Great service and very personable. I was going to take my car to a private garage as I thought it may save money. However, City Ford only advised work that was actually 100% needed and told me what I could deter for another time (which ultimately saved me money where a private garage would have advised all the work be completed at the same time). Couldn t be more helpful

I had to take my car back to Ford as one of the break clips came off, I booked it in and John at the service center was very helpful. I had to drop the car off and Ford organised a driver at the last minute to my work as I didn't have time to book a loan vehicle.
Once my car was repaired I received a text from John to advise me. The service was efficient only thing was the John got my name wrong. I guess I'm in a job where attention to detail counts.
I would recommend Ford.

Fantastic customer service from Danny, he told me everything that would happen in terms of the service and it went like clockwork. He homered the 3yr service deal I made when car purchased at another Ford garage so systems do work. Very professional well done guys.

After sales support is very poor. If your after anything besides a new car or service expect great difficulties.
- Purchased new car from here in 2014 with lifetime warranty tint, nil issues.
- Had same car serviced here over 12 months ago, they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Returned car after finding this 2 days later and they cleaned the engine bay. No apologies.
- System Comms Fault message showed up on my dash this week, ICC blank, sensors not working, nil air con, Nil traction control, nil radio, nil who knows what else. Took car in and they didn't even want to look at it or assure me the car was safe to drive. Next appointment was a week away. Window tint has also started to peel, expecting great difficulties when the car goes in. Case raised with Ford Australia.
Haven't had any issues with other Ford dealers in Sydney or regional.

They had great knowledge of aftermarket equipment I wanted fitted and their fitting technicians were able to turn my dream into a reality.

We bought a demo model Ford Kuga 5 years ago. As soon as the vehicle was out of warranty the car started having problems. First all the coils went, now the Drive Shaft. Ford has been completely unhelpful as we should not be experiencing this many problems with a car that has only driven 40,000 kms in 5 years!!!!
We have been out of pocket thousands of dollars to fix it and will never again buy or recommend ford, particularly this branch! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

After contacting atleast 12 different Ford dealers in VIC and NSW, we travelled 600km to do business with Jon and Dave at City Ford Chullora. They were both extremely helpful and very happy to work with us to get the best deal on the car we were after. Save yourself the time and contact them first!

My wife and I came in today to check out the Mustangs since we've never seen one up close and to get an idea if it would fit in our garage. Matthew did a good job of explaining all the features to us, so much so that we're now considering the Mustang for our next car. He was easy to talk to and we liked that he was very enthusiastic when showing us the car. Not pushy at all and it felt like we were chatting with a friend instead of a salesperson who was trying to get us to buy a car. Definitely ask for Matthew if you're looking to buy a Ford. He'll look after you.

My Vehicle went in for a service today and on the service report it stated that it is road tested.
No road test was performed as the odometer read exactly the same as when I took it in.
Very concerned that no other part of the service was performed.
Grubby greasy hand marks were left on all the hand grips.
The vehicle was not washed as per there marketing and promise
I guess this is the complementary service you get from a new state of the art dealership.

The single worst experience I've had with a busine...

The single worst experience I've had with a business. Enquired about a car and told them I was coming to look at it and they put the price up before I arrived. Then told me that was the price negotiations started from. As I have a mental health issue that affects my memory I could not be certain I was not mistaken. As I really like the car I paid a deposit anyway and when I got home realised 100% that the price had been put up when I looked at my PC browser. I emailed the manager explaining my mental health issues and he refused to make any changes to the price. Later I was told by a salesmen of further charges, and by now being fully aware of my mental health and memory issues, tried to tell me I had said things that I know I didn't say.
Unfortunately I have to deal with these people more as a result of this.
This Company, and it's sales staff, have no compassion or empathy. All they care about is ripping customers off. They probably slap each other on the back when they screw someone over.
They do not care if you have mental health issues or a disability... You are just an even better target for their scams.
Do not buy cars from these people. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

I can NOT thank Adrian and his team at City Ford enough! Their are VERY professional! I was running late to collect my Ford. Most other business would close exactly at 5:30pm! So I wouldn't be able to get to work!

Adrian stayed back long after closing and kept the City Ford service department open for me until I arrived 20 minutes later! I was able to collect my car allowing me to get to work the next day as I do shift work and there is no public transport to the area where I work!

I would VERY Highly recommend them!

I have now bought 5 vehicles from City Ford and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.
Always looked after by Olivia and Georgie Rose and couldn't recommend them any more.
Very easy to deal with and extremely efficient when producing figures and keeping you up to date on delivery.
5 star service every time.

Due to the unreliability of my previous car, I decided to purchase a new car. I was looking towards the ford fiesta and the hyundai i20.
First few car dealers of ford I came across -Blacktown, lidcombe and hills district were friendly although hesitated to give me a good deal.

I went to the Hyundai dealership and they were quite pushy- firstly asking me about my finance history and all that and tok me to test drive the car within ten minutes.

City ford had an appealing base and the staff there were far more than welcoming. Harry, city ford dealer member made sure I was happy every step of the way during the purchase and even after the purchase I had received a courtesy call to make sure everything was running smoothly.

I am very happy with my purchase. Although I live in Oxley Park and City Ford was about an hours away drive, it was totally worth the drive.

However, only downfall was, I couldn't get a spare tyre but was replaced with heavy duty glue and pumps for safety reasons.

I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family and definitely in the future if I choose to buy a new Ford car, I would return to this dealership...

Overall, from my personal experience, I would rate this dealer ship 5 stars.

We had a great experience with City Ford/Ford Smart Lab Sydney. Got our car five (5) days earlier than the delivery date. We re very happy with the car and loving it so far! Courtney was easy to deal with, friendly, and very helpful. She managed to answer every question we had and clarified some confusion in a timely manner. Had minor issue with the finance but was resolved by Courtney with the help from Olivia. Also had minor issue with the trade-in car but Courtney handled it smoothly. She even stayed back after working hours on the car-pick-up day to ensure car was handed over to us properly. Great customer service!

City Ford bid to a value on my vehicle that was for sale through Dealer Direct on Carsales,but looked for every excuse to drop the value when I arrived to do the deal.
Very disappointing when I drove from Canberra to Sydney for the deal and was offered a lot less than the auction result.
I ended up not selling the car to City Ford and would not deal with them again.

I dont normally post about 4 wheels as I tend to love the freedom and rush that I get from motorbikes but this machine was unexpectedly a whole lot of fun!! The team at @cityford sydney kindly provided me with a Ford Mustang gt5.0 and I feel like I had to share this experience
I am currently on the hunt for a change to my four wheeled solution. Although I am all about the love of two wheels, I convinced myself that the car in my life can play a more practical role unlike my Ducati Panigale v4s that was until I took this baby out today!
This stang gave me a rush of excitement you d only expect to get in a serious supercar. It had me the very moment I turned the engine on - sounds is ah-Mazing! - n.b turn exhaust mode up! ;)
While playing with the driving modes I was impressed with how responsive it was and also how easy it was to get used to rear wheel drive in sport mode. The acceleration and handling was very impressive! Everytime I took off, I felt alive and completely free, similar to my bike rush. My thoughts were I need to take this to the track to really have some fun with it you know with #sydneyroadrules and all it s limitations one last mention I have to make was the impressive stereo system this had as well - because we all know how important quality sounding choons are right
The temptation to lose the SUV and jump in the Ford Mustang is very real. I will see if being practical in the 4 wheeled options wins on this one

And when the manager came out to assess my car, he was very rude, I have never felt so disrespected. Please avoid and go to a better dealership, because this one is a stealership. 0 stars if possible.

I dropped off my recently new Ranger today for its first service ,at the time that I had booked in three days before hand. After queuing behind 7 others, I was invited to sit down next to a six foot tall banner advertisement that said "Free Loan Car -That's what service should be".
I booked in my car, reconfirmed the details and then was thanked. I asked about my free loan car and was advised that I "needed to book that in 2 to 3 weeks in advance as they go like Hot cakes". He then said I could catch a bus or a train. (Just like in the TV advert where Ford criticise other dealers for treating their customers like that).
I said "That's what service should be!" and proceeded to walk outside into the pouring rain to walk back to work some 2 kms away. Talk about false advertising. The first service on my new car will cost $400++ which you would think would be free, but apparently not. Customer service and the Marketing Department should speak to each other.
Oh, ......and to make the appointment I called three times and left messages but no-one returned my call- in the end I drove into the Ford Dealership (Rosebery) two weeks later and had to make the appointment in person.

Got a great deal from Craig for a demo 2012 XR6 Limited Edition on Saturday.
He is not the typical pushy and sneaky second-hand car salesman you expect in any car dealership.
Instead Craig is friendly, polite and professional.
You would feel comfortable dealing with him. I strongly recommend Criag Berthold to anyone who wishes to buy a car at City Ford Zetland.

Had the air con module replaced this week after having the car for 8 years.

Service from John Cummins at City Ford Alexandria is excellent.
I was informed of the process all the time.
Loan car is almost brand new.
They checked all their work thoroughly as well.

Love the car.
Too bad they stop building Ford Falcon XR6 anymore.

I ve bought new cars, and it s always been one hell of a punishing process from sales, right through to delivery and servicing. Just recently I bought a Wildtrak from City Ford, and it was the best experience I ever had. The staff were knowledgable, they were welcoming, they weren t forceful, and they had a good sense of character. I knew what I wanted and we all worked through it. The car was bought on a Monday, and with minimal stock of certain colours, after some reshuffling, it was on the showroom floor in three days, ready to go. They delivered - no waiting for a non-existent VIN or excuse about a colouring issue i've had from other manufactures. Gus and Olivia were absolute guns and went above and beyond. Can t recommend them enough.

On the weekend I noticed stains on the roller shutter (as if something ate into it) so I brought it back because it was fairly noticeable. I only had four days until I was driving to Perth so they booked it in for its first service, later looking at the tray. Service team left behind a killer experience. Adrian wouldn t let the car go until the tray was replaced, so a few hours later, a new roller shutter was fitted. Pretty awesome, considering something of that calibre takes time to track down and fit. Can t thank Adrian and the GM enough!!

The team are there to make things work and give you the best possible experience.

Picked the car up ,the service book had not been filled in had to make 3 calls to arrange for it to be filled in

I have had some mediocre experiences with city for...

I have had some mediocre experiences with city ford in the past but a recent visit has left me very annoyed. Unfortunately someone broke my drivers side mirror off while my ute was parked on the street. I took it to city ford to have a replacement fitted, after half a day it was ready to be collected. As I drove away I noticed the mirror was so loose, I couldn t see anything behind. I took it back to Ford to have it fixed and noticed that a piece of door trim had been pushed out from fitting it so I asked them to fix that too. The car was back to me after 10 minuets, the mirror was secured but the trim was still out, I asked Brian and he said not to worry about but I wanted it to be right which after paying $480 youd expect. It was then taken by what looks like the service manager a tall rather rude individual who huffed at me before driving around the corner and forcing the corner of the mirror against the piece of trim and cracking the corner off in the process. I m pretty sure fitting a mirror can t be that difficult and if someone took their time to do the job initially then none of this would have happened. It seems to me that nobody in the service department takes any pride in their work and they just want the cars in and out of the garage as fast as possible. If they have made such a hash of fitting a mirror how could you trust them to do anything else to your car.

I am just very disappointed no service at all.Tried to order a new pair of mats not in stock had to come from Melbourne(took an hour at the service desk to find out)so I left again, Today I phoned in to see after two days if they had arrived ?before I come in for nothing again spoke to 4 people ended up on the lovely tape again no one seems to know aht is going on ,just looking to trade mine in will look a door further.....

The service at City Ford is excellent: you arrive on site, someone's there to take your car, you can take a courtesy car if needed (and the post-service pickup is just as easy). The advisers are great at keeping you updated on service requirements via phone call, and aren't pushy if you can't afford something at the time. I only give 4 stars, not 5, because it's a little bit pricier than a local mechanic; City Ford obviously has a more complex corporate hierarchy that must be financially supported. If you can afford the extra, the benefits in turnaround time and efficient, communicative service are great!

I take my hat off to these guys and girls from the very start John who was my main contact
, he was up front and not at all pushy or demanding he is by far one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with (I have brought 8 cars of salesman from different dealers) he even stayed back late, as i missed my flight and got there later then planed. Then as a final gesture drove in front of me part way back across town as i was from port macquarie and intimidated by Sydney traffic. Nothing short of the amazing I cannot thank you enough.
To Blair in finance what can I say buddy no Bs, he was on the ball with financing my car through a business loan. Got back to me quickly and I knew where I was at.
Georgia handled after sales extras and again was not pushy like most of them are.
Well presented and organised, everything went well . It was a breath of fresh air.
The price of the car was amazing no one came close they even found the colour I wanted and presented like no other dealer has . Thank you all its been 8 yrs since I brought my last car and you made it special for me . Coming from out of town, you stuck to all your promises and the staff were upfront about everything no Bs. I hope to be back one day

After a month waiting for a reply from Heartland Ford I decided to connect with City Ford who fix my windscreen recalibration. I decided to get my service done early and have now put City Ford as my preferred service and dealer. I m a very busy business woman and love my Ranger and know so many women now who have elected to drive a Ranger. I m very happy with the car and service from Motorama Ford in Brisbane (Josh) when I had to replace my windscreen and now with Adrian and team at City Ford. The communication was great with both and professional customer service excellent. I would happily recommend to my network.
