First time I've ever had one of their menu items called a hot brown .,I definitely suggest it. Dorothy, our server made me feel right at home and attended to our every need. Eating at the dwarf house is an entirely different experience than a Chick-fil-A in the mall. I'll be back!

Historic dwarf grill....open late. Guess the only chick fil a location that is open late. Crowded since it has long history so get ready for delay in order and be prepared to wait in drive thru.

Yeah, not sure. I visited the OTHER Dwarf House and it was pretty good. This one looked dirty inside and there was little sense of urgency. Our tea was given to us unsweet, though we all ordered sweet. We had to go back up and get it corrected. The chicken was fresh and hot as Chick-fil-A always is. Given the choice of the two Dwarf houses, I would not go back to this one.

I waited 2 year and as soon as I got off the plane it was a b line for here, technically this was the second place I went because I went to the one on Cleveland Avenue but they line was all the way downtown so I hurried to this location to get my fix. Service excellent as possible they literally were outside with iPad taking my order as soon as I turn the corner in the parking lot even allowing me to pay for it on the spot. Got my food with a perfect smile in fastest time possible to cook a golden filet on a buttery bun. I didn't even have a chance to eat my sandwich until the next day cold and it is still the best fast food in the world

I have been going to The Original Dwarf House for as long as I can remember. I remember being disappointed when I was too tall for the Dwarf Door and had to stoop over. In recent years the dine in service has upgraded, but with the pandemic it seems to be drive thru only.

I went in expecting a Chick-fil-A on one side and a diner on the other. This was true but the original Dwarf House menu items were limited. Still, the "hot brown" and the coconut cream pie were tasty. You can also still order the cole slaw for anyone missing that from the Chick-fil-A menu. Worth a stop if you love the restaurant chain and want to experience some history.

Long wait for food, food was cold, but they did give us new hot food. Workers unprofessional eating food off of customers plates. It's sad that the first Chick fil A has terrible service, I expected it to be far beyond better than the other stellar Chick Fil As I've been to, but it was far sub par. Very sad.

Service was excellent, the experience over all was great. Most of the food was fantastic and what you would expect from a chick fil a. The only exception was the burger. I've had better burgers from high school cafeterias. But what can you expect chick fil a is famous for chicken for a reason.

This is the Original Dwarf House. I LOVE this place. I've been eating at this Chick-fil-A for at least 30 years. This was also my first job when I turned 16. I worked there for several years... And I'd still eat there (workers in the hospitality industry know this is a major compliment to Chick-fil-A). The only thing I miss about this Dwarf House is the servers use to hollar orders via short-order to the grill cooks (like Waffle House). It's all computers now. This Dwarf House also serves steaks and burgers; they're great! They also have the best chocolate pie. Now go eat there

Fun experience because my family loves Chick-fil-A. The food was very good, just as I expected. The restaurant wasn't as clean as expected, but it wasn't terrible. The employees were nice and said the expected "my pleasure", but they didn't seem particularly happy to be there or eager to help. I guess I'm just comparing this location to the Chick-fil-a restaurants in my area and they're all great! Overall it was a fun experience to visit the Dwarf House.

This location is a true disappoint. I'll never visit this place again it definitely doesn't live up to the rapport of the brand. Advertising that they have fish sandwiches for lent until April 20th but this location which is supposed to be a true legendary staple to the brand doesn't have it. It's old and needs TLC badly. Definitely not the Chick Fil A standard I'm used to that's for sure. I highly recommend another location and not Dwarf House!

Ordinarily Chik-Fil-A is a easy decision for lunch to make. I love the tender cuts of top choice chicken breast, always hot and cleanliness of the restaurant is hands down better then traditional fast food. This location had trash overfilled, flies hovering, the bathroom odor was detected in the dining area, and the floors were filthy.

The staff were polite and seemingly working diligently, however no above and beyond. I was disappointed with my food today, the chicken tasted like rubber, the fries were cold, and the lemonade I look forwards to quenching my thirst was not satisfying. I would've addresses this with management but time did not permit.
