Have had a great experience dealing with City Ford Rockdale and am happy to recommend them. I'm very happy with my new Ford Focus and have really appreciated the friendly and helpful responses to my follow-up queries post-sale. Have not felt that once they got the money, then that was it - I really appreciate Craig's help and follow through (and whoever it was who helped me figure out the automatic wipers yesterday!).

I had very bad experience of customer service by the manager today whose name was Rob.
The incident happened when me and my friend went to buy a car. All the deals was set and we were having some paper works with one of the sales representative. All of sudden , a man named Rob who was noticed to be the manager of the store came and said we couldn t proceed the deal further as he got customer who is willing to may more (by $150)for the vehicle. We was surprised how could he do this spending our time and expectations, and the paper works all went in vain!!!After that we had some arguments with him and came back home..( pissed off)
I understand business aim is to generate profit. But, does this sound any professionalism towards customers..
I will definitely recommend my friends and families a big NO...to this place due to that manager unethical business behavior!!!

Friendly staff. Troy & Alwin were very helpful with the changeover of our new ford focus. If you are looking for a new Ford then I recommend calling in and having a chat with these two.

The worst customer service ever. The employee did not know any function of the car.He was extremely rude.When we asked for the price he asked us about our budget and did not like to disclose the price.When we said to him that we are not buying but just looking at the options at the moment he was not interested in us and left.This is our second bad experience here and we will never go back.Disrespectfull!!!

I lately purchased a near new Kia Soul and found City Ford Rockdale to be efficient, courteous and fair.

We highly recommend City Ford Rockdale. Our purchase of a new GT Mustang was smooth. Reid was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. WOW did the car live up to our expectations. So much fun to drive. It is all about the journey now not the destination. Apparently we buy groceries one item at a time now as someone is always grabbing the keys to go buy some something at the shops Thanks and we will definitely be back for our next upgrade.

Definitely would not recommend ROCKDALE CITY FORD! Very unprofessional staff, I was asked to sign and pay a deposit for a vehicle which was not in stock. The contract terms and conditions were not made clear and I was given the impression that my deposit would be refunded if my finance was not approved. Although I had stated that I needed to talk to my broker first my deposit was still taken however I was not provided with a VIN number and was told the vehicle would not arrive until another month. Once advising the dealer that my finance did not go through I was pushed to apply with their own finance, which was of a high interest rate. After declining this offer I was told that I would not receive my deposit. A very unprofessional dealership with only their own gains in mind.

I bought a new Kia Stinger from Rockdale City Kia on 15th of December 2018. There was a special running for tint windows + Williams Pack (Ceramic Paint Protection) interior and exterior for around $2K at City Ford Rockdale, where they did my car finance.

When I picked up the car, I noticed and raised an issue with a sales representative about poor application of the Williams Pack. She agreed and sent my car for inspection and new lawyer was applied and issue was fix.

This week I visited a company who specialise with car wraps and ceramic paint protection. I'm interested to wrap a roof with black gloss wrap. I've acknowledged them about a current ceramic paint protection. After them testing my car for ceramic paint protection, I was shocked with the answer. They told me that there is a minimal layer of protection and the job was poorly done. Whoever did it, tried to saved ceramic paint or didn't care about provided service.

I'm highly disappointed with this outcome about your provided service at City Ford Rockdale. Especially when you pride yourself with amazing service and quality.

Rude and appalling. Rob is the worlds worst sales person and utterly rude. I had to bite my tounge when he came over to just abuse me while I spoke to one of his colleagues. Don t buy from people that treat you like rubbish. Sad thing is, he s training the rest of his team to treat customers with contempt. I actually liked the car and was willing to do a deal, but not with people like this. How do they think this is how to treat clients?! Incredible Experiance.

Bought a used car in July 2015 and during the course of contract signing was promised a spare key by the sales manager and they even said due to the value of the key they would personally drive out and drop it off. 3 months of chasing and have been given the cold shoulder saying that if it was not in the contract - they would not honour it. Followed up with the sales person that sold the car - they moved to Kia and wiped their hands clean. Spoke to the new sales manager and they only verbally replied saying can't help if it is not in the contract. Why would it need be in the contract when they sold the car on the proviso that it would include by default?

I have never experienced after sales service that disregard their promises and would not suggest others to purchase from them. I even have an writing that they were retrieving the key to give for me just after I purchased the vehicle. I would have really appreciated if they actually tried to help and deliver on their promises and by leaving this review shows my discontent in how they operate. I never leave any feedback for anything however in this case I believe it is very well justified.

I only received the letter they required 12:30 on Tuesday.

We bought our Ford Everest Trend 4wd at a dream price. That implies that the dealer should be unhappy, right? Not so. They said that they did it in good faith that they will get repeat business and a good customer base. They were more than helpful in the new car delivery and got comprehensive insurance at an unbelievable price as well. I wish I have enough money to pay what they want without negotiation. These guys are good. We will see how they continue to support their claims.

In providing his service Reid really did promote a great brand image for Ford. A couple of things we appreciated need to be understood in the context of our situation. We wanted to have the most sought after car in the most popular colour in the busiest period of the year. First, while he managed to get us the car a day earlier he never set false expectations - honesty. Second, post-sale he was there to take our calls every other day to provide updates and assist with the paperwork - customer care. Third, I don't know much about cars nor buying cars and he walked us through using layman's terms - communication. Finally, when we asked if we could get the car a day earlier he could have said no but instead he personally drove out to the holding yard to pick up the car - above and beyond.

Very bad experience, given me a defective Mustang with scratches on the paint, promised me I ll have the repaint on the following week but when I come back the following week, I was told they will start asking for quotes.

After 1 month and more than 15 times I called different people including service manager Michael, I still not get the things solved.

If you won t get back to me, please don t promise.

Forgot to mention that this is a replacement vehicle as the previous mustang s aircon had broken down for 7 times for different problems within 15000 kms.

Hadn t considered a Ford before now but was very pleasantly surprised on the quality and features. Ultimately bought a Ranger and couldn t be happier with the service I got from Reid.

Do not buy from this dealership! We responded to an online enquiry and talked to Joe. Joe is a good guy and he took us for a test drive in the used car we were interested in. The price was $20k which included a 5-year warranty. We agreed to pay the $20k minus a $1k trade-in for our car (which was a rip off, but we agreed to it). It seemed like the deal was done but we were haggling a little bit over whether or not they could include some aftermarket front sensors for us. About that time, the sales manager Rob came over and proceeded to verbally abuse us, accusing us of not even having a trade-in (we were in a different car at the time), and telling us that he was losing money on this deal. Not having much experience in this arena, my wife and I were literally badgered into buying the car at a higher price than we had already agreed to with Joe AND the 5-year warranty was taken off the table after we had a handshake deal with Rob the sales manager (who never even mentioned the warranty). Needless to say, it was an absolutely horrible experience and I cannot recommend this place unless you are an extremely experienced and savvy. Rob is rude, disrespectful and worse, deceitful. Avoid him at all costs.

Wow what a great experience we had at City Ford Rockdale. I spoke to Reid over the phone and told him exactly what I wanted and what my budget is as my wife is heavily pregnant and is unable to travel from dealer to dealer trying to get the best price. Reid worked so hard to get what I wanted and within a couple of hours the deal was done saving us so much time from running around. DO NOT BUY any vehicles from this dealership. Biggest mistake was to buy our vehicle from CRAIG IN SALES. He is so RUDE AND ARROGANT. Didn't even have the time for a phone conversation to discuss an issue we had with the vehicle. His words were he was too busy trying to sell more vehicles and he hung up. Will be taking this further but don't make the mistake we did.

Was looking for a Focus ST and the two that they were selling was on a brand new price even though they were used. Got a good deal from another dealership. I tried to negotiate but I was told "Nope. Sorry cannot help you". I do not recommend coming in here as they will rip you off.

Drove from Shellharbour to City Ford Rockdale to view a used vehicle. The salesman contacted me promptly after making an online query and communication was great. Met the salesman on arrival, really nice bloke, not pushy and quite approachable. Took the car for a test drive, all good, happy to proceed with the purchase. Then it was all downhill from there. Price had been dropped for end of month and there was no wriggle room but I was happy with the price anyway. They wouldn't take my trade. So after we shook hands on the deal, I explained it would take a few days to sort out my finance but the Sales Manager insisted the Car had to be paid for and taken from site by EOM, that's Wednesday and it's Saturday now. Not knowing how long my bank would take, the dealer insisted I acknowledge in writing that I would pick the vehicle up by EOM or deal was off. I thought the loan would be sorted by Tuesday at the latest, and turns out I had it sorted and funded on the Monday anyway, no drama. Salesman was great, and I could see the frustration on his face. To the credit of the dealer, I reported that the clock was blinking on and off and the traction control, hill control and 4wd lights were on the dashboard. They found a loose connection and problem solved. Quick turnaround thanks to the salesman. All set to pick up vehicle on Tuesday, a day before EOM. Handed over bank cheque and waited for tax invoice. Turned out the number plates weren't recorded on the paperwork properly, apparently changed from personalised to standard. To fix the issue, I waited an hour to have this resolved. Once done I was out of there. Salesman was great. Drive home was great, car performed beautifully. Thought I'd give her a wash as it was caked in detailers silicon. Car came up great, my wash was better than the detail. Now get this, dealer is supposed to give the vehicle a good mechanical once over right? On opening the bonnet, the oil level was at 75%, brake fluid needed topping up, coolant needed topping up. They gave me less than a quarter of a tank to get home, and I filled her up with premium diesel near home and thought I'd check the tyre pressures. Label on door says 33psi all round. FR was 26. RR was 26. FL was 36, RL was 30. Needless to say my experience was less than satisfactory. 2 stars to the salesman, no stars for the experience of buying a used car at City Ford Rockdale.

Went in to buy my golf tsi could not have had a better customer service experience and I have Joe Fonti to thank for that
