I actually work here for some events.
The prices of the drinks are as expensive as a regular bar but you have to consider that you are also enjoying a show and your servers are very nice.
Bathrooms are clean and the place looks like a palace. There is a couple of parking lots, for your own convenience, one is next to the theater the other one is across the street.
People are very friendly.

Very solid venue. I don't go here super often but the sound is awesome and staff is friendly. Only not giving it a 5 because stuff here is crazy expensive. Considering most ticket prices, it's pretty annoying.

Awful experience for the second time in about 1 year. No policing of rude and inconsiderate people. Both shows were completely ruined experiences. Awful seating both up above and below on the floor. Without moving back and forth in your seat, a clear view of the stage is nearly impossible. Will not be attending any shows at the Wang for future shows in the area. I do not recommend spending the money here.

The theater has a nice-looking feel to it. However I had two problems while attending the show. First, the acoustics or sound system made it difficult to understand what the performers were saying. The second problem is the immovable cupholders extending from the backs of the seats in front of you. They make it difficult to get in and out of the aisles as well as reduce the already limited legroom. I could not sit without my leg hitting this cup holder.

Beautiful architectural delight, except flooring is noticeably worn and old. Extremely cramped seating makes for an uncomfortable experience unless you are under 5' tall and weigh 100lbs. Large, clean restrooms. Staff was warm, friendly and highly professional.

Good theater but terrible staff. I went to conesssions and asked for OJ and they said that s for mixed drinks only. I don t drink carbonated beverages so I went up to the manager, kindly asked him if they sell juice, he went up to the bar that I did not even go to. I kindly corrected the man by going I actually ordered from the bar at the end (pointed at it) The manager said rudely I m asking her to me pointing at the bartender at the bar I didn t order from. What a drag that manager. The customer is always right and that guy was a real jerk! Besides that, the Wang is a nice place, just avoid talking to the employees ESPECIALLY managers. They don t give 2 damns about the customer being right.

I sat in row M of the mezzanine for The Grinch. The performers amd crew of was great, but the sound where we were was muddled and distorted. It made it hard to hear the lyrics.

The audience was also particularly loose, by which I mean people were wandering in and out the whole time as if it were a baseball game. Perhaps that's just the nature of a kid-oriented show, but the adults seemed just as bad. The ushers should not be seating people who are 15 minutes late by bringing them in in the middle of a big number.

Parking at Tufts Medical is very convenient and reasonably priced.

This theater is absolutely stunning. The architecture and decor that was created can be distracting from the show itself. The location is close to many restaurants and hotels/parking garages in the area. Convenient and easy to get to. Security at the door and once inside the crowd disperses based on seating. We sat in the upper balcony left and the ushers were quickly showing folks to their seats. The sound from the stage was perfect. The comedian we came to see often stopped using the microphone and you could hear him clearly from the balcony. Would absolutely come back to this venue for a show. Not a bad seat in the house

We saw the Grinch with small children and they were comfortable and engaged enough to sit still. Definitely don't want them to touch the floor it looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it opened.

Beautiful place with much history. I do understand they do not want to change anything as far as upgrades I thought $6 for a bag of popcorn was a little too expensive although we know when we go to these places they jack up the prices and expect to pay more the only problem with the seats were very uncomfortable you are very tightly packed in but then again that's due to history and not being able to upgrade seating other than that it's a very beautiful place been to many concerts and reviews there

Went to see Anita Baker. The show was great. The only thing that stops it from being 5 stars is that if you was up in the nose bleeds seats and the entertainers had screens that shows montage videos, pictures and things. When you're up in the nosebleeds you can't see the screen so my advice would maybe put some screens on the side that they can take down but when they have a big concert they should have screens on the sides of the people to can see the stage better you know like they do in other venues. Also the bar closed early they should let the bar stay open a little later I don't know maybe have like one bar open later.

My first time at the Boch Center Wang Theater was for the Markiplier show with my family and it is gorgeous! Nice and small so even the back seats in the balcony had a great view.

The only downside is if you are disabled, keep in mind that there are a LOT of stairs. They do, however, have the cutest little elevator and the operator was so sweet.

This was my first time there. I loved it. Everything happened seamlessly. Wheelchair accessible has elevators. Has seats at the end of some rows that have a lifting armrest for limited mobilty or wheelchair transfer. Also, they didn't kick me out 10 minutes after the show, like they do at the Opera house. One thing to note, as in all theaters, if you are short (like me) you should aim for higher elevated seats. Like the balcony or a far back row. The reason you should do this is so don't you have to wiggle around people's heads to see the show. I am not sure what they have to support people with limited or no hearing. They support seat boosters, if additional height is needed.

Went for an event, the theater itself is beautiful, but the amenities are really lacking. Few bathrooms on only half of the levels, some really poorly laid out. Food was limited to snacks only. Drinks limited to a few types of beers.
