I had an amazing experience with Circle BMW. Our sales rep, Jim, was incredibly attentive, helpful, and engaged. He was informative during my test drive, answering my questions, without over-selling me on elements of the car that didn t matter to me personally. He listened to what I was hoping to accomplish in vehicle, features, lease term, and my monthly payment goals. I genuinely feel as though he went above and beyond in working with his management to meet my goals...and I walked away same day with a beautiful 2021 X3!
