Ordered truck through Brian Simms 6 weeks prior to delivery. I drove my 2015 F250 until my 2019 came in. Hansen's gave me the agreed price for my old truck. I'm always treated very well at Hansen's, greeted by name in sales and service department. Dallas and Brad in sales very helpful and offer a coffee and reviewed new features of truck. Brian walk me through the features of my new truck, set up my old keyless entry code.
I would recommend Hansen's to anyone thinking of a new or used truck purchase.
Cianne in finance made the process very easy. Had the buyout for my old truck ready before I left the dealership the day I dropped the truck off. Very friendly place to do business.

Had my oil changed on my F-150. Was great to be able to book an appointment online....Grant in service, was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had, and just a really nice person to deal with!!. Thank you for the free truck wash :) that was a nice bonus :) Will definitely be back!!!

Some good people are working there, others not so much. The customer service is average and needs to be improved! Last time I went for an oil change, asked for Kms sticker, they "said most definitely" and guess what, no sticker...

Very pleased with the service department. Called in at 8am and they were able to get my truck looked at by noon. Was not a quick easy job but they had the part in stock to fix my truck and had it back to me at 5pm. Was very happy as it is my only vehicle for my family.

Tire pressure sensor came on while on my way to work. Stopped in to have them top up tire with air. They checked to see if tire had a puncture.....it did. They asked me if I had 10 mins....they found a nail in tire and put in a plug.....all done in less than 10 minutes. Thank you guys, saved me from coming off shift to a flat tire.

As a couple who have worked in the automobile industry we have nothing but great things to say about Brent Tkachuk. Brent was considerate to all our requests, kind and patient. He was always friendly and we never felt pressured to make a decision. Brent was by far the best salesman we have dealt with in a very long time. Brought my truck in for a leak I noticed and while it was there they noticed it had another leak as well. Ordered the parts and set up another appointment, got it all taken care of and kept me well updated on the progress during the time it was in the shop. Very good service department!

Passing through on the way to Alaska and service engine light came on. We stopped yesterday and they checked the code. Appointment set for this morning, did a complete diagnostic then replaced a sensor in under 3 hours. They washed the truck when all done.
Honestly, this is the second Ford dealer we've been to in Canada and those in the USA could learn a lot.
Couldn't be more pleased.

Excellent experience at Jim Hansen's service department, I had an oil change done and they were very personable called with an update during the appointment and then called when it was done, they even changed the battery in my key fob for me. Will definitely recommend Jim Hansen to my friends :)

Worst car buying experience of my life. They lied about what had been fixed on the AMVIC report and then took 29 days to tell me they wouldn t honour the price on the signed contract. Go elsewhere.

These guys don't honour warranty work. Buy from someone else.

I like dealing with Hansen, their staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. I am unhappy when I purchase extended warranty and it does not cover things like backup sensors. The price seems high for routine service work like brakes.

Always wonderful service and smiling faces around the dealership! Makes you feel like you're at home :)
