Old office n warehouse building in bukit merah area

Not easy to find and go there
One more thing, the lift over there is maybe 1980's lift having buttons without any counting or symbols on it

Parking even on weekend is a rip off. Was there for less than an hour and exit at $3.50. No sign board on parking charges at entrance. Most cars who visited the TYR warehoure sale were caught by surprise.

Not an easy place to get to. Glad I check out Google maps first. I took a bus there and the walk from the bus stop is some slope up. I was there to go to a place to pick up an item I bought on Qoo10. From the main road going in, you can see the CPIB building. :-)

Pretty old place. Only here for the TYR sales happening once a year.

It a place for small factory. But there is a lot of company inside. Maybe your looking a job this a place to start.

Difficult to find location and far from the main street. Make sure you know the clear instructions if you were told to come here.

Probably the last few remaining buildings where you can still find 1970s style bubble buttons in the lifts ... remember those with DC & DO? Modern day lifts use arrow tactile buttons.
