Chick-fil-A Review

Great food and customer services. But my moma and I had a problem that the entire staff was not content including the store manager. When the customer sees unhappy faces and disturb body gestures; it can cause them to eat somewhere else. And despite of how long an employee has been employed, he/she she still be showing the same work ethics as the first day that they were employed.

I'm from Florida and they had collard greens and Mac and cheese on the menu. I already love chick fil a and this one was spectacular. The staff was incredible.

I never got to place my order because no one ever came on the intercom yet they could take 2 other customers on the other side while I waited. This place has Been going down hill with rude employees and being terribly slow even on non busy days but now it's just terrible. I have been going here for 17 years but no more after today

I've never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A at any of their locations. I love the fact that you can get things that aren't even on the menu. Pretty awesome

I cannot believe I am giving this low of a rating to a Chick Fil A, but I am extremely disappointed. We came into town and wanted the original experience of Chick Fil A, so we went to the diner side of things. I didn t realize that it would cost twice as much just for an extra side and the wait was twice as long. The payment side of things was unnecessarily complex and I am just plain disappointed. The kids were majorly bummed that they didn t get toys with their kids meals. The floors were greasy and slippery and the bathrooms less than impeccable. Sorry, CFA, but it was not my pleasure here today. :( Honestly, corporate needs to get a handle on this place.

Actually the first one they gave me was to thin so I brought it back, but as always the customer service was on point. They gladly made me another one.

And it was perfect, it had a good amount of peaches in it. It was creamy, cold, just right sweet and refreshing. Yessss!!!!

Not the best experience as chick-fil-as go. Food was good, per standard of the chain, but the facility was dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting and the employees stayed locked in the bathrooms watching videos and talking to each other till I got tired of waiting and left. Will not be back to this location.

I visit this location frequently because it's near my job. On my last two visits they gave me the wrong order. I sent a complaint and they still haven't responded. That was 2 weeks ago. I haven't been back since

Super classic Click-fil-a location open all night. This is the very first Chick-fil-a!! They ve got the history of the company displayed all throughout the restaurant. There s also a dine-in area. Really nice people and always great food!

My husband and I eat at Chick-fil-A pretty frequently. We love their healthy on the go options. We happened to be driving through Hapeville and saw that this location was the original location. It was a Saturday around 8:30pm. This location closes at 10pm. We of course walked through the dwarf door. The whole store's tile floor was wet and muddy which is very dangerous. I went to use the bathroom and wash my hands and it was DISGUSTING. Someone had urinated all over the first stall's toilet. The second one was not much cleaner. There was no paper towels and the floor in the bathroom was sopping wet. Our food order was okay except fries were soggy and cold and we had ordered an ice cream come and a lemonade shake and they both had the consistancy of ice milk instead of ice cream.

I really wanted to like this location. It is kind of neat that it is the original Chick-fil-a but not at the expense of quality....

Bitter taste to the batter in my chicken sandwich. Everything else like waffle fries were excellent.

Every Chick-fil-A fan who comes into Atlanta should drop by for a meal at their diner. Yes, other Dwarf House has a diner, but this place has that extra intangible appeal of being the first of its kind.

Chick fil a is always great have never came across a bad one yet.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to the wait in the line is always 20 to 30 minutes and the food quality is horrible I got a Cobb salad with grilled chicken nuggets my grilled chicken is gray disgusting!!!

They have some of the Chick-fil-A classics that have been taken off the menu everywhere else. Plus they have additional items like a burger and steak! It was really cool seeing the original restaurant. Our service was terrible (our waitress disappeared for about 30 minutes), but the food was good, even if it wasn't hot! The manager did discount our order 50%, but it just was not the kind of service you know and love from Chick-fil-A!

Love Chic fila. Love the food and atmosphere! My only complaint is the price is starting to get ridiculous.

Great staff, the only complaint I have is that the regular nuggets were extremely dry. The fries were well salted and hot. The wait time is reasonable.

A staple in the community. Its a combination of the Chick Fila greats plus some southern cooking (Sweet potato souffle is amazing)

Worst Chick Fil A ever! They messed up my order 3 times and the place was filthy when I went inside. Staff was friendly just couldn't get the order right.

As the other near by stores are closed this one is extremely busy, in a drive thru it took me 15 minutes to reach and get my order. The staff is nice though.

Very ready for rush times! Got my order before I could put my change in my wallet! I like that! And the quality has always been good! I've been eating at chick-for-A since you could only get them inside the mall, before any outside stores were built!

Waited in line for over 20 minutes when I came for breakfast. Finally got to order at 10:31, and they refused to sell me breakfast even though I had been waiting so long. If they had a better ordering process, this would not have happened.

It should be no surprise that the original Chick-fil-A is an excellent Chick-fil-A. Because it's the original, it offers the option of dining in as if you're eating at a Waffle House. This can actually be a fun experience for those wanting to experience the restaurant with a classic feel. But there's also the option of having a modern way of dining in or just simply using the drive thru. All ways to eat there provide solid service and delectable chicken sandwiches.

It was an absolute honor to be in such a tremendous part of the Chick-fil-a family history. I had never seen an actual dwarf restaurant before. I encourage everyone to visit the historic location in East Point, Georgia.
