Chick-fil-A Review

Amazing the original. The staff was so polite and courteous just like chick is known for. Crazy cool getting items I could only get at this location. Fried okra, frozen lemon pie, sweet potatoes souffle. Highly recommend it as a respite. Dont forget to enter through the dwarf door, it's good luck!

Great food and service. The drive thru line can be long, but moves pretty quick.
If you're just passing through and don't want to dine-in the start of the drive thru line is at the N. Central Ave entrance. Don't turn on Sherman Rd keep straight and the entrance is on your right.
Just wanted to add this because another car and I made the wrong turn and had to circle back around. So maybe this review will help someone save a little time.

Unique place to go. Only had a frozen lemonade but they had so much stuff to choose from.

Everything I visit this Chick-fil-A the food is either cold or thrown in the bag and looks sloppy. I went today and drive thru staff was Rushing orders for no reason. Forgot to provide salad dressing and sauce for grilled wrap. Horrible horrible location. Glad I don't frequent this side of town too often. Service has gone down within the past 7 years.

Food and service was great. Wait time was extended. Probably needs to expand dining area.

The line was long, but I believe it was lunch time. It was crowded. The line moved fairly quickly. I really enjoyed my spicy chicken southwestern salad and large lemonade with added lemons. Fast service and my first time visiting that location.

Excellent customer service. Chicken and French fries are superb. Enjoy some salad and fresh dessert. @miz_pound_cake

This is probably my least favorite Chick-Fil-A location... I'll rather drive farther to a different one. Ordered a wrap, but didn't get the ranch requested... Had soup, didn't receive a spoon. We seemed to be rushed and I don't understand why. Obviously, not the norm with CFA but I no longer trust this location, IF I return I'll definitely check my order before driving away. Nothing worst that getting to work missing items from your order.

Counter service makes for unique dining experience. Love to eat breakfast here. Food always excellent and generous at CFA.

The employees are the best. Some even remember me by name and my order.

I would just like to say thank you for a wonderful fast food experience. I came during the lunch crush a couple of days ago and the service outside was excellent, running like a well oiled machine. All the young ladies had smiles and knew which cars to go to with food, change etc. They even noticed I was directing them to the passenger window for service transactions because the driver was taking a phone call. THEN, the order was correct, even down to the condiments. Love it... keep up the good work and thank you again.

Very cool experience to visit the 1st ChickFilA ever! A must see tourist destination near the airport. My advice is to get a classic ChickFilA chicken sandwich with some ChickFilA sauce, don't forget to dunk your waffle fries in the sauce, it tastes great!

Not the best service I have experienced with chick fila, but their offering of sit down service and pancakes made up for it.

Please dont guard the sauces and hand out one when a large 12 piece is ordered with frys.

Acknowledging the guests would be nice too instead of just staring at them

There's a cashier there named Loretta who is VERY RUDE, VERY different from how Chik-fil-a employees usually act.

Place was great. Food was was better than you would ever expect. But be prepared to wait if you want the restaurant side of the menu.

Mac n cheese is good but don't charge full price for a half container

EXCELLENT FOOD...friendly Staff... everything seasoned just right...

From the moment you drive upon the hallowed grounds of the OG Chikfila, a feeling of euphoria envelopes you. The long lines are daunting but move with the speed of a cheetah and the efficiency of a swiss watch. Soon enough it becomes your turn to order where you are greeted with open arms and a cheerful smile. Once ordered you are thanked with the strongest 'my pleasure' ever heard on Gods green earth and a 'have a blessed day.' Every trip here is equivalent to church on sunday with that delicious perfectly cooked chicken being the communion.

Waited 30 mins in line an then they did not even know my name for the order

Good food, bad service! Long wait times, they run out of food, and each cashier I came across was very unprofessional. I've always known Chick-fil-A restaurants to have outstanding customer service. This location is horrible in that aspect.

This place is close to my job and I come here so much the staff know me by my name and greet me as such. They are my second family.

Great place! Good food and excellent service! It really has a fun atmosphere. This is the Original chic fil a, so you can see the history of the franchise right on the wall. Well worth a visit!

I always get good service at Chick-fil-A. I believe everybody get good service at Chick-fil-A their Associates are just awesome and friendly and they get you moving real fast you don't wait in you're automobile for a long time to get your food.

drive thru they gave me my drinks and forgot to give me my meal, this have happened twice

The original Dwarf House is usually good. I've been coming here for over 30 years. But recently the service is not what you would expect from chick fil a. I am no longer eating at chick fil a regularly. It's no longer a consistent experience.

Busy, but a must-see if you're a huge Chick-fil-A fan. Broader menu than other Chick-fil-A's, open 24hours.
