Brendan Rappaport , came out of the gate as a quick to inform sales person, and get us in a test ride in our new eco green High altitude compass in about 10 minutes. We roughed out a deal by him asking us where we would like to be in this deal and we gave him $100 to hold our vehicle while they had some major selling time going on.( end of the month pushes were on) Ali the online Marketer answered all our inquiry's about finances before we even hit the door and was right on top every e-mail within 30 min or quicker. Brendan gave us his e-mail and text and was also right on top of it.,, we did 75% of the deal online just to know if this was the dealership we would go with and they worked hard to prove to us that they were the dealership we wanted. We have a jeep dealer 2 miles from our home,, but drove 50 miles to get the right deal, by the right sales person, at the right dealership because it was worth it. The entire staff was happy , pleasant and willing to please. They made our experience timely, efficient, and attentive to anything I wanted to know. It felt like I was dealing on demand. .like boom, click, bang done. We were smiling the whole time !!! Wife are still asking ourselves how the whole dealership team treated us to make sure we were being assisted properly, and wonder why don't more dealers operate that way. doesn't cost them anything to be more pleasant and professional ??
Highly recommended ..Ps no one paid me to say this , we are just so please after dealing with almost a dozen dealers , we figured we have to share this and help buyers avoid a bunch of downfalls we went through to get to the just right spot.. Tell Brandan you want the Scott & Ginny experience I'm sure your going to get it. He'll probly laugh. and tell you we treat everyone that way
