We came here for a holiday party. It was incredibly nice, friendly staff, even a bathroom attendant. My only complaint was some of the lodges near the back of the complex didn't have elevators which made it difficult for some of the people in my group.

Amazing location. Stayed for 5 days. The internet was supposedly working, I asked 3x a day each day why it wasnt working for us, and never got a real answer. Asked to be moved after day 3, they agreed, but was never moved? I know they were transitioning to a new brand, but seriously it was absurd.

The Cheyenne Mountain Resort is located just outside of Colorado Springs. My experience was for a social event. I found the facility to be quite elegant and full of Colorado charm. The main halls are log cabin style with very tall celings giving way to a very open luxurious ball room. The staff were top notch. They were extremely helpful and friendly. All of the facilities were clean and well stocked. The dinner we were served was very upscale. Definitely not something that you would get at a side of the road joint. Overall my experience exceeded my expectations. Anyone who is looking for a taste of class and local charm will find the Cheyenne Mountain Resortmore than adequate.

Pretty spot to stay at in Colorado Springs. Enjoyed the views. There is a country club with a private lake on property as well as a pool at the main lodge. Takes a bit of hiking between buildings.

This is our seventh and last year. The restaurant staff are very efficient.
However, getting your room cleaned is another issue. Dont know if there isnt enough staff. Tried calling the front desk phone rings 40 times with no answer. Very disappointed. It isnt like it use to be. Maybe Dulce is the readon.

Planning a large event here. Stayed overnight to see the resort and grounds. There was a thunderstorm the afternoon we arrived and basically 90% of the activities shut down. They sounded a warning bell which meant no more golf, volleyball, tennis, outdoor pool or beach, no sitting by the outdoor fire, etc. We really noticed the lack of indoor entertainment they had. Besides the spa and sports bar and restaurants there wasn't much to do.
Planning our event with them is a whole other story. I would give them negative stars if possible. This place has a high staff turn over rate. We are already on our 3rd personal assistant/sales associate. In my attempt to book a room for my 1 night stay with the sales associate in charge of our event, she did not respond to any of my emails leading up to the stay. Her last email stating there is a room for me, asking if the room rate was alright and that she would waive the resort fee for us. She did not answer any of my responding emails. The very night we were to leave for the resort I called the front desk and found out she did not book my room. I did a last minute room booking, met up with the sales associate after she finally answered my call the day I arrived. She adjusted my room rate but I later found out the resort fee was not waived. Responses from them take about 3 days to 2 weeks. That is after many sent emails and phone calls. They have many excuses "the computers are acting up, your emails just popped up", "I was out of office unexpectedly", "I was busy with a few groups", "She is on vacation". While we understand they are balancing many parties, professionally they should be at least be acknowledging our attempts to contact them, or they should have an 'Out of Office' message up. We booked with them 6 months ago and we have nothing to show for it except a few room blocks. All other planned activities, conference rooms, and food planning have yet to leave the ground despite our best efforts to plan this event. We are currently rethinking this place as our event location. Unfortunately per the contract we would forfeit 25% of our deposit if we cancel. Good way for them to make money by doing nothing...

Great experience. Was visiting the place a conference. Great places for quality cigar enjoyment available in Colorado Springs. Check out Garden of Gods and possibilities for other outdoor activities. I believe there are dispensaries selling Pot

This resort shows it's age and some areas are dated. Overall though it's not a bad resort. They really try to upkeep with the place and staff is also super friendly and professional. Very nice views and lots of things to do not just at the resort but also close by. Good eating and lots of outdoorsy kind of things. Location is amazing. Room cleaning is also good. Except when they clean the room they don't put new plastic bag in the ice holder. Other than that it's a good place to go with family. Unfortunately there is no adult section where you can get away from kids. We were woken up at 7 am from kids above us tearing down the place. But that's just bad parenting and not bad hotel staff.

The pool was very dirty and cloudy the whole time we were there and many of the amenities were not available because of what seemed to be staffing issues. Rooms had great views, but otherwise were pretty old and just okay. For the money, I would not recommend this resort.

Our daughter and son in-law recently were married at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. We thought it was an amazing destination for a wedding. The mountain range as well as the many other amenities were the perfect setting. Even though the weather didn't exactly cooperate during the ceremony, the staff was very accommodating for "Game Plan B". As such, those Colorado rains soon lifted and the sun came out. After our delicious meal, we moved the reception out to the terrace and danced the night away under the stars, full moon, and mountains. It was a wonderful celebration! Thank you, Cheyenne Mountain Resort Staff, for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to come back again!

My wife and I had a very enjoyable time while staying at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. There were really only a few things that we felt were in need of "improving". During our time there, the hotel had a couple of big "company parties". The downfall to that, the bar on the "main level" where the check-in desk and restaurant resided, was grossly understaffed waitstaff and bartenders. The company party did have their own bars at the level below but I think most of the partygoers' didn't stay there for very long so them going up stairs to play pool at the billard tables and sit in all the couch's and chairs there is what caused the "backup". It was a very long time for any of the waitresses to get to customers due to the volume of people in the pool and bar area.

Stay was ok. The nicer restaurant was closed due to covid so we went to Gates Grill for dinner and the services was lacking. The food was ok but not worth the price. Our server didn't come by our table often and I waited through our entire dinner before he refilled my drink but instead of refilling it with the sprite I ordered he refilled it with water. We waited like another 15 minutes for the check. He never introduced himself and he was unfriendly. There was only 3 tables including us. The room was nice and the beds are super comfortable that's why I'm at least giving 2 stars instead of one. During check in there was only one front desk agent and she was a bit rude with an attitude. She kept complaining how busy she was and how the phone wouldn't stop ringing. It took 25 minutes to finally get checked in. One of the valet guys came to help her with putting in a room service order and she complained to him too. It was just very unprofessional. During checking me in she was like make sure you access they wifi like this or you'll be calling here at the front desk and I'll have to put you on hold and you'll waste your time. She could have left that out completely. So all in all they stay wasn't that great. You could save the extra $100 and stay at motel for the same type of room and poor service.

The room was really hot. The ac didn't work correctly. Everything closed really early. I know there's restrictions, but it's hard to check in at 4pm and get dinner, with their restaurants closed, so we had to go offsite and then return to do activities by 7 when they close. The website said the pool and things closed at 10pm, when we checked in it was suddenly earlier. The bar even closed really early.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We were in the Dove Creek Lodge. When we got there a couple of the lamps weren't working and no remote for the tv, but these were quickly remedied. We enjoyed a bottle of wine and some sweets to begin our stay. We had reservations at the Country Club restaurant and I have to say it wasn't as good as we hoped. It took a very long time and neither one of us were happy with our food. Next morning we had breakfast inside the main Lodge. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet I had a wonderful special made omelette and my husband had one of the best waffles we've had in awhile. That afternoon we went to the alluvian spa for a couples massage, was very nice and very relaxing. I intern got a facial which was also very relaxing and a one-of-a-kind experience. We followed that experience with dinner at elevation Bar and Grill where we had the most amazing ribeye steaks we have had in a very long time. Had a very relaxing evening after dinner. Woke up the next morning for Sunday brunch. We honestly ate so much food that the food coma set in. I can honestly say we had a very very good time. And I appreciate everyone's help and assistance to make it that way.

We had our bi-annual Tech Conference here recently. Really nice atmosphere and food. Although there was lots of attendees, the food in the Mountain View Restaurant was delicious. Even for buffet style, the long lines went quick and lots of choices with fresh food. The rooms were also really nice. The only thing I didn't like was the distance from my lodge to the gym. It was not convenient to get to.

ENjoyed our stay at the resort, although we did not get the room we had reserved online because we arrived late, which was kind of a bummer. They did try to amend the next day but we did not expect that from a highly recommended place. Restaurant and food is great. you will get ice views as well from most places on resort but getting around the resort can be a challenge in a chilly colorado weather.
Rooms are comfy but seriously they need to provide a microwave for guests like us who love late nights.
Its a nice cozy place so will recommend.
