Where to start!?

Firstly, their Internet Sales Manager (Shane) responded quickly to inquiries via phone/email and immediately provided an out-the-door price of the vehicle of which I inquired. I had many questions and his replies were quick, direct, and accurate.

Upon going to the dealership, I was introduced/transferred to Ian, the Salesperson who guided me through the purchase. He was knowledgeable, insightful and IN NO WAY PUSHY. I could tell his priority was informing me about the vehicle, options, and the procedures of his dealership.

There was no rushed-feeling or pressure to talk numbers or close a sale. He took time on the test drive to show the Infotainment, Stereo, Safety Features, and Performance features of the car. I asked for a prolonged test drive to check out highway performance and road-noise loudness, and he quickly replied "no problem!"

I did my research before I walked through their doors, and knew what my trade was worth. I had a figure in mind that would represent a fair deal where both the dealer and I would be happy. Ian and Shane went out of their way to implement additional rebates, arrange for special tires to be swapped and give me a deal I consider outstanding!

I see from their current status that they have a rating of 4.7, so my 5-star review won't move the needle much, but know that they TRULY go ABOVE and BEYOND to make you happy.

I will buy another car from them once it's time to transition vehicles again. Remember to ask for Ian!
