I ve bought new cars, and it s always been one hell of a punishing process from sales, right through to delivery and servicing. Just recently I bought a Wildtrak from City Ford, and it was the best experience I ever had. The staff were knowledgable, they were welcoming, they weren t forceful, and they had a good sense of character. I knew what I wanted and we all worked through it. The car was bought on a Monday, and with minimal stock of certain colours, after some reshuffling, it was on the showroom floor in three days, ready to go. They delivered - no waiting for a non-existent VIN or excuse about a colouring issue i've had from other manufactures. Gus and Olivia were absolute guns and went above and beyond. Can t recommend them enough.
On the weekend I noticed stains on the roller shutter (as if something ate into it) so I brought it back because it was fairly noticeable. I only had four days until I was driving to Perth so they booked it in for its first service, later looking at the tray. Service team left behind a killer experience. Adrian wouldn t let the car go until the tray was replaced, so a few hours later, a new roller shutter was fitted. Pretty awesome, considering something of that calibre takes time to track down and fit. Can t thank Adrian and the GM enough!!
