I ve always had my service done here even though I ve relocated miles away. I just couldn t risk going to another Ford dealer. I just own a Fiesta but the welcome I get felt like I own a Mustang. No upselling with unnecessary work/products, just honest and quality service. On my last service, I was looked after by Danny Varga who carried out all my instructions to the last letter. Thanks Danny and City Ford!

i went into the car sales at about 12pm and at 5pm on the same day(07.03.2012) i drove out with a ford falcon mkii 2012 valued at 38000.Speed friendly and attentive are words i would use with my exerience. I put my car in for a service and was told they would need it for 2 days. John knew I needed to move a few things and would be stranded without a car. So organised a van for me to loan. Absolutely perfect, Brian and the service team repaired under warranty accessories fitted by another ford dealer at no cost. All work done to standard and on time New PX Ranger I have done 55,000 klm in the year with each service at City Ford.

Extremely distrostworthy service. I had my car inspected here yesterday and got a report says no engine safety problem at all. Then the engine overheated today. Highly suspected service.

The service department in Arncliff will rip you off hard with no mercy, they overcharged me bigtime coz I was a female, and then took it to another workshop and the said they rip me off. So dont take it there.

Clark and the team were great , and gave me a great deal.

I went there last Saturday to look for some cars and there was a lack of assistance .... it seems like I wasn't important because I was looking for a second hand car....Sam was looking after me but upon my return from the test drive he disappeared never to be found again so I went across the road Trivett and bought another car.

Was kept informed of the progress of my car. Delivering it personally to me at work was great. Taking the time to show me through the features of the car greatly appreciated.

I would give no star if I could. I had 2 Ford cars (faulty) in less than 2 years, I have faced so many problems: with the car, service and ongoing issues! I have emailed service department/manager, called and booked several services. No one seems to care about what the challenges I have been facing and my emails are simply ignored. I have a ACCC and Fair Traiding case in place, even though nothing has been resolved. I am very disappointed with manufacturer, dealership and this car. In my honest and humble opinion switch over to Ford was just a MISTAKE!

I have taken my cars to City Ford for scheduled servicing for several years now. It was great to have Danny as an advisor to meet me at drop off and pick up of the car and clearly explain everything to me. They took care of my car as well as me, and City Ford kept me informed all along - reminder notes of the booking, progress updates and a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was fine. I had a call during the morning from the dealership offering fuel injection cleaning but declined as I don't think it's needed.

Got my car serviced here last week, showed me everything i needed to get done and how much it would cost, very friendly staff, kept me informed the whole way and answered any questions I had, gave me a loan vehicle, all round great experience

Recently had a really good experience dealing with City Ford at Alexandria, mostly due the fantastic customer service received from Adrian Keed in the service department, and I would highly recommend this location and Adrian for any servicing needs.

Had an exceptionally poor experience at City Ford Sydney yesterday when going to pick up an ex-demo 2018 Mustang with 5k on the clock.

The car was in terrible condition for a near-new demonstrator vehicle apparently driven by the manager of the store. There were marks and slight dents in the doors where they had allowed other cars to open doors into them, scuffs throughout the cab, rubbish such as an old receipt, chewing gum wrapper in the back. Scuffs throughout the interior, dust and sand everywhere, lining the cracks of the seats. Oily marks in the interior, scratches and scuffs under the front fender. And this was AFTER the car had been detailed. Who knows what it looked like prior.

None of this disclosed when being purchased sight unseen, and before jumping on a 3 hour bus trip from Canberra to Sydney to pick up. The office kept saying it s a demo car it s not mean to be perfect and in a way that is true. Perhaps a few scuffs here and there, maybe a slight mark in the paint, but this car looked like it had been driving for 20,000kms and treated like rubbish.

Not only this, when going to pay the toll today we discover there is nearly $400 in unpaid tolls and late admin fees.

The owner of the store, if he really was the driver, should be absolutely ashamed at the way he treats company vehicles to be later sold. A ex-demo sold at over $60k should be treated carefully and driven by those who actually give a toss about their luxury (and other) cars, and the brand that they represent. The owner himself, although being present at the store did not have the balls to come down and address these issues himself, leaving a floor level staff member to address these issues, rather than coming down and taking responsibility for the mess that he created.

I will be lodging a formal complaint about these issues, it is disrespectful to customers to pass an ex-demo off as near new, and at all cost avoid City Ford in Sydney for any ex-demo cars.

Do not let these guys wash your car after a service... They use recycled dirty water and goes through an automatic wash. Your car is not even hand dried. For a big company like this I expect my car to be handwashed and shamie finished...

Had a friend scammed by dealer upping price when he came to look at car. He has mental health issues and when they found this out they just pushed harder to scam him. Do not deal with this business!

Staff seems to be not busy but won't spend much time with you if you are choosing low value car. No focus and fiesta for test drive and staff is not sure when I can do a test drive so I couldn't make my decision to buy today.

Danny was extremely helpful and courteous and kept me informed about all that was going on with my vehicle. They had to keep my car an extra day and enabled me to continue using the loan vehicle they had given me which meant I was never inconvenienced. Thanks city ford!

Awesome service, a whole team was waiting for the car, they hoisted my Mustang and checked everything in front of me as I had a few questions. Definitely see Adrian Keed , Service Advisor , he was super. Very helpful and had a lot of patience with me asking a lot of questions about my Mustang. The team there was really good. A courtesy car was available, nice big car. They cleaned my Mustang after the service inside and out saving me $120 for a full valet. Definitely recommend City Ford Sydney.

Professional and seamless service. Loan car readily available and same model as mine which is appreciated. Kept full informed and nothing was too much trouble. Will use for all my servicing needs.

The service reception was quick and efficient. John sorted out my problem in driving the aircon system. I received two phone calls during the day to advise of extra work that was needed. I had asked for my Ranger to be ready for pick up at 4.30pm and it was.
That s when the trouble started. The pick up (reception area) seemed to be swamped in a see of lost paper work. The two people in the area were on the phone and there was another couple waiting. My bill (and theirs) had not been made out. I was told that pick up time was Usually organised chaos . That chaos was not even organised. It was another twenty minutes before I left, missing my next appointment.
Might I suggest that the guy in the adjoining office, who appears to be a manager, either role up his sleeves and help in times of pressure or, alternatively identify the problem and apply for more staff to help at peak times.

I would be more than willing to give no star, the dealer there is so rude on judging their customers, I can never ever imagine a sales can treat his customer like this. I feel so shame for Ford company to have such employee. Worst experience ever!

I was so impressed with Danny and the team at City Ford Service. They know what I need and what my car needs. First class service for all your Ford needs. Yes. I will go further!

Highly highly recommend City Ford. I am in love with Bryce and the team at city Ford Zetland , who are excellent! Highly professional, very ethical and superior time management. I have had numerous services at City Ford for my fiesta and was just so blown away by the customer service that I experienced. Surprised by some of the posts denouncing City Ford as every time I have been either in the show room or getting a service I have been instantly looked after and everyone incredibly attentive. If you want to buy a vehicle I would firstly go to City Ford Zetland and have either Alex or one of the experienced Sales Guys look after you and then when you need a service go to City Ford Zetland. Additionally, Ford now offer first 7 years of of NRMA road side service AND a free car loan when you car is being serviced. Who else offers this??? I use to be a Holden girl , no longer its Ford all the way!!!!

My husband was interested in the Mustang. We have a really high expectation about this car and ready to trade in our car buy it straight way.
BUT The service is SUPER disappointed. I wish i could rate a zero. The managers behavior was rude and lack of respect. AND THEY LOST OUR CAR KEY IN THE SERVICE CENTER! AND WOULDN'T ADMIT IT! The manager said he give it to me already but i even didn't have a pocket on me.I m waiting for them to find my car key for the whole afternoon but no apologies!!!! At the end I have to take taxi back to get my spare key. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ANY SOLUTIONS. PLUS, THEY LEAVE MY CAR UNLOCK AFTER THE VALUATION!

VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS MANAGER AND I WILL NEVER CHOOSE FORD AGAIN.

I am writing this review to say a big thank you to the City Ford service department. My Focus Sport was due for its first service and booking my car in was simple and easy online. The best part was that i needed a car for the day and City Ford were than happy to lend me a loan car for the afternoon. Thank you Cameron for making this entire process very easy.

Referred to City Ford Service department by Mr Vincent Tropiano for assistance following a very disappointing experience had by my daughter with the NRMA regarding the repair of her 2007 Ford Falcon XR6. Had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew (Service Advisor) who could not be more helpful and obliging in offering assistance to my daughter, always polite and professional. Was fortunate also to be introduced to Mr. Bryce Dickes Service Manager who in a similar vein to Andrew was extremely professional and focused on ensuring customer service and satisfaction which was reflected in the attitude of his service advisor, Andrew. Vehicle was repaired within a day and back on the road good as new. Excellent communication from Andrew who ensured an overall positive experience and reassurance that my daughters vehicle was again safe and in excellent condition.. Too often we read reviews of a negative nature which may or may not be deserving however on this occasion an extremely positive and well deserved review was most appropriate. Very bad experience, given me a defective Mustang with scratches on the paint, promised me I ll have the repaint on the following week but when I come back the following week, I was told they will start asking for quotes.

After 1 month and more than 15 times I called different people including service manager Michael, I still not get the things solved.

If you won t get back to me, please don t promise.

Forgot to mention that this is a replacement vehicle as the previous mustang s aircon had broken down for 7 times for different problems within 15000 kms.

Bought a ex-demo territory about 7 months ago. Was having trouble with my console computer which kept freezing. Called the service area, who told me that it needed an up grade. They were fully booked for another 10 days, but were able to squeeze me in because I was heading away for a driving holiday. Just appreciate the good service.

Have now contacted this dealership 4 times over the past week, each time they have said they will return my calls for a service booking, and not once have they done so. Finally got through and booked in my car on a certain date for its new care service, and rang to confirm a day before and they had NO record of the booking! They were rude and were NOT accommodating what so ever!! I will never be returning- they are hopeless!

I rang them 3 time within last one month. Every time i rang, someone did answer the phone and assured me that they will organize a call back. in last 30 days i haven't received that call .. This is the worst customer service i have seen in years. Every time i take my car to fix an issue. They fix one and car comes home with a new issue. My enquiry was related to exhaust upgrade, Gauge installation and window tinting. Worst customer service, no care of duty. Management needs to have a serious look into this. i am sure i am not the only customer complaining.

We picked up a great Ford Focus Trend in perfect condition with low milage. Great value for money and better than competiitve price. The service was excellent and the staff really knew the car and its history. Definitely recommending City Ford Used Cars to my family and friends.
