Complaint:
As a loyal Chic-Fil-A customer, I chose to take a field trip to the Chic-Fil-A Backstage Tour with my students and afterwards eat at the Dwarf House. In the wake of encountering the astounding Backstage Tour, we went to the Dwarf house in Hapeville for our lunch. Long story short, I encountered the WORST customer service of my life at this location. Breanna, Samantha, and Tytianna were very impolite. I believe they were being rude and disrepectful in light of the fact that they thought I was a youngster. They even went to the degree of overlooking me and giving one of my students who ordered the same exact meal AFTER ME the requested item I was looking out for. That is the point at which I realized they were deliberately disregarding me and treating me cruelly. I wasnt told a wait time or anything. I was deliberately being disregarded and looked downward on.

Fortunately, the manager was in passing and I disclosed to him what occurred. He was able to get me a chicken sandwich with fries in under 10 seconds. He was exceptionally pleasant and he was sorry for the service. The three young ladies that were impolite to me didn't apologize or recognize my essence. They didnt care about the customer and appeared to be on a dysfuctional team. If it wasnt for the manager's kind service, I would've called corporate right there while waiting.

The experience today was horrible. We had a party of 11 that was treated as if we were less than, after being told that we would be seated by one waitress who never returned to seat us and the available table being given to another party that came in behind us, to the waitress who finally did seat us, Jenny, who walked off several times while we were in the middle of ordering and brought the wrong items over and over after being corrected several times. We got our food 10mins before we received our silverware and made several attempts to catch our waitress in passing as she brushed us off saying she'll be with us in a min. After getting very annoyed at her lack of customer service, and trying to explain to her that if she doesn't take the time to listen, she'll never get the order correct, she explained that she had to move fast and rudely asked if I wanted to speak with a supervisor, which I agreed to. Barrett the director of operations came to speak with us to do his best to resolve the issue, which he did, by removing the items that were brought wrong, allowing us to keep the unwanted items and cutting our bill in half. I appreciated his efforts to resolve the issues, but he made an excuse that the unapologetic waitress was new and I explained that this had nothing to do with her lack of concern for us as customers. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 yrs, has visited this restaurant many times and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. For Chick fill A to pride itself on its outstanding customer service, this definitely failed in comparison to my expectations. This was an "F" experience for me today...

I am very upset with the Original Chick Fil A in Hapeville. I placed my order on CFA One. Confirmed it took the $14.77 from my account. Went to pick up my order and the doors were LOCKED. Then I couldn't get a manager to come outside and talk to me. Then at 11:42 I got my confirmation that my order was ready. What is going on at CFA? What time do they close? It shouldn't have taken my money out of my account if they were closed. This is not the type of service that I would expect from CFA. I am only giving you one star because it want post without a rating. CFA didn't deserve even one star for the way I was treated. The manager along with about 6-8 employees were having a meeting by the registers when I received my confirmation . Yet no one would come to the door.

So good! Very comfy cozy place with a diner feel to it! Our first visit and we loved everything about the place. Service was exceptional! Management was very down to earth and informative!! We will be back soon!

I want to be very clear about this. I love Chick-fil-A, my wife and I love their food and their service is top notch. BUT this place needs a serious magnifying glass over it.
Ifi would have known the food was going to be that bad, I wouldn't have gotten it. Second, ordered a meal with an extra drink, food came out almost instantly which was good. (Restaurant was not packed, steady but not packed) as I stood up front at the counter with multiple employees walking back and forth making eye contact with me not one bothered to ask any question. The original person who placed our order which was the assistant manager finally asked me, after making eye contact with me multiple times, if I needed something.
So to be very clear, I love Chick-fil-A and their food and service but this location and it's employees are a bad representation of it's organization. If I could give no stars I would. A solid 0.0

The staff this evening was very rude and not very engaged with their customers. I m not sure if management has changed but the atmosphere has definitely changed for the worse. I chose to leave because I am not going to spend my hard earned money in an establishment that does not greet their customers nor be friendly.

Okay, I am biased since I have a home that is walking distance from here. This is the first restaurant that launched the chain. It is a 24-hour diner called Chick-fil-A Dwarf House and has much more on the menu than one of their standard chain stores. It also has waitress service if you want it, or a self-service fast food section if you want that. It also has artifacts and memorabilia showcased from its history, plus gift items for sale. Nice little place to go if you are in Atlanta and staying near the airport.

Now I have tried a lot of Chicken and Waffles in my day and can I just say this Chick-fil-A has the Chicken and waffles for its price and taste !!! I came here one night to celebrate a friends birthday and now I can t stop coming back!

This is very rare for me to write a bad review about a CFA. Everyone praises CFA because of 1. The food. And 2. The excellent customer service. Well, unfortunately one employee soured my experience this trip and it easily could have been avoided. So, I place my mobile order so I could redeem my free monthly item plus other food items. However, I have 2 cow calendars, ergo 2 CFA cards. I get to the restaurant not too long before closing and it is packed, which is normal for this location. I purposely selected "I'm here" on my mobile order late so I could get in line to place my 2nd order. Of course CFA great employees had it ready early but no biggie. Well the employee, who I'm assuming was in charge up front, because her uniform was slightly different, called my name. I got her attention from where I was in line and stated, "I'm placing another order, just give me a...." She cuts me off and says, "Well, it's ready now, so you gone have to take it", with an attitude of course. WOW!! I'm truly shocked, because I'm in CFA!! Maybe she used to work at McDonald's and forgot where she was. *insert* I also had a 2nd mobile order because I forgot to order my frosted lemonade. *moving forward* So I finally get up to the register and was greeted pleasantly and placed my order for my 2nd monthly freebie under my 2nd account. I also asked for the other employee's name to which she hesitated and ultimately told me it was "Quan". So whoever that is that was working on November 30th around 11:30p, needs to go back to customer service training or leave her personal problems at the door. SN: reason I didn't place all of my orders via the mobile app, is because I didn't want to switch back and forth logging in to two different accounts to redeem two rewards. Anyway, please see that Ms. "Quan" is updated on CFA's normal standards. Thanks.

I really thought the company would put more care and attention into their flagship location, the original Dwarf House. It was kind of dirty in there. And the iconic red door was broken off its hinges. And most importantly they did *not* have any special menu items here! Very underwhelming. Probably not worth your time.

I ordered from the drive thru a 1 combo well done without pickles and fresh, my daughter is allergic pickles, so when we finally recieved the order they stickers on the bag started what I ordered, but when she took 2 bites of sandwich guests what on it pickles, so at this time I was terrified ,but lucky I had her epic pen in her bag so I call the store the first manager I spoke with sound he was giggling so I asked to speak with someone else and his name was Lenox he was very nice and helpful and understanding, so with that been said they to trained there crew when someone ordered something special they. Need to look and listen.
