Juan Ramirez Raymundo was the sales agent and took care of all the details and made sure i got a very good price. Brandon Kush handled all the paperwork effectively and efficiently. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them.

Went into Classic Mazda for a routine oil change and tire rotation/alignment. However, turns out I needed new tires all together. Richard Barone took the time to show and explain. Priced everything out, and was extremely efficient in getting the car in and back to me. Richard also checked in on me to give me updates on the estimated time the car would be ready. AND, the price I ended up paying was lower than what I was originally quoted. I'll take it!

Amanda is AMAZING!!! We pretty much knew what we wanted... Amanda quickly responded to any questions I had and was no nice through text(even sent a personalized video!). When we arrived at the dealership we felt welcomed and not like we were just another sale. Amanda made the entire shopping experience a pleasure. Taylor one of the finance managers was AWESOME! He did what he could to get us in the car we wanted. NO PRESSURE. This was the best feeling we ve encountered at dealership. If you re looking to get a Mazda please only go here. Kudos to them team!

I bought my 2018 Mazda CX5 from Mike Shehata. We filled out an online inquiry and he called us the next morning. We set up an appointment for that day. He had the car ready for us to look at before we got there and even had our preferred beverages upon arrival. He took the time to show me all of the features in the car before the test drive. After we purchased the car, it was going to take a while to have it detailed and ready to drive off the lot. Mike picked us up dinner while we waited. The shop stayed open for us to wait for the car 2 hours after they closed. Mike made sure the car was in working order before we left that evening. Excellent service from Mike, Chito, and the rest of the team that helped us with purchasing our new family car.

I have been in the market for a new SUV for months...

I have been in the market for a new SUV for months. I'd done my research and had narrowed the field to either the Mazda CX 3 or the Honda CRV. I sent in a request through Sam's Club for the Mazda and Matthew Rosa contacted me quickly as well as 3 other dealerships. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda products and was never pushy about me coming in to test drive, but allowed me to set the pace. I came in one evening after work to test drive and wasn't quite ready to commit. I left and test drove the Honda the next opportunity I had. I ended up going back to the Mazda dealership and Matt came in on his day off to help me finalize the details. The entire staff was great to work with including the service department. I added window tinting and noticed a dent in the car after the test drive. They not only fixed the dent, but sent the car out to be painted so the dent would not be visible at all. While my "Ruby" (that's the new car's name) is in for her touch ups, they made sure to give me a loaner car. Fair pricing, honest salesmanship and NEVER a high pressure push to "buy today". As a female, we all have felt like we've been treated as if we didn't know what we were talking about, especially when buying cars! Not the case here! Go to Classic Mazda, ask for Matthew Rosa! You'll be glad you did!

Great service experience unlike a certain other Mazda dealer in W. Orlando (a horrendous experience)...
Aiesha from Classic greeted me when I came in & promptly got me taken care of. A definite extra (and completely unexpected) bonus, was they offered me a courtesy vehicle right then & there without needing to reserve one. I was very pleasantly surprised & appreciative of the gesture. My car took an extra day to replace the top (under warranty) and I left town for the weekend. She said to just go ahead & return the courtesy vehicle upon returning home no problem, whatsoever. Unfortunately I m selling my car, but I d DEFINITELY do business with the dealership in the future if we get another Mazda. Thank you & HIGHLY recommend by this lifelong car guy.

We worked with Carlos P. And he was absolutely phenomenal. Carlos took the time to show us each vehicle I expressed interest in. Once I had decided upon the vehicle I liked, he spent time showing me each feature. After the test drive, he walked us inside and we sat down to talk finances and paperwork. He and the finance team were able to get me my dream car at a reasonable interest rate and monthly car payment. After shopping a multiple car dealerships, Classic Mazda was the cleanest, friendliest, and most patient dealership. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I strongly believe that customer service and quality work should always go hand and hand. My recent experience at Classic Mazda proves this dealership still takes pride in providing Fast, Friendly and most importantly Quality Customer Service. My service advisor, Aiesha Jones was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent customer service. In today s hectic society, the one thing people tend to forget is that smiles are free and friendly customer service goes a long way. My experience at Classic Mazda has been overwhelmingly great, my sales associate - Brian Tan was very helpful and honest. I was also impressed by the Managers, they were very courteous. I have visited most of the other car Dealers in this town, but the service I received at Classic Mazda on Semoran was above all, I will recommend this Dealer to all of my friends and family. My Mazda 3 is a joy to drive, our family have been buying Mazda cars for decades, they are just great.

Service advisor Daniel Carey was very helpful and service was fast and pleasant. The waiting room had complimentary coffee, snacks, TV, and free WIFI. I also got to use my coupons that I received in the mail the week before making an appmt. This is my second time taking my 2012 Mazda 3 and will continue to do so.

Maria Terry was very welcoming and helped answer my questions both online and in person when I went to the dealership. Heath Patterson the sales manager was awesome. I was trading in a rather old car that wasn't worth much but had been in the family for a long time and had sentimental value. Heath did not insult the old car or try to drive down the trade in value. Instead he made us feel good about the car and how good of condition it was in for the age. He was very straightforward and helpful in negotiating and was able to get us a price we were very happy with. There was no telephone game were the sales associate is running back and forth to the manager behind closed doors to relay information to you. Alex Quintela was handled the finance payment. He was very professional, explained everything well, and got me done and out of there in no time. Overall the best experience I have had at a dealership in my life. Great work! Keep it up!

Classic Mazda has the most excellent, attentive, and intelligent sales staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

There is absolutely no haggling or pressure put on the customer, and for that I am grateful. This was my first experience buying a totally new car and I was dreading having to do it, but Classic Mazda and specifically Gordon Pagano, made it a wonderful experience all-around.

If you're in need of a new or used car Gordon will help you choose and treat you like family all the while.

Chito is the man! He made my experience an easy one. I am a novice when it comes to buying cars. I was looking for a car for my son. Well, when Chito came to help us we had pretty much figured out what we wanted. With the sticker price being what it is, I didn't have to be an artist at negotiation! I believe they gave me the best amount for my trade in and the quality of the vehicle I chose was the greatest!! Thanks for making my car buying experience an easy one. I had a 7:00am service appointment at classic Mazda for an oil change and a vehicle inspection. The appointment went well overall and I got the service I needed performed, but it took more effort than I would have expected to ensure I had everything done properly.

For the full inspection that was performed on my vehicle, I had indicated that I was concerned about the battery since I had a recent issue starting my car, and wanted to make sure it was in proper shape. When the service was complete I was not informed of the battery life and made a second comment that I needed to have it checked. Even after this the conversation was steered into another direction and I was then asked to pay for the service, still not knowing if my battery life was ok. I had to ask a third time for them to finally send a tech to check the battery life to run a test, which indicated the battery life was ok.

Outside of this issue, I felt confident about the service work, pricing, and time spent at classic Mazda.

My Mazda is, by far, my favorite car that I ve ever driven. I ve received amazing service and customer care from day one. Gary Moretti has always been a pleasure to do business with. He can remain calm, cool and collected even when dealing with a sometimes high strung and particular customer like me. I really don t want to deal with anyone else and feel that my money is well spent at this Mazda location. Just ask and they will do their best to accommodate.

I enjoy my experience with them...they made the transition as comfortable as possible. I bought a CX-5 from them an I love my vehicle.

I arrived with a previously agreed upon price in hand. After contacting 11 other deals within a two hour radius, Classic was within $100 of the best priced offer. Since we had bought from them before and knew that their service was beyond reproach and that we would not be jerked around upon arrival, we made the decision to take this offer. We got a fair offer on our trade in and an immediate agreement on the price of the new car with no last minute surprises. The finance and contracts person was friendly and helpful even though we were not using their financing. The standout here was Gordon Pagano, our sales person. He was patient and kind and made sure to answer every question. He spent easily a half an hour after the completion of the sale to help me with the initial settings on every single item from radio stations, to how I wanted the car to lock itself, to some of the lane assist notification features. He made my day! Thanks Classic!

Saw a video of a service tech racing one of their customer's Mazdaspeed3s on an unnecessary test drive...

Redlining and chirping tires while racing up to speed on the streets. When called out on it the dealership said that the cars are supposed to be "beat on" and did nothing about it even though it was recorded on video via a dash cam.

Stay away from this stealership they are a bunch of corrupt crooks.

Very friendly staff. I did not have to wait long after I pulled into the Service Dept. Richard the Service advisor was very professional and even set me up with a loaner car.
It is a beautiful facility with some of the nicest people you would want to deal with.

Important note:
I recently purchased an aftermarket extended warranty from this dealer. $3000.00. While going over the plan it seemed to cover everything that you would need. I should have read it with a magnifying glass. It doesn't cover a lot of normally covered parts, no rear suspension at all, no bushings etc.... It is basically a $3000.00 a powertrain warranty. At least I hope I have powertrain coverage.
Buyer beware.

Went in for a routine oil change and looked at a couple of cars while I was there just out of curiosity. Always a great experience here. They always do a great job of taking care of my wife and I. We are both so glad we have Mazda s and a part of that is because of how great the facility and staff is. Always very helpful and respectful. Richard Barone, Mike, Jakob Meyer, and all of the service people are great. Always honest and transparent which is important to me.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. All of the cars have the lowest price right on the window so you know right up front what the price is going to be. We had done our research ahead of time and knew the price was very good. Eddie was a great salesman, very nice and knowledgeable. The process was long but everyone in the dealership was very kind and helpful. We were there well after closing but they did not rush us at all. Any questions I had were handled very well even though I am sure they all just wanted to go home. I absolutely love my new SUV and will definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

Don't waste your time calling to get any information on parts for your Mazda. Nobody knows anything and tell you they can't find it but once I called Sport Mazda they were able to pull up all the information I needed within a couple minutes. Giving 2 stars bc they can at least do an oil change

A shout-out to Heath Patterson as well because he and I texted back and forth the weeks leading up to my 3rd Mazda car purchase! Worst Experience with this dealership. I have dealt with many. My family and I were in a situation we needed a car right away. We are in two different states right now and the salesman Michael first tells us he has to wait till the next day to talk to the finance manager to best deal with our particular situation. We already had financing. we wait all day the next day the sales man waits till end of business oh btw we need a POA. Ok I rush off get that he says he has been unable to find the finance manager can we wait one more day so here we are 3 days NO car! I call the finance dept my self and email them no phone calls or emails back. Finally we decided to do things a different way and ended up going to a Different dealership one that actually wanted to make a sale. The customer service guy on the phone was rude as well. Overall horrible experience. If your looking for a smooth experience go somewhere else!!!!

I was very please with my visit to Classic Mazda for my car service. The service was provided by Johnny Zelaya. Both me and my husband were very satisfied with his customer service skills. He took time to listen to our concerns and provided feedback and recommendations, without any pressure. Johnny was very pleasant to work with and this has made a big difference in decision to return in the future. He are also appreciative that Johnny arrange for an accommodation of a loaner car while ours was being repaired. We are overall very impressed and satisfied.

I felt no rush or pressure to buy, which made me feel at ease. All my questions were answered even when asked multiple times (first time car buyer, so I was asking a lot). I felt like they sincerely cared about making sure I was happy at every point in my decision to buy a car. Richard Barone serviced my Mazda yesterday. Went in for an oil change and after the free multi point inspection, a couple of issues presented themselves that needed my attention. Mr. Barone was very pleasant and professional in giving me that information and I felt very comfortable about authorizing the additional car care. Personnel, like Mr. Barone and this specific Mazda dealership, is why I go to Classic Mazda every time my Mazda needs car care. Both me and my little blue van are in the best of trustworthy hands.

I just wanted to take the time to express my extreme satisfaction with Classic Mazda and the customer service. I came in Friday the 8th for a oil change and alignment, I had a little issue the last time I got an oil change but that was all taken care of with no problem this visit. I've been a customer here for some years now and know everyone in the service area. Aiesha Jones always greet me and really make it feel more like going to a friends house instead of a dealership. I recommend any and everyone to take their mazdas to you guys simply because of the great service and attention to detail. I have recently moved a good distance away from the dealership, but I will continue to make the drive to Classic Mazda because I trust them with my cars.

No Pressure. I ve visited numerous dealers in the previous three weeks prior to going to Classic Mazda. First was introduced to Taylor Royal. Taylor was informative, relaxed and understood my expectations. After feeling the pressure from other brands, we chose classic Mazda. Although Taylor Was not available, Gordan Pagano took over and assisted. GORDON was very knowledgeable and the walk-through was very informative.

I have never experienced this kind of service and commitment in a car dealership before. My buying experience was more than GREAT!!!! I live almost 50 miles away from this dealer BUT the trip to buy my new car was worth it. It is the very first time that we buy a vehicle and my wife and I feel we REALLY got the BEST deal we could get. First time we feel that the car sale people was not trying to squeeze every penny from us. A Pretty straight process. I had my doubts about the internet price of the vehicle. I have already experienced that you see an online price and then suddenly "you don't qualify for all the rebates" or "we just added this package to the vehicle" or "the car is in the process of being sold to another person"...etc.etc.... when you are actually at the dealer premises.
This time was exactly as I saw it online. No back and forth negotiation and no extra "features" pitch sales.. The level of service?.......FABULOUS!!!! This is Something that needs to be copied by other dealers.. I usually write reviews just to complain or to make aware other consumers of something that has happened to me, but this time, it is also different, it is to give a compliment to ALL the personnel involved in the transaction. Special thanks to our sales person Naike Cadet, and the financial officer Nader Khela. I would like to mention Mr. Chetto and the financial supervisor Mr. Heaph...I just have compliments for ALL of you...THANK YOU !!!

The service department is phenomenal 5STARS. 5 STARS to the salesman Seline made a wonderful impression and was very knowledgeable, so patient and helpful during my test drive. I was so close to purchasing but when it came time to talk numbers... But no sale "NO STARS for Chito" ruined the deal with his unacceptable people skills.

Daniel Ferrena and the guys at the dealership did a great job. I admit, there were some cheaper offers around for used cars - but I got piece of mind with them I don't think I would've got anywhere else.
I got a 2007 PT cruiser in great for a decent price!
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car or a Mazda.

Awesome dealer! You don t need to waste time haggling over price. Unlike many other dealers, they discount up front and don t add thousands of dollars worth of worthless dealer installed options to inflate the price. Great selection of cars and friendly employees.

Initiated the purchase from out of state via Internet. Michael S. was awesome! He contacted me and provided all the info needed to allow a quick and easy purchase after arriving at the dealership.

I had the WORST car service here ever! I take my Mazda here to just get some BASIC work done, brakes, rotors, dry belt and engine maintenance. My car is a 2012 Mazda 6 and I've had it for about 3 years, I have NEVER had any issues with it UNTIL I came here. First off, they took FOREVER on my car. While people who came in after me were only waiting for a max 1-2 hours, I waited 5! Secondly, they told me my rotors didn't need to be replaced, only resurfaced so I trusted them to do it correctly... joke was on me, after spending $780 for the work that was done, I had to go BACK 15 minutes after I left because my rotor was actually warped! They had warped it while working on it and actually had the nerve to let me leave with it like that! So again, I waited another hour for them to fix my rotors and after they were done I let the service manager know and she refunded me my money for the rotors. But little did I know that they were going to STILL be a problem! I left the dealership again that same day and had to come back an hour later because my car was still acting funny! I had to leave my car there overnight and they gave me a rental until the next day. My service consultant called me the next day to inform me that my rotors had cracks in them and they were just going to give me brand new ones due to my old ones being in such bad shape (because the mechanic obviously doesn't know how to do his job right and shouldn't even be working at a big dealership). I came here because I wanted professional and quality work done, instead I got a nightmare. But hey, at least I got some money back and brand new rotors. Let's hope they hire better technicians so this problem won't keep happening to others.

Our sales guy wasn't pushy at all. We felt comfortable during the whole process, and I love coming back for regular maintenance. It's always a quick and easy process, and there are plenty of snacks to steal from the waiting room. I mean eat.

I highly recommend Classic Mazda if you're looking for a no nonsense, no pressure buying experience. They have very fair prices and give a fair value on your trade in. Jonathon Martinez was our salesperson, ask for him if you can. He was personable and knowledgeable on the vehicles. We are very satisfied with the experience.
