I had a 4 and 2 year old and there wasn't much rides they could go on. Its all 1.2m and above mostly. Didn't enjoy wouldn't go again, I found legoland much more better for the kids and my kids enjoyed it alot more.

We couldn't do it all in a day as honestly lots to entertain everyone. Great for younger kids, plenty of food places/snacks, nice to see vegan food options as well. Zufari ride was amazing being able to get so close to the giraffes and rhinos.

The park is great, it is definitely for all ages. There is a disabled queue which can be very helpful for some people. Tomb blaster and Rattle snake are two attractions which are great for the whole family.

Log flume was closed for most of the day due to technical difficulties. Vampire ride had 70 min queue time, then had technical difficulties resulting in a 10 min delay, but overall we waited 2hrs to get on. Also Tomb Blaster had technical difficulties just after it had reopened following being closed most of day due to guess what? Yep, technical difficulties. Also, the rides are only open 10-5 in the summer when it's busier and queue times are longer?

Seriously Chessington sort it out, get more robust components or people will stay away.

Very enjoyable. Lots and lots of walking around and height restrictions are very strict, e.g. if u are 1cm under the limit you will not be allowed on the ride but there are rides for younger ones with no limits as well.

Yesterday i went there with my friends on 13th june, i felt really disappointed because all major rides were closed. They should post notice or something that rides will remain close all day, so people can avoid disappointmnt, people come from off places , they should be considerate.
People dont go there until u find out they open the rides, it was waste of time.

Chessington world of adventures! Truely the largest and fun packed experience in Britain. From the bookings to the arrival to the park was very well organised including parking lots. A very awesome experience for both young and young at heart. A must for family outings.

A great family fun filled day out. The new Tiger enclosure is amazing where you can get really up close and personal with these beautiful creatures. Rides for all ages. This theme park never disappoints.

Bring your own food and drink as everything on offer there is duff and overpriced. Having said that, they don't make it easy for families to find a place to sit down that isn't a restaurant or a ride!

Kids enjoyed it. Went on an inset day to avoid the crowds.

Good customer service. Security was heavily present and active, checking bags on entrance etc. Nice park, lots of nice areas and plenty of rides as you walk around. Zoo, restaurants, lots to see and do.

Excellent place to be! Kids love it of all ages. There's something for everyone from varying exciting rides, a petting zoo, many food establishments, games stalls, sealife center and much much more! Adults love it also! Different height restrictions for all rides and no one is left out. Well worth a day trip or 2 or more! Certainly plenty to do and hard to cram it all in one day thats for sure! We come regularly and never get bored! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and love interacting with the children and make a big effort in the way they serve. The food is good too, although pricey in some outlets but mostly there's a few deals to be had. Heard great things about the hotel but yet to visit ourselves. Don't forget to meet the Lions! VIP experience days and visits look fantastic too! Well worth the price!

It is a great place to spend your weekend. It is cheaper to get annual pass than a day pass as for the same amount of money you can upgrade to an annual pass. You also get 20% discount from the restaurants and bars at the chessington world of adventures if you hold an annual pass.

Altogether nice but queued 40mins for burger then to be told they wouldn't be ready for another 2omins! One serving two others came but they were all so slow it was cruel to watch. Rest of eating places good. They could of done with more training and organisation. Never been before but would go back very clean and workers around the park helpful and friendly.

Queue to park, queue to collect tickets, queue for toilets, queue for food, queue for drinks, queue for rides, queue for souvenirs. Massive queue to leave at end of day. Other than that my 5 year old son had great fun

This is first time I visited, my experience was not great. Things were not organized, finding attraction on the map was not easy the map they provided not good enough in terms finding places. Even staff was not sure about the places after looking into map.

Came on the 7th July 2020, as I'm writing this in the queue line, there shouldn't be this many people in the park. Way to crowded, no one is following social distaning queues are up to 80mins long! Need to limit more people in the park.

It's an amazing place to go as a family but fir me personally bring someone who loves scary rides there wasn't a lit of that in my opinion and some rides weren't as I expected like the one advertised where you go on a lake with tigers walking above you - I didn't really see the tigers
Overall tho there are so many things u can do and the rides are great fun!

This place is a top 5 park in the UK right now especially for the families which is arguably the best for children

The ride aren t all for children you see there top 2 rollercoasters vampire and dragon s fury one is a 1990 suspended rollercoaster in wild wood it is know for how intense ( obviously not the most intense) it is especially intense at the back of the train and the other is a 2004 Spinning coaster which is your party sits correctly you can spin crazy on this. They also freshen older rides some good some meh tiger rock is an amazing retheme but for the others i did prefer the old counterparts I am talking about hocus locus hall and bubbleworks

Some people may be asking are the covid procedures working I can say that they are trying there best and is not the parks fault that people aren t social distancing there are markers on the floor

Some of may be be asking what to have for food they have a few decent options such as pizza and pasta , burgers or a steakhouse

The hotels here look amazing just like any merlin park but the thing is that I couldn t sleep all night as the bed was uncomfortable and it was extremely hot
Which if I m honest is the only downside the park has

So this is my review of Chessington world of adventures I hope you agree

The theme park is a fun day out for thrill seekers. The queue times aren't too bad for a major theme park.

I can't rate it 5 star though as the people at the information seem under trained and unable to organise separate queues for those waiting to to pick up tickets and those wanting to pick up disability passes.

Queued for almost 45 minutes to be told I was in the wrong queue, despite being ushered into it.

If you're a day visitor with no Merlin pass, you'll need a 4x4 to park here as the potholes are bigger than an open pit mine. Don't expect any decent standard of food as this is strictly burger van standards at restaurant prices!

Not all negative as the rides are good (it's worth planning your visit and getting Fast Track tickets if you can) and the zoo is a good day out in itself.

In previous years we've stayed at the on site hotel, which was really good. Worth booking your evening meal in the restaurant on arrival as it gets full up really quick and the overflow Aztec buffet restaurant can be a bit of a mosh pit!

An excellent place for young kids lovely atmosphere friendly staff food slightly over priced but that's to be expected there is a lovely picnic area if you prefer a cheaper alternative, be prepared to que!! Any one 1.4m and over and looking for something more exciting Thorpe Park might be your better option.

Nice park with plenty of adventures. Accommodations are substandard though. Even on inclusive you have to book your table in advance of any meal. Same with the swimming pool and the rule is first come first served. WiFi is not provided by the hotel and you need to register (and provide extensive personal information) with The Cloud. Overall a nice place but privacy and comfort could be improved.

We had to go to Chessington world of adventure to renew our annual premium passes as we went to Thorpe Park and they did not have any. The service we received was superb not like the lack of service we had at Thorpe Park. As we had arranged to meet friends at Thorpe Park we then returned. So 3 hours was absolutely wasted because of the awful service at Thorpe Park and my grandchildren will never get them back so all 7 of us were bitterly disappointed.

I fantastic two days at Chessington for us as a family of 5. Considering it is the summer holidays the park was very comfortable to walk around and the queues were very reasonable. We managed vampire 4 times and dragons fury 3 times, as well as many other rides. The park staff seemed happy which makes all the difference to visitors. Our only criticism would be the price of a bottle of water being more expensive than a bottle of coke, in this day and age that is something that desperately needs to be addressed.

Not the most swish and snazzy theme park with huge rides as it caters for younger thrill seekers but it's still a fun day out. We live locally and have merlin passes which means we can visit regularly and avoid the big rides on very busy days (or just get one or two fast track passes).
We always have a great day and although the food isn't cheap we get 20% off which makes it OK.
If it's busy queues are huge as with all theme parks. You can easily get half price tickets online or on cereal packets but please set your expectations for how long things take. There are plenty of other non ride things to do with kids if the queues are long. If you are only going to visit once choose a quiet weekend! Get there for opening to get a quick ride or two before the crowds arrive.

Great park for everyone. Good rides, close together but different themed areas. Uncomfortable with the size of some animal enclosures, especially the penguins. Some staff rude whilst others lovely. All round great day though

Good for families. The park is small which is nice. Have reviewed in two separate parts. Generally without covid this place would be ok. Expensive but good. The fact you have to pay four quid to get out of the car park even though you have paid for park entry is just cheek.

Covid wise the park is really annoying. The mask Gestapo are everywhere. Even to the point where they shout from the other side of the ride in authoritative manner that your mask needs to be pulled up over your nose more. Hey ho. The children running the rides enjoy the power to be able to ball at people by the look of it. The bars and shops are short on stock. Again they use the covid excuses as to why everything is unavailable. Bored of excuses if I'm honest

Overall the park is good. Room on the broom ride is great.

World renowned theme park that lives up to its name. Plenty to do for all ages, my 5 Yr old 1.1m child was able to go on several rides and see plenty of animals. I would imagine its a very popular location during weekends so I would advise a midweek trip.

We found our stay extremely enjoyable. When we arrived we was told there was a problem with our room we had booked, however the guy on reception sorted it quickly and placed us in another room which was an upgrade. My children was thoroughly excited about this as it was a gruffalo room. The room was superb and very well in theme with the gruffalo!! The food in the restaurant was slightly overpriced and in actual fact was understaffed when we dined so did feel a little strain but apart from that we really enjoyed our stay!!

Not every ride was open but we knew that before we arrived
It was a very cold day and the wind chill on the roller coaster was very cutting

Great theme park ruined by Fast Track capitalism. It's great to jump queues, and people love feeling superior, but not everybody can afford to pay extra for the privilege. It got to the point where everybody felt obliged to purchase at least one of the queue jumping options. I am not sure this is the example I want to show my kid. That money is the be-all and end-all. Not at a theme park.
