The owner treated me very well, was always professional, and delivered a great product.

Don't be fooled! You will not receive the products you pay for and will have to get reimbursed by visa... if you're lucky. If there was a zero star option, these con artists would get it.

This company is one of the worst in the industry. They will take your money, keep it for as long as they can, and then refund you if they can't get to the order they promised to complete.

I left close to 20 voicemail messages and 12 emails and never once heard back from anyone in the office. Many of the extensions actually go dead.

The owner, completely ignored my calls and text messages - probably 100. When he finally did reach out, he pretended to be totally clueless, promised again to deliver my item, then quietly refunded my money and never responded again.

Several years ago they made a product for us that was extremely dangerous and almost killed a staff member of ours.

Disappointed would be an understatement if you order from this company. They will promise you the moon, only to leave you high and dry.

It should also be noted that if by some miracle they do deliver, the quality will be very poor in my opinion.

Horrific... happy to take your money and then the lines of communication are dead. Unbelievable they can still do business. After taking our order and product not showing up, I tried for months to contact them with zero response. Then an idea hit me... I'll pretend to be a new customer!! I emailed them from a different address saying I was interested in buying some stuff and BAMMO!.. they immediately got back to me. When I called the guy out on it, he was trapped and had to respond. They're pretty darn awful

Shame on this company, never deliverd our order and refuses to refund our money sent, a Rotary Club is now out of their funds which was in turn not going back to our community

I can not stress this enough. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They have the worst reputation across the haunt industry. They have screwed over more friends and haunted that I can count. They are unprofessional, do not communicate, and worst of all, do not send you product. I have currently taken legal action against them to get back several thousands of dollars for props that were not sent. There are MULTIPLE people that have suits against this company for the same reason. There are plenty of reputable companies that make scare props to this caliper. Do not use this one.

We have called for 3 weeks with no help on the huge dragon we purchased at the show.

Buy from literally anyone else, cash and carry is the only way you know you'd actually get your product, and even then it would probably be an item ment for someone else now they have to sue to get their money back.

This company is literally a criminal operation. If you want one of their items buy it second hand or find some other company.

You should NEVER purchase anything from these guys. i know their stuff looks cool, however, they dont back up any of their stuff. literally fighting with my credit card company and them because they overcharged my Credit card $2076.00 and they wont even fricken respond. I dont understand how they guys are still in business and not in jail for their Fraud.

I have been a customer for 10 years. I treated them as friends. Recently placed an order and paid a large deposit. When they couldnt deliver I kindly asked for a refund. They wont return phone calls and now I am forced to sue to recover. Sad!!!
