I have sued Fein, such, Kahn & Shepard for over three years for a property partition case, litigation, house sale closing, house purchase closing, and estate planning. all of the Attorneys are top rate. This firm has a bunch of disrespectful and rude employee (Salvit). They are liars and unprofessional.
Basically somehow can legally just Rob your bank account balance for medical bills with out notice and when you call to find out kind of angry since they just robbed you , they say don't abuse me and hang up on you like children, Mr salvat is the most unprofessional person here. I don't understand how this operation is legal. I wish I knew , seems pretty shady to me. Might have to take legal action and file complaints on these guys. Someone needs to stop them somehow if possible
I have been dealing with a woman at this office named Inatells for the past year. I have never dealt with someone who was so rude in my life. She lied to me about calling me back and it took her 3 months to refund my money back, which wasn't even the correct amount. She is very nasty and very rude. They also took part of the money that was supposed to be refunded to me. If I dealt with the court officer, I would have gotten all my money back. But they would never tell you that so that can take all your money
These people are nothing more than debt collectors playing Lawyer. They are scum.
I made a deal to settle my debt of half the amount. Sent a check to them in the mail. I noticed the check wasn't cashed so I called and spoke to lady in office. She was suppose to get back to me. Recently divorced after 20yrs with 5 children. I couldn't make ends meet and had to relocate back to my mom's house. All of a sudden a levy on my account. My bank account was in the negative for the entire amount $14561.00. I had to take my childrens savings to make I account in good standing. I'm receiving only $100 a week total for my children in child support. Then they renig on our deal now taking my kids savings for college. I'm just disappointed because I went through alot borrowing the money and then they still emptied my childrens savings. Not good service at all. My husband never switched insurance on my new car when I bought it and got into a car accident with my son. Car was uninsured. This was just one of the reasons why I'm divorced now. So technically wasn't even my fault. Just wanted to say thanks for making me and my children's lives much harder.
Have used this firm for closing on several real estate transactions as well as setting up companies and reviewing contracts and have always had a good experience - good, timely advise and professional.
Would give "0" if I could. They keep on trying to put a levy on my Social Security when they know it is against the law

This law firm contracts with HESAA and NJCLASS as debt collectors. Any firm that deals with HESAA and/or NJCLASS supports the horrific and under handing dealings of this shady agency. Don't support HESAA and NJCLASS.
No stars! JC is a scammer doesn t allow you to speak to the actual attorneys and kept my state refund EVEN though I ve been making all my payments on time for almost two years! But I m learning the law and they ll learn soon enough shouting consequences of scamming people who have rights!
No star. They were the plaintiff''s attorney. They misplaced, altered, and ignored my counter-complaint, because pro se litigants do not have access to Bergen County court system.
This firm is the biggest scammers.....Henry Hill Fein is the ringleader who won't even sign his name, he uses robo signing....watch him run from reporters when asked why he is scamming Innocent Americans..My husband had a near heart attack after they sent papers about garnishing his pay yesterday...We don't owe any money to anyone....LVNV funding is also in with the scams..I can't wait to sue the pants off these scammers....

I have had dealings with this firm for over forty years when they set up my corporations and I have used them repeatedly for many things since then. Not only do they handle my corporate work but personal issues and estate planning as well. They are a professional team that have always provide great service at a reasonable price.

Took entire paycheck and everything in my bank account for some debt years back that could have been resolved with a letter saying HEY we can take every dime out of your account and freeze it, give a ring. NO they go right to the bank and pull every dollar out how is this even legal? The matter isnt resolved with just paying debt getting a receipt, you can pay just no way to prove you did, so they can start all over again. They all need a blood disease, I'm contacting my senator and other reps on this matter.
