Not to sure how to rate my experience because I am so torn...
The first visit, I signed on a new 2019 Mazda and while it was being "detailed" it ended up with scratches. Classic offered me a different color option or the next tier up but I would need to PAY THE DIFFERENCE! This was such a slap in the face as if I needed to pay up for something that was not my fault. The closing manager on 12/10 was not helpful and let our poor sales associate be the messenger when he should of been working with us face-to-face on this serious issue. Before we left, he did not even come out to apologize. We just watched him locked up the doors before we even left the lot. The next morning, the general manager Chad, called me and told me he was doing a car trade with another dealership near Miami. With no pressure I went and checked out the car. They had it sitting pretty in the show room, covered and with a big bow on top. The manager of the detail shop buffed out any imperfections I saw on the spot. I ended up signing and leaving with the new car with extra benefits that Chad offered me. I love my car but this experience should never happen!!!
