We had a trip planned on Friday last week and when I woke up Thursday morning my truck would not start. I called Ford Roadside and they let me know that it would be approximately 5 hrs before they would be able to tow my truck into Hansen Ford. I told my wife to cancel the trip and assumed i'd be picking up my truck sometime next week. My truck arrived at Hansen approximately 2:30 pm Thursday( They had called and told me it had arrived.) I spoke with Brad in their service department and told him what we had planned and we had cancelled ETC. He advised me he would do all he could to get my truck done for us before closing. Not only was this a shock to hear,it was even a bigger shock when he called at 4:59 pm and told me truck was ready for pick-up! This has been an excellent experience for us and one we very much appreciated, our weekend was saved, I will recommend Hansen Ford service to everyone. Thank you from my family, you guys really went above and beyond.
