Better than staying at home pleasuring oneself but not as good as being intimate with another person.
Good for families.

Very clean and very helpful staff. Moving around the resort was easy enough the que waiting times were the downer however

Most rides all broke down as we were on the Vampire so we were dangling for 3 hours, and only give a 10% gift shop discount card that lasted an hour. All the rides were really boring tbh and the workers let 3 year olds on 1.4m ride but my son who is like 1mm under the height is refused. And came off red af, lucky they cant get 1* reviews

Merlin passes were the best investment we made 2 adults and 3 kids (okay 4 kids if you count me) this is one of our favourite days out

Be prepared for at least 1 hour wait to go the rides
As the person who operates the rides then has to clean them all on their own with no help until anyone is allowed on !!!
I won t bother going again until they ve sorted this out a complete waste of money going
And also not all attractions are open

Like many places, the best rides are the endless queues. When you actually get on them they're good and the kids enjoyed it, so no real complaints

Hotel stay was actually really nice compared to Thorpe parks shipping container hotel, however this place lacks in large rides. Some of their better rides were either out of action or having faults throughout the day. This place really is for little children pre 10 and really can't offer thrill seekers much. Restaurant was fantastic however, food was cooked perfect and despite the theme park being below par the hotel and restaurant made up for things.

I love this place but when we got the tickets from the sun not all the rides were working and they closed the area around the vampire ride to make you walk miles around the park and I had my grandchildren with me so it was no fun for them to keep walking the long way round, I don't understand why when the park wasn't busy at all so beware of the sun tickets they're great but you don't get the full experience

Awesome for the kiddos! Loads to do. Great social distancing measures in place. Only let down is other people not keeping there distance. Like how hard is it to queue with a 2m gap? Apart from that very good.

This place has deteriorated over the years and shows a lack of investment and maintenance. Many queuing areas are shabby with over filled bins and weeds everywhere. Whole place looks like it could use a lick of paint. "Wait times" quoted on screens are all over the place 120 minutes then 45 then 120 - No doubt geared towards selling you fast passes! Not a huge number of people there. No maps handed out at entrance. Thorpe park much better. Disneyland Paris in another league. "OK" for small kids if you get a VERY good deal. For kids 10+ I would go elsewhere.

Ran out of parking, only informed about it once we got to the head of the queue

We stayed glamping for 3 night which was lovely but pricey and i have a toddler that is just 0.9 not much for him to do not even the zafari there was alot of miss comunication and payed 355 for clampimv and eveni.g mil was 15 quid each every night so worked out quite costly for the average family income and also fhink if there is electric in clamp tent should provide a kettle for a basic hot drink or hot water bottle

Great place for adults and children al8ke. Some rides have heighr restrictions but some are ok with adults accompanying. Worth getting 2 days here as 1 day isn't really enouhh time to enjoy all it has to offer. Food options and treats available.. parking payable whem you leave but plenty of parking spaces.

Can work out expensive for a family, search online or in media for offers. Lots of food places, toilets, grass area for picnics. All sorts of rides and attractions with a zoo area and sea life

In parts it is showing its age and has for the price of entry not value for money but the kids love it

I found it was very expensive.. Very long queues. Not very good for young children a lot a waiting. Was very Disappointed with zoo

Great day out for families of all ages. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Well kept and tidy park. Expect to queue on the Vampire for a while, everything else is normal for queues.

I had a great day out here with my two son's, expect to queue for quite some time for most of the ride's.

It was a mess! Half the rides were closed or had ridiculous queues. The staff were rude. The food was terrible. Needs updating and a good clean. Along with staff who understand customer service. Very difficult for disabled guests.

Seems to have got tired overtime. Also a number of attractions to get more money out of you; arcade machines, fairground type games etc.

Park was clean and staff were friendly. Enjoyed watching the animal show.

Designed for the tourist market. Good food, service varies depending on the member of staff some very helpful some not so

Great place to visit with the family. Wasps are pretty rife, so maybe take along some spray to deter them. Definitely worth looking into the all inclusive price online, included the refillable drinks and the meal deal.

I stayed here but didn't eat here. Comfortable room and efficient check in. My only feedback would be the size of the TV. Its tiny and given its location vs the bed you'll need a telescope to watch it. Really busy in school holidays for obvious reasons, so of you don't have kids avoid avoid

We go there every year in the summer holiday and the kids love the ride there now my daughter love staying at there hotel there food is so great

Amazing park full of exciting rides and activities we had such fun especially the vampire and the rattlesnake

Went during Halloween. Good atmosphere. Some breakdown on the popular rides like vampire and some long queues. Overall good day out.

Quite a disappointment - we expected it to be extremely overpriced and crowded - also anticipated long queues but found the rides rather short which sadly doesn t make it up for all other inconveniences. We went for online tickets that included meal deal - thought will be fun for kids - it was a Mc Donald s type of meal and a free drink refills all day - which sounds attractive when booking, sadly the refill stations weren t easy to find and we ended up having only one drink as it was too much of a hassle to walk and look for other places (also they only served fanta and coke zero where we had it) I found this very misleading. All food deal worked out costing the same as on the menu, so wouldn t bother as it doesn t save you any money - and realistically you re committed to all eat the same (unless you fancy splitting your party or eat take away - you have a choice between two restaurants in the park - one serves chicken the other one is a mc donalds type).
To be fair - you might want to visit with free/half free tickets (if you collect coupons) on the school day (if you have an option) but definitely avoid weekends and school holidays - but don t buy full price ticket - it s really not worth the money.
All in I don t recommend or/and wouldn t visit again.

Telephone unanswered several times Saturday. Website not updated re Weather conditons and whether open or not. Staff not knowing situation on arrival Sunday. Much time and travel wasted

A fun day out with my young children who enjoyed the Sealife Centre and the zoo animals. The safari was disappointing as we queued for nearly an hour but the ride was over so quickly and we didn t see as many animals as we had expected.

We went with a group of 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3 to 13, and there's something for everybody

Now fully open and one of the best London based locations to relax and take the Children

Place is showing its age, most rides old and theming is poor compared to other uk parks

Extremely disappointing visit. Really unhappy with the majority of the staff, we expected a animal theme, only to find the theme was more oriented around how to extract more money from the customer. Paid for tickets for the kids to feed More

Rides to suit all ages, zoo and sea life centre plus play equipment (indoor closed due to 2020 pandemic). Queues can be around 60 minutes for popular rides during busy periods.

Ate at the park food is not terrible as others say but it's not great either and very over priced. Ate from the hot dog stand by carousel which are boiled sausages which are almost impossible to mess up so you know what your getting. Later on went to the burger kitchen although the food tasted ok the texture was not good reminds me of Iceland frozen burgers.

It has everything you could want in a zoo and you have all the rides. Got to be the best adventure any child could have all in one park.LOVE IT!!!

Very unprofessional, and unfriendly staff at some attractions

Queues were small so we went on lots of rides and the staff were nice and social distancing was observed.

It is great day out for all the family to enjoy,It is especially good for little kids. The staff are very nice and always want to help you whatever the situation

All round good experience . I found food outlets slow to serving anything, from food to a simple coffee.

The animals are wonderful, good range of rides for all ages!

Just arrived from Chessington. Spent such a lovely family time. A real pleasure to return again!

Was incredibly busy. Too many people and too many rides closed. Have visited many times before but never seen it that busy and Ques so incredibly long. Could do with a bit of an update as the rides are now quite sparce. Staff where friendly and place was clean. Lots of hand gel available. Probs won't return only because I think paultons has more rides now for the age of children the parks are aimed at.

Really good day. Although the signs say mandatory face masks would have felt safer if they enforced it as this was the most people I had encountered since lock down. Didn't spoil the fun really enjoyed it.

Loved it! Everything close together kids had a great time. Didn't even get a chance to visit the zoo as we were so busy!

Not a place I would recommend for anyone that is older the maybe 8, we booked a room that included a parking spot, someone else was nearly always in it, when we told the front desk we were told to park somewhere else. We never recieved the fast track passes (whuch were encluded) even after I asked for them I was told to come back. Also encluded was a kids backpack that wasn't there either had to ask for it they gave us three bath towels. No hand towls no matt for the floor, had to ask for it. The food I would not recommend, the menu for dinner is very small and is not good. The breakfast which is encluded you have to make a reservation for an empty restaurant, the food consists of cold beans, tater tots, dried out becon and I am not sure what has been done to the mushrroms......we had 5 brekfasts we ate there three times one of those was for some toast and fruit as we dare not try it two times in a row.

Lovely theme park great place for the family so much to do

Really amazing theme park, good selection of rides for all ages. There is a massive car park with overflow if needed. If you disabled parking you can park real close to the front and the whole theme park os wheelchair accessible which is really usefull. On a busy day the queues can be quite long but there is a fast track optuon available. In the park there is loads of places to grab food and drink, the refillable option is probably best if you have kids and even if busy there is plenty of station so you never wait too long.

Rubbish queue times for average rides, and quite overpriced food. I was quite difficult disappointed, and probably won't go again. I'd recommend Paulton's Park instead - the queues are far shorter, and the rides are much better!

Great day out. We took our children 15, 13 and 9 for the day. We waited less than 30 mins for all rides. We ate at just chicken which was just like KFC. All staff were friendly

Good rides at this theme park, however not the best of sea life aquariums.

Avoid on the sunny days, weekends, school holidays as you will spent most of your time queueing. Otherwise great place, little Zoo, Sea Life , great rides, soft play. Stayed at hotel too, loved the themed rooms, kids pool great, all you can eat breakfast enjoyable.

Great as always! The park's map is very helpful at telling where to go and what is good for children of different age groups.

I can t put my finger on why but we didn t have the greatest day out here ! We ve enjoyed other parks more (me my husband and 3 just turned 4 year old) the gruffalo ride however is AMAZING but it s so new and such good graphics everything else just seemed dated ! We normally go to Thomas world every October and sad we didn t ! We went on a Friday in term time and average wait was 5 minutes ! Which is great !

It s ALOT of walking infact we did the park twice and my Fitbit says I took 23,000 steps , we didn t need one but from what I could see you could use a park buggy free of charge !

The park is so big . However the ride are easy and there are just a few ride

Took my grandson there for his birthday had a lovely day all though he wasn't quite big enough to go on all the rides. We had a lot of fun and it wasn't to crowded because of the time of the year ...lots to do and we couldn't fit it all in but would defiantly go again wen he's a bit taller....

Great place for a day out with kiddos. Plenty of parking on site. All the animals are well looked after and can freely roam in their cages. Rides are good for kids. Good food option is also available.

Good for smaller children as the roller coasters are mainly at Thorpe Park. Has changed completely in last 20 years. Before there was an even balance between Thorpe Park and Chessington. Both parks had rides for smaller kids and thrillseakers. Now Chessington geared towards young kids and Thorpe park more towards adrenaline junkies.

It wasn't overly special, we had to wait hours for rides that we eventually didn't get on because of the really long lines but the mummy ride (something along those lines) was cool. The customer service was alright so overall it was ok.

Hardly anyone was wearing masks and no-one was around to tell them to. Just signs!

We love chessington, the staff are always friendly and this year the youngest is big enough for most of the big rides!!

Great fun! Que s are very long so would advise two day visit or fast track and get their as soon as it open to make the most of it!

Kids loved it, if you can make it , get a ticket for the next day as there's way to make changes to do in one day

Nice vist rides for all ages good zoo plenty of animals farm aquarium etc plenty of places to eat and picnic areas only complaint people walking around smoking all over

Typical theme park. Lots of attractions. Fairly big queues. Some rides were broken/not open when we went. The app is helpful

I don't think any rides are worth 40-60 min waiting times. We waited 37 minutes for Vampire ride when my 5 year old son realised he cannot wait any longer and we came out without riding. It's like 5 rides for the whole day waiting in the sun. Either buy Fast track or don't bother coming on a weekend. And then don't leave at 5pm as you are going to queue at parking as well

yes this place is great had an amazing day here with the family. it was also the haloween event on so a little more special an d shows were very good with all dancers kids had a brilliant time . the trick or treat woods were brilliant not so much the treat at the end dont think the kids were expecting a healthy snack but a great day.

Standards have reduced greatly ,lots of rides closed get ready to q.Oh and bring some hand gel facilities a bit minging. !!
