Slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to and my drive-thru order was wrong. Wrong drink, wrong size drink, and wrong size fry. The sandwich was correct and hot however.

This place is around the corner from my house it has been a staple in the city of Hapeville. When all this CRAZY mess started with Covid-19 the WONDERFUL team at this Chic'fil-A made it easy to feel safe and convenient to pick up food and even through their mask you could see the smiles.

The line moves fast but the food is not as reliably good as most Chick-fil-A's.

It really needs to be cleaned and floors pressured washed. Was also told it was "too busy" to place a to go order in restaurant... CFA is ALWAYS busy. But most make it work and still delivers

Great food but waited 15 for 2 milk shake which made my food cold.

Placed a catering order for pickup at 6:30 that was not only not ready at 6:30, but they could not even fulfill the order. Due to their lack of preparation they did not call me to let me know. No compensation of any sort for causing a delay for me or any of my party.

Try to stop for breakfast but the line is too long I just leave

People were nice, but the restaurant needs an update, or a good scrub on the floors.

If you go to this Chick-fil-A, go for the full serve it is very unique to this restaurant.

Great food! They were incredibly busy & got plenty a little behind in the orders, but they displayed positive customer service!

Amazing, amazing, amazing very good food friendly and helpful staff and a plethora of food options from chicken to steak dinners. If you are in the area it's hard to pass up such a historic site.

Employees are always friendly and respectful. Food is hot and fresh. Join their club and get great unpublished deals.

Worst Chick-fil-A ever!! They always get your order wrong and the adittudes are horrible!!!! They treat you as if you did something wrong for letting them know the messed up!! There's a McDonald's down the street you get better service at. Yes people a McDonald's has better service than this place, unbelievable.

AKA Dwarf House, has all the Chick-fil-A you love, plus many of the things from their past such as their Cole slaw and carrot & raisin salad. They have large platters you can split... Pics are of a platter we had already split some. Friendly and fast.

This place has become so chaotic, they will make u wait for almost 20min cause they gave ur order to someone else. Completely unacceptable for the amount of people working in this location.

It was very busy and they still were very Professional

It was an amazing person at the window. She was awesome! I ordered two orders of fried okra extra crispy. It was perfect. I can't eat white flour and white sugar so that is my junk food. They make me happy every time.( The Chick-fil-A in Riverdale puts their okra in plastic containers with tops on them. It makes my extra crispy okra soggy.)

Beef at a Chick-fil-A??? Really good food on the waited tables side...worth the wait!

Food was almost hot, order was almost correct. Very friendly and fast service.

My daughter and I had the most outstanding experience at The Dwarf House today! Our waitress Julie Hightower who has been their 30 years really made us feel like we were her only guests!

Great service, great conversation, great food recommendations! We couldn t have asked for a better dining experience with a better waitress!

Extreme tourist spot! If looking for an interesting "attraction" here you go. Unique food options for a Chic Fil A including breakfast all day in the dining area, full service, burgers , straight fries, desserts, platters, create your own meals, classic fare, and more. Service is very rushed as there's always a crowd and folks waiting to get in. There's A nice counter eating bar for that old dinner feel and it's definitely a classic look. Restrooms available me with a bonus handwashing station outside the restrooms for those just needing that. Tissue and towel paper in stock but lots of use so messy when I looked in. Water on sink and floor.

They have a good variety of foods that are not served at the franchise locations such as chicken & waffles and southern side items like fried okra and macaroni & cheese. It was okay, but not as delicious as I hoped it would be. For the most part, I like the stand alone franchises better in SC.

Good family restaurant and quite busy during lunch hours.

This place is located inside Cumberland Mall. I go there for the lemonade, which NEVER disappoints. Some locations are a hit and miss . Their employees are always friendly and greet you, as if they are happy to see you. I would recommend them to anyone!

Good Hot Brown just not sure it was worth the wait to be seated, then waited on then to have an angry waitress because some jerks walked off without paying for their meals.

The original Chick-fil-A location! They have steaks on the menu and full sit down service with friendly staff. What's not to like?! Plenty of memorabilia sitting the walls to keep you occupied while waiting for your order.

Be sure to check out the "dwarf" sized door!

I asked for the fat free honey mustard dressing and got regular. Other than that it was good.

Cathy history! From the minute we walked in the customer service was outstanding. Our food was amazing. Chicken and Waffles platter will leave you full all day! The renovations are nicely done without removing the history of the building.

We enjoyed dinner in this wonderful place. It was a unique experience. I like the fact that they work 24 hours a day. It is very convenient. The staff was helpful with a smile on their face. It was a bit slow. The decor is very beautiful and contains a story.

The gnome house is a staple in the Atlanta community. I like this place because they are open 24 hours. They made a small design to update the place about 7-8 months ago to make it more functional for employees. They have great food here, especially inside, but you need to sit and eat. The staff is awesome. Fast service. Many of them have been around for many years. They always expect your needs. Constantly great service. Very inexpensive .

Usually I get great food and service..but food wasn't good.. didn't taste fresh and fries was cold

Service wasn't good I decided to eat in the Diner because I was just coming from the doctor's office and just needed a little one on one to myself before going home, I ordered the chicken sandwich platter I did not see my waitress until she brought me the check,she did not check on me to see if I needed a refill on drink or was my food okay or anything did not get that Chick-fil-A service this is one of my favorite places to stop when I'm on that
side of town I will scratch this one off the list

For as busy as they are they still had good service. Dont go if youre on a time limit.
