The service department and team as a whole definitely knows the meaning of customer service. I came in without an appointment because my vehicle broke down suddenly and Lenny Castellano went above and beyond to help me by not only taking me in on short notice but also by providing me with a complimentary vehicle for the time my vehicle was going to be in Classic Mazda's care. No hesitation and no run around just genuine outstanding customer service. Lenny Castellano went out of his way to research the mechanical problem further and discovered my problem was part of a recall with Toyota. Instead of omitting this discovery and charging me nearly a thousand dollars to repair it, Mr. Castellano took his service yet another step further and gave me the recall number and all other information needed to submit to Toyota to have them fix my problem for free. It wasn't about making a sale, or hitting a quota, or boosting his portfolio, Mr. Castellano was only concerned with what was best for the customer. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt like more than a potential sale, I felt like the team actually cared about me with Mr. Castellano leading by example. With everything going on in the world right now Mr. Castellano and Classic Mazda showed me that people still care about one another and are willing to go the extra mile without any hidden motives or expectations. I cannot express how much I appreciate everything Mr. Castellano and the entire service department team did for me. Classic Mazda definitely raises the standard for customer service.
