Great day. Love gruffalo ride Not all open but was early in season. Only complaint was no one to serve drinks in food place by house. Stood around and no one serving. Only wanted to buy bottles of water for journey home.

The ques are long.

Tip: do not waist your money with trying to get a que bolt it's paid per ride and I can only use it omce it's super expensive

Great place to go with kids. Most of the rides are child friendly, up to 10-11 y.o.after that might be a bit boring. There are themed areas with different food options and rides. Buying a refillable drinks bottle is a great bargain especially on a hot day. Best to go on Friday as queues are not as bad, Saturdays are more busy. If you are with hotel, parking is free. Otherwise it is couple pounds. Early pass works only for 6 rides like Vampire (which is worth it) but not dragons fury which seems to be a popular one

Love this place , but August school holidays it just gets so busy. Not enough staff to hand. Rides would run more officially if they employed a few more staff . Some rides there is only 1 person, this surely isn't working right !

Great for young and old, it was our 3 year old birthday and there was plenty of rides for him to go on, queues not to bad and probably could of managed another day with the zoo. Always 2-4-1 offers on so it doesn't have to break the bank either

A great place to take your family for a day out. Whilst some of the rides are closed due to C-19 there was still plenty to do. Lots of social distancing markings, hand-gel everywhere and mask signs implemented where necessary. Downside is the length of time queuing on popular rides - there for your own safety so can't really complain too much. We stayed at resort so temperature checks, one way systems, including buffet, and takeaway breakfast to eat in your room to avoid busy times.

I love Chessington, we go there often. If you look for dates marked 'Splash and Stay' you can stay in the hotel for really cheap. Be careful though because some dates are when the park isn't open. If you can find a date where the park is open the day you stay, you can use the swimming pool the next morning, which makes for a nice 1.5 day trip. The rooms are high standard. We always stay in ones which have the seperate sleeping area for my son, which makes a lot of difference.

Over priced and scabby. Rude staff at the hotel; particularly Daniel Nuth. Often lacking staff or signage so people wanting to visit the theme park are left queuing to get in the hotel car park for over half an hour. Pool is dingy, dark and noisy. Changing rooms claim to be cleaned every half an hour but obviously not by anyone who knows how to do it properly.

Went there earlier this week while there is a coronavirus outbreak. Legoland limits the numbers to the park making it safer, however Chessington seemed busy as usual and thus caring more about making up for lost costs than our health. On some rides (also outdoor rides) you needed a mouth mask while on others you didn't, bit confusing.

While getting food, people stood too close. Where you collect your food was crowded.

When walking around there was no separation of traffic and which direction as they had in legoland.

Personally I found it unsafe as it was way too busy.

Got rides for all ages. The seal show was very entertaining. Going there during a school break is a nightmare though as some rides wait were over an hour. After my son waited over half hour for a ride they had to refuse the queue as the ride wasn't working....not cool

The safari was shocking. Waited alot longer than the signs said due to an incompetent girl
worker sending the bus out with empty seats instead of trying to fill them making the cueing time longer. They only had one of the four buses in action.
The toilets were disgusting toilet paper all over the floor. Wee on the floor and the sink units smashed. They really need to sort the staff out. Most young kinds and stood around just talking to each other. We saw this on numerous occasions around the park.
People pay alot of money to visit these places but this is one park I wouldn't reccomend

Good day out for the family, nice varaity of rides to suit all the family. The gruffalo ride & show are great for the little ones. Very expensive to get in if you don't have any vouchers to get in cheaper.

Been going here for years and although it has changed dramatically over that time it is always a great place to visit for me and my family. Target market very much for kids but still great for adults too, can't wait to visit again sometime soon

A perfect place for all the family, we had a fantastic weekend. The hotel was really comfortable and, for my surprise, very quiet. There were a lot of small kids but we could sleep as if we were at home and the park is amazing.

I think it just gets to a point where these places become so busy, that it becomes "quick, let's get on the queue for the next place". Anyway, Zufari was a horrendous wait, for not a lot. Just ditch the cars and build a load of walkways and platforms so people can see the few animals without an hour wait and diesel fumes.

My little boy absolutely loved chessington yesterday! Although it s the summer holidays, we still managed to get on all the rides for his height, even though we arrived at 11:30 so that was fab!

But other than that little negative! Thank you chessington, you were great!

Not sure whether I like it or I just came on a bad day, several rides were closed, the zufari was a complete waste of time and alot of people were confused as to where the animals 'advertised' had gone. Not much there compared to alton towers and I've read other reviews saying it's the best zoo ever! Not sure I'd put it in my top ten but that's just my opinion

Great place for all the family but there's not much to do for children under the age of 4 as they are not tall enough to go on any of the rides, The Gruffalo, Room on a broom were the only two main rides my youngest could take part in. plus in the two days we were there we ate at 4 restaurants on the park not one of them had a high chair

The parking charges are crazy when you are just parked in a poorly maintained field. Then have to pay alot of money to get in the park too. The park itself was not too busy on the day so queues for the rides were fairly short and no longer than maybe 10 mins. The food and drinks are quite expensive as expected for this type of attractions but we had taken our own picnic. We were a party of 3 adults and 4 children everyone enjoyed the day. Please click LIKE when you have read my review. Thank you

Good selection of rides and animals. A little more geared to smaller children but fun overall.

Went as a couple. The park itself isn't huge, and is mostly do-able in one day. Though due to the small size it was rather busy and felt a bit clustered in places. We only missed a few attractions overall, partly due to one cue for a ride that felt too long. Other than this it felt like we completed it at the end of the day.

We were impressed with the animals, as they mostly had large enclosures, seemed properly cared for and also seemed happy enough.

There were only around 5 of the more "hardcore" rides, but there was a good selection of different styles of coaster. No loops anywhere, but some fun rides. One park area had a really nice tiger theme, we thought the themes in the other areas were not as original, consistent or nice.

Fun park overall, dont think I would go back but still a good time. It doesnt compare to Alton Towers or Thorpe Park in terms of theme and intense coasters, but is still enjoyable.

RE social distancing and virus control - measures were in place and all staff were following them. Certain tides required masks to be worn while riding. Every 30 minutes, rides would stop to be cleaned. Hand gel was readily available before and after rides. The park was quite busy in places, if you are in a risk category I would not go !

The park is pretty good fun for little ones, my son had a great time. However they don't seem that concerned about getting people through quickly. Getting into the car park took 15 min followed by a 25 minute queue to purchase entrance tickets. When it can to leaving it took 20 minutes to get past the car park barriers.

The delays were there throughout the day. The staff are not concerned in getting people in and off the rides quickly or in reducing the queuing times. It seems they are content with just having you in the park.

Absolutely shocking! There was definitely no reduced ticket sales and it was way too busy considering the government guidelines say there should be reduced ticket sales brought in advance! We won't be returning any time soon. No social distancing whatsoever. Had to cut our day in half. What a waste of money!

Staff is absolutely shocking. No help if you are trying to resolve anything calmly. We were shouted at by an arrogant 15-year old attendant at Dragon's Fury for following another attendant's instructions. She had a bloody ideas of her own for an empty carriage.

When employing these children - please explain to them what it means to work with people. Speechless

Lots of things to do and see, with live music, food, drinks, and entertainment all day through. The new tiger enclosure is really good. The best bit was the safari ride amongst the Rhinos and Giraffes. Excellent fun for all ages!

As always it's an action packed place to have fun for all ages. The smaller rides are great for younger guests and the bigger ones (e.g. Dragons Fury) are great fun for adults and children alike. The zoo has a wide range if animals from lions to giraffes to penguins to scorpions. Large selection of places to eat and buy food. Only thing to possibly improve is to add more attractions as it hasn't seen much innovation for some years to come.

People with bags & with out any single bags, pushchairs need to go in the same queue by wasting 70 Min ...who ever is organising the queue is so STUPID & we could have some atleast 2 small rides by now

Wasps, more wasps, temperamental rides breaking throughout the day. Extortionate food prices and rides turning rusty and faded. I have always enjoyed the zoo, but now some animals seemed to have been moved out. I enjoyed the new tiger area and witnessed a tiger walking over our heads which is a neat idea.

We went using an offer so didn't pay full price and our tickets to hand so queue was short on entrance. Queue length was fine but we went on a term time Monday. The queues generally are shaded which is useful and not a lot of people using queue jump passes so the queues moved quite quick. I was dissapointed with the pizza buffet as it didn't offer dessert like the one in legoland. Car parking is overpriced in my opinion considering how much the entrance price is.

Had a really fun time here, and got some great pics of the animals. Unfortunately two of the rides we'd chosen to go on were shut down which was disappointing, but we were able to swap the rides on our tickets.

Yessss the vampire ride is mental. However sadly to many peoples demise and mine too, the vampire animatronic has broken. Due to new safety regulations the whole queuing area is less dark and the music isn't cranked like it used to be. However, it is still the best place ever.

Good family day out. Good choice of food available and friendly staff all round the park. Only criticism was that baby change rooms are locked and only other baby change is in ladies toilets, should be available in both as it's not just mum's who look after their children! Parking was poor.. fields were flooded and cars were stuck where they had tried to park them. The park did wave the parking charge due to these conditions

SO DISAPPOINTED, save your time and money and don't bother going during the summer. We paid for an all inclusive ticket and no kiosks were open for us to redeem our vouchers. No toilet paper in any toilets so I was left sitting in a cubicle waiting for a kind stranger to give me some tissues from her purse. 3 rides broke down as we were queuing, inclusing their latest attraction TIGER ROCK! Used to love this park but it was a JOKE!

I liked Chessington. We had a lovely greeting from the gate gaurds who checked my bag and the guy who checked our tickets was lovely and cheerful. The doughnuts were lovely n large but food was expensive, I had taken a salad which we are instead. The rides were lovely but prices of photos was a tad high than when I remember. The toilets were ok but not exactly cleaned but when there are as many visitors then it's to be expected. It took quite a few hours walking around and the couple of rides we went on. To be honest I think it would take 2or3 days to get round properly to see everything and use the rides.

So much to see & do,lots of rides for all ages, plenty of places/choices for food options, gift shops, disabled access for the rides via a pass obtained from help desk on arrival, helpful & polite staff. New tiger enclosure is amazing, brings you very close to the animals & they have a large variety of animals to see, also a petting area for the younger children. Great day out, lots of walking as a very large area to cover but well worth it.

Lovely experience the staff where quite friendly and kind! There is upmost respect for guests in the park. Rides were super fun! Such a great place to take your friends when wanting to have a fun day out! I really enjoyed myself

I loved it there. Amazing rides and great quality. Rides for the whole family and multiple dining areas. I was also lucky enough to stay overnight. Great view of the safari park from my window. :)

Fantastic day out. Great for adults and kids. You need to have the whole day to get the best experience. Have been twice already and will be going back soon. They do some really good festival things such as Halloween and they really do change the park up it is so much fun the whole family will love it. The staff are very friendly. The whole family will have an amazing time. Some of the rides catch you off guard but in a good way. Even when it rains you can still carry on and enjoy the rides. The 2nd time we went it rained but we all still loved it. As long as your wrapped up you will be fine. Don't let it spoil it for you because it is still so fun. Can't wait to go back

We took the kids here, and got very unexpectedly good weather despite the forecast! Queue times were actually pretty good and accurately posted throughout the park. The rides can be over very quickly compared to the waiting time. Lots to do and see, and you'll definitely meet your daily step count while you're there!

I love Chessington. It is a great day out for all the family to enjoy. The variety of rides is always amazing and there is a great atmosphere around the park itself. Would definitely recommend for families of any age.
