Bad experience. Do not follow the rules for a webshop. If you return your product, so do not keep the shipment, they have to reimburse you the return costs of shipping. But Marja Lamme lets you pay twice the shipping costs. That is then the same for the last time. Had just thought about going there when I am in Amsterdam, because they have a few brands that I like. But unfortunately.

When you order online you will not receive an order confirmation. You will only receive confirmation of your order once it has been sent as a package. Furthermore, very friendly help by phone and despite having ordered on Sunday I had my product at home on Wednesday.
Product received in a good box incl. Return form (not needed :)), invoice and order confirmation. Very satisfied!!
