose and technician John Fletcher. If you ask why, the answer is very simple, Julie makes me feel like a part of the Mazda family and I completely trust her with her service advises. If she says it has to be done, I know it is true, not like on other dealerships it feels like a sales pitch. And if John works on my vehicles I know it will be done right the first time. I really feel these guys perform above and beyond their duties.

My experience at Classic Mazda was by far the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Matthew Rosa was friendly and professional, I never felt pressured. Matthew explained the purchasing options available and helped me choose the right one for me. He explained in detail all the safety features of the CX5 in addition to detailed walk through of the numerous electronic functions available on my particular vehicle. You've heard the quote, "If it seems to good to be...

You've heard the quote, "If it seems to good to be true, it probably is". Well, Classic Mazda trumps that quote. From the moment I walked in to the dealership until I shook hands with my salesman, Gordon, it was the BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!!

I've purchased or leased over 2 dozen vehicles. I was waiting for some hidden fees, some charge we didn't discuss, or some "mistake" in the financing. I checked and rechecked the numbers in the financing office. NO GAMES. The numbers were exact...to the penny. I figured since it's a no-haggle dealer, they would make up the difference by low-balling me on my trade-in. Their trade-in offer equaled the offer I received...after hour-long negotiations at 3 other dealerships. Along with the excellent no-haggle price, I compared apples-to-apples and ended up saving just over $1400 by driving to Orlando from Vero Beach, instead of buying locally. Believe me, it was worth the drive. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone I know.

I wish I could give separate ratings for each part of this dealership. If we're just talking about my recent maintenance visit (oil change) it would be 5 stars. The Service Adviser Daniel Carey was great. To be honest I was so frustrated with this dealership that I was willing to give them one more shot. Daniel did a great job and has kept me coming back at least for the near future.

The reason for the 3 stars is because this dealership has been incompetent the other 99% of the time. So I'll balance a 5 star and 1 star with a 3. When we first purchased our new vehicle it took 7 hours to get out of there. We had asked for them to remove a pinstripe and was told it would be a quick fix. Seven hours later we left only to notice the next day that they had left scratches along the side of the car from the removal.

Over the next week I ended up driving a rental car they provided (not a Mazda, but a random old car Hertz had available) while their paint guy repainted my new vehicle. Everyday the completion date was pushed back more and more. I eventually got the car back, but not the invoice with warranty information I had requested. I ended up having to contact the painter myself and have him email me the invoice since the Sales manager at Classic Mazda seemed to be unable or unwilling to handle it himself.

Basically if I had to do it over again I would go to another Mazda dealer in Orlando. If you can, skip this place and try another dealer. But if you do end up going here make sure to NOT ask to remove any pinstripes and request Daniel in the service dept.

The service department and team as a whole definitely knows the meaning of customer service. I came in without an appointment because my vehicle broke down suddenly and Lenny Castellano went above and beyond to help me by not only taking me in on short notice but also by providing me with a complimentary vehicle for the time my vehicle was going to be in Classic Mazda's care. No hesitation and no run around just genuine outstanding customer service. Lenny Castellano went out of his way to research the mechanical problem further and discovered my problem was part of a recall with Toyota. Instead of omitting this discovery and charging me nearly a thousand dollars to repair it, Mr. Castellano took his service yet another step further and gave me the recall number and all other information needed to submit to Toyota to have them fix my problem for free. It wasn't about making a sale, or hitting a quota, or boosting his portfolio, Mr. Castellano was only concerned with what was best for the customer. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt like more than a potential sale, I felt like the team actually cared about me with Mr. Castellano leading by example. With everything going on in the world right now Mr. Castellano and Classic Mazda showed me that people still care about one another and are willing to go the extra mile without any hidden motives or expectations. I cannot express how much I appreciate everything Mr. Castellano and the entire service department team did for me. Classic Mazda definitely raises the standard for customer service.

I took my Miata in because the AC went out & adding refrigerant wasn't cutting it. Although it look a couple trips there and many different diagnoses Gary Moretti made sure to see it through & that the issue would be resolved. The complimentary loaner cars are a great help especially if you are waiting for parts to be shipped or its a multiple day fix.

Best part is their price. I have been in the market for a new Mazda 6 Touring for atleast a month and was BS'd by many dealerships before I visited Classic. I was expecting another form of BS when I stepped in (because I have always been BS'd in all the dealership, including the one in California where I had got my previous Mazda from). But this dealership was different. They never pressurized me in to anything. I told them up front that I was just looking and I needed my current car to be appraised and I would need out the door price for a bunch of new cars I was interested (on the lot) and this should include the any excess of loan that I still owed on my car that I was trading in with them. And they gave me a price, I drove back to Melbourne with it. I then looked for any other dealerships that would beat the price (I did not pitch the price I got from Classic to anyone else thought, I was just asking for prices) but everyone else was charging me atleast 1000 to 2000 $$ more. I called Classic almost 2 - 3 weeks after we had last seen and said that I think I know what car I want and it was a manual transmission which was in an another dealership. They tried their best to get that car for me but the dealership that had the car would not budge. So my choice was to either drive to the other dealership and buy the car from them or to get an automatic transmission of the exact year/make/model/color. And I am glad that I chose to stay with Classic. Not only did the car price had reduced almost 300$ in the time after I last saw the car, Classic agreed to honor the price they gave me for my trade-in even though I had almost 1000 more miles on the car since they appraised it. Everything else after this was a breeze. I got the check from my bank (they never once did pressurize me to finance via them), drove to Orlando, they had the paperwork ready, and everything was done in 2 hours. They gave me the new car with 3 miles on it, fresh out of detail with a full tank of gas.

A good friend of mine recommended that I reach out to the folks at classic when I was in the market for to replace a vehicle that was wrecked. None of the dealers on the west coast of FL had the particular cx-9 I was looking for, but classic (2 hours away) had one that would be perfect. I contacted Chad & Gordon on a Thursday, and after a quick 5 min conversation the deal was made. This was the most streamlined car buying experience I have ever had. I was out the door in approximately 30 minutes and everything was just as we agreed upon. Actually, better than agreed upon. Their F&I person was able to offer a rate 34bps lower than my bank & credit union. Well worth the drive and I would highly recommend Chad, Gordon, and the entire Classic Team.

If I can't trust you to service my car how can I t...

If I can't trust you to service my car how can I trust you to sell me a new one. They sent me a coupon for a free oil change in the mail. I went in to get my free oil change and when I left I noticed the airbag warning light was illuminated on my dash (I have never seen this light come on before, I have a 2011 Mazda 3 that never needed a repair) so I return to service to have them look at it. They tell me the airbag sensor in the passenger seat needs to be recalibrated and it cost $100 or if I don't want to fix it the inspection fee is $100 so ether way my free oil changed turned into a $100 profit for them thanks a lot. I talked with the service manager and he didn't care. Now I'm thinking they just unplugged the sensor when I came in for the oil change and plugged it back in when I came back and charged me $100 what scam. Dear Chad, the information you have is wrong. I returned the next day after the oil change although that visit might have been "off the books". By the way how does one recalibrate an air bag sensor?

Where to start!?

Firstly, their Internet Sales Manager (Shane) responded quickly to inquiries via phone/email and immediately provided an out-the-door price of the vehicle of which I inquired. I had many questions and his replies were quick, direct, and accurate.

Upon going to the dealership, I was introduced/transferred to Ian, the Salesperson who guided me through the purchase. He was knowledgeable, insightful and IN NO WAY PUSHY. I could tell his priority was informing me about the vehicle, options, and the procedures of his dealership.

There was no rushed-feeling or pressure to talk numbers or close a sale. He took time on the test drive to show the Infotainment, Stereo, Safety Features, and Performance features of the car. I asked for a prolonged test drive to check out highway performance and road-noise loudness, and he quickly replied "no problem!"

I did my research before I walked through their doors, and knew what my trade was worth. I had a figure in mind that would represent a fair deal where both the dealer and I would be happy. Ian and Shane went out of their way to implement additional rebates, arrange for special tires to be swapped and give me a deal I consider outstanding!

I see from their current status that they have a rating of 4.7, so my 5-star review won't move the needle much, but know that they TRULY go ABOVE and BEYOND to make you happy.

I will buy another car from them once it's time to transition vehicles again. Remember to ask for Ian!

Brian, Chito and the rest of the folks at Classic Mazda are the best! They treated us very fairly, and the buying experience was very transparent. The used car appraiser showed us exactly what they could give us for our trade and it was very fair in my opinion. The entire staff was never pushy or overbearing thoughout our buying experience. They even effortlessly switched our paperwork when I came back a day later with a different vehicle to trade. I have also had service work done and Julie the service advisor on my helped us with several recalls on our older Mazda. I really can't say enough good things about Classic Mazda.

They gave me more for my trade than other dealerships were offering (even though it was 9 years old and damaged) and found a way to make the financing work out so I could get the car I've been dreaming of. Thank you Brian Tan and Chito Espigadera! You guys are the best!

Okay, this review, will be an very honest one here...

Okay, this review, will be an very honest one here on Google.

I purchase a 2016 mazda3, this being my third car and my second mazda3 I have purchased from this dealership. Until I got this car, I was very happy and never had any issue and the services were great.
This car caused me a lot troubles. Navigation issues, the stalk and it was letting me stuck in the middle of road twice.
This is not caused by the dealership services. This is because this car is made in MEXICO. The only problem is that the sale man at the time (which is not working there anymore) did not tell me about that.
Huge difference between a Mazda built in Mexico and the one built in Japan. Never had any issue with my preview Mazda3 which was built in Japan.
HUGE. DO NOT BUY A MAZDA BUILT IN MEXICO. NEVER.

Now....recently, they fixed any issue on my car and HOPE I will not return there until my next inspection time.
What I am really happy with, is that Mr. RICHARD BARONE was doing everything in his power to fix all my car's issues. He called me and informed me about everything, explaining to me with calm and in a professional manner all the necessary steps they need to take, in order to do all things right, on my car.

Mr. RICHARD BARONE is great. It does not mean, that others are not.

Was having issues with my used 2014 CX5, so i brought it back to Classic, the dealership where i bought it. Richard Barone was super helpful and had my ride fixed and ready to go in about two hours. They gave me a loaner in the meantime, so i didn't have to wait at the dealership. Awesome service, no complaints. Thanks Classic!

Aiesha Jones was my service Tech. She was prompt and courteous. She explained my repairs in a manner that didn't require a mechanical degree. Finally when I was unable to make it in time to pickup my car she walked me through the online bill pay option and arranged for a sales person do have my keys. Aiesha is a real star for your organization.

I give this dealership 5 stars, specifically Taylor Royal in digital sales. Coincidentally enough I didn't purchase a car from Taylor because they didn't have the color I had my heart set on. However, Taylor was such a great salesperson. He took the time to understand our personal situation and DID NOT pressure us one bit to buy the car. He didn't ask the infamous "what do I need to do to get your business now and today" which I greatly appreciated. He was warm and welcoming and gave us a great test drive. I ended up purchasing my car elsewhere because I found the color I wanted, but really wish it would have been with him. I recommend Taylor at Classic Mazda East on Semoran Blvd.

Best car buying experience ever! Not only were the sales staff helpful and friendly, but it was a zero pressure sale because they aren't on commission! Huge selection and easy financing, we enjoyed this experience and we would recommend it to everyone!

Not to sure how to rate my experience because I am so torn...
The first visit, I signed on a new 2019 Mazda and while it was being "detailed" it ended up with scratches. Classic offered me a different color option or the next tier up but I would need to PAY THE DIFFERENCE! This was such a slap in the face as if I needed to pay up for something that was not my fault. The closing manager on 12/10 was not helpful and let our poor sales associate be the messenger when he should of been working with us face-to-face on this serious issue. Before we left, he did not even come out to apologize. We just watched him locked up the doors before we even left the lot. The next morning, the general manager Chad, called me and told me he was doing a car trade with another dealership near Miami. With no pressure I went and checked out the car. They had it sitting pretty in the show room, covered and with a big bow on top. The manager of the detail shop buffed out any imperfections I saw on the spot. I ended up signing and leaving with the new car with extra benefits that Chad offered me. I love my car but this experience should never happen!!!

After a rocky beginning when I went to trade my old car to a Mazda 6 (Factory problems with the new one), the Sales associates Shane, Mohammad H. and Chito were prompt in acknowledging the issue and finding another vehicle for me.
Their efforts really made me change my initial skepticism with the brand. I've been with the new car for 2 months and loving it. Great Sales and Service teams @ Classic Mazda. Would definitely recommend the brand and this Dealership in particular!

This was our first experience Classic Mazda. This dealership is top notch, I learned of them searching thru the internet for a particular vehicle that I wanted. Phillip Banh reached back introducing him self and we communicated thru texting. When the sale came on Phillip informed me of it and we set an appointment to see the car. He told me it will be ready for us when we get here and it was. I can't say enough about Phillip as my sales contact. He was outstanding as he gave us suggestion and his advice, but was in on way pushy what-so-ever. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in and for a price that I was comfortable with. I felt like family by the end of the whole process. In the end Phillip took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as even connecting the Bluetooth with my phone, etc. I would recommend Classic Mazda (Phillip Banh in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

If only I could give more stars for this dealership! I had the pleasure of working with Ian who was so knowledgeable & friendly throughout my visit that I ended up taking home a car that same day. Everyone I had spoken to made the car buying process so much easier from my first inquiry on the phone with Trevor, to Ian, & to wrapping things up with Brandon. 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a car!!!

Eddy Quiroz went above and beyond his normal job requirements to assist me. As a disabled veteran I rarely come across someone who can make me feel comfortable and explain things in a way I fully understand without being pushed around or talked down to. He was kind, very helpful, very professional and precise. This was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life and I would recommend this Classic Mazda to anyone. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home and appreciated.

The service I receive here is phenomenal. The members work very hard to ensure that you understand the problems that your car is experiencing and how those can be remedied. I would recommend this place and return. Of course it may be more expensive than your typical place, but that is to be expected because it is a dealership.

Robert Newland assisted me with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling, wanted to make sure I fully understood all of the features so I wouldn't leave feeling lost and wanted to get me in and out in a timely manner since I had to be at work. It took a while for financing to pull me into their office, but that wasn't the salesman's fault. I would recommend doing business with Bob Newland to anyone interested in a Mazda, and I would look to do business with him again.
