The service reception was quick and efficient. John sorted out my problem in driving the aircon system. I received two phone calls during the day to advise of extra work that was needed. I had asked for my Ranger to be ready for pick up at 4.30pm and it was.
That s when the trouble started. The pick up (reception area) seemed to be swamped in a see of lost paper work. The two people in the area were on the phone and there was another couple waiting. My bill (and theirs) had not been made out. I was told that pick up time was Usually organised chaos . That chaos was not even organised. It was another twenty minutes before I left, missing my next appointment.
Might I suggest that the guy in the adjoining office, who appears to be a manager, either role up his sleeves and help in times of pressure or, alternatively identify the problem and apply for more staff to help at peak times.
