After bring my Grandchildren to see Paw Patrol we were held captive by the street vendors upon leaving the theater. They aligned themselves so there was barely 3-4 feet between the street carts in a circle outside on the sidewalk. The cheap and expensive merchandise was literally hitting you as you tried to pass through. When we finally made it through there was one vendor calling to us. It was pretty chaotic. After spending over 300.00 the days event the last thing I needed was a street Barker calling out to me.
Shame on the Boch for allowing such a unnecessary commercial out cry at the end of an fun day for the kids.

Very nice, old theater in the heart of downtown Boston. Recently attended a Christmas show here for the first time and enjoyed the venue. It does not have the largest foyer I've ever been in, so intermissions can be problematic and very crowded, but theater itself is nice inside.

Gorgeous theater. Plentiful parking and pre-/post-show dining opportunities. Even with the additional security (metal detectors) entrance was quick and effortless. Had a great time and was sincerely impressed. Try the Abby Lane tavern across the street.

Saw Shen Yun at the facility. The theater itself was fantastic, well decorated, comfortable seats, and good acoustics. The bathroom facilities were a bit small for a full theater. Amenities/ food had a great variety but I didn't purchase any so unknown on prices. Staff was professional and friendly.

A beautiful place, but the sound is only ok. Maybe at Orchestra it would be clear and loud, but the sound projection from the stage did not impress. Visually awesome, like a nine, or even a ten, but the sound, though clear, is just slightly louder than conversational, no impact. The tenor Domingo, the two accompanying sopranos and the entire festival orchestra performed beautifully, but the Music Hall (its name from my youth) swallowed up a third of the sound. Probably fixable, but it is a multi-purpose venue, owned by a (kinda cool) car merchant, so it's hard to imagine it getting any meaningful updates. Guess I'll need to pony up for orchestra seats next time.

Horrible customer service, I had ticket problems and could not get an email or a call back. Phone calls will not be answered or returned nor will emails. I had to drive up from RI to resolve a simple issue that could have been done by email or phone

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON!!! There is a blizzard coming, and we are driving in from another state for a concert, and would just like to call someone to ask whether or not the show is canceled! It is Monday, and there is literally no way to contact a live person, except to buy tickets at the call center in Chicago. Absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER purchase tickets to a concert at this theatre again.

It is stunningly beautiful inside. The staff is very helpful in helping patrons find their seats. Plenty of concessions stands and drinks aren't too overpriced.

Glad I got to see a show there. Would definitely go back and expect they attract the best performers and theatre companies.

The venue is a beautiful they've come a long way with the restoration but the seats are still too small and the rolls are still very tight not comfortable at all to sit and watch your favorite venue

I've seen several shows here and I'm always blown away by how beautiful it is. The seating is the steepest amphitheater I've ever seen, it feels almost vertical looking toward the stage in some places.

I saw POD SAVE AMERICA and it was a great time. The staff was helpful and kind with a fun sense of humour. There were multiple restrooms on a number of levels. I had a bit of trouble getting the bar code on my phone app and the woman scanning was patient and resourceful. Parking is easy, a garage one building over from the theatre enterance. This is one of my favorite theatres.

This theatre is gorgeous! The plaster work and the tapestries and seats are beautiful! We saw Ghost there and the acoustics were amazing. We were in the very top of the balcony and we had a perfect view- the stairs were quite a workout but they had snacks and drinks available at all levels. The bathroom was clean considering how many people were in attendance. Oh and near an hour into the show the balcony got really hot but that was partially because we had on winter type clothes. Overall would definitely love to see another show here!

Boch center was beautiful. The acoustics were great. The person in charge of the microphones and audio equipment was incompetent. There was microphone feedback during the entire performance.
