We love this dealership. Jeff, our sales associate, was extremely helpful in finding the Audi we really wanted. They have a pretty good inventory and amazing prices. Before I purchased a vehicle from here, I looked everywhere in the tri state area - they had the best prices hand down! I am a customer for life!

My fiance and I had a great experience at Cherry Hill Audi and were able to hash out a great deal on our new Q5. Andrew Garber, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and thorough, while the Sales manager Mark Tamburrino was friendly and helpful as well. Oh, and best of all, Jenna Dobois was a beast on the lease/contract paperwork and had us out the door in no time!

So I have owned my vehicle for the last 100,000 mi...

So I have owned my vehicle for the last 100,000 miles. I have had ZERO issues with it. It is a 2013 Audi A6. I take it to Cherry Hill Audi for recall work (coolent pump) and an oil change -1st time there. Fast forward 5 days after getting the car back and it will not start. Keep in mind they did the 21 point inspection and everything came back OK. Clearly the dealership denies any wrongdoing and maybe it s a coincidence honesty. But really??? Zero issues in 6 years, then 5 days after service it will not start and I m told that I am on my own. Will never buy an Audi again because they re service centers are useles and would rather screw the local customer then try to help out owners and do the right thing. Use with caution.

I called and scheduled recall for my 2016 Audi A6 with 17,000 miles 2 weeks in advance,
24 hours before my appointment I was notified not to bring my car because they didn t have parts , I brought it anyway and by miracle they had parts available,
Got my car back, 60 miles later my check engine light came on, I called service with my engine codes he said that doesn t mean anything to me call back when techs are here, doing oil changes today

My check engine light was on because the trained Audi tech didn t put back my car correctly, he didn t re-install vacuum line, and pipe tubing for secondary air pump from air box.

I gave Cherry hill Audi my properly working vehicle and had to repair it after cherry hill Audi trained professionals touched my vehicle.

Edit: not my standards be sorry it s not up to AUDI standards, I ll let Audi know your standards are poor

My wife and I knew we wanted an Audi but hadn t ever driven one so we made an evening of it and went to test drive a few models. The manager, Mark, was amazing and got us set up with Andrew right away and by the end of the process (which was the quickest ever btw!), we had traded China and Israel travel stories, made fun of one another and became fast friends - and it always helps to make friends! :-)

We purchased a 2016 Q5 3.0T and My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our buying process. We made an appointment for Monday (7/17) and we were assigned to Dorothy who took us through the Q5. I was impressed with her in depth knowledge of Q5 and willingness to explain every feature the car had to offer. I have purchased a few cars now and I usually have more knowledge about the car than the salesperson. Today Dorothy contacted my wife (who will be driving the car primarily) about any further questions she had about the car. I'm sad that this was an out of state purchase because I enjoyed the atmosphere there and overall experience vs other showrooms I visited. Our visit concluded with Jenna in Finance to close out our purchase and she was just as pleasant to engage as Dorothy. In dealing with these two knowledgeable women, I walked away from this experience happy, and more informed than when I arrived.

Look no further than Cherry Hill Audi if you're in search of the BEST car buying experience a dealer has to offer. This is our third purchase from from this dealer and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Our sales team of Joel Mazie and Manager Mark Tamburrino worked tirelessly with us and with Audi of America as we had a very unique situation with our last vehicle. They were able to keep the standard set high as they made sure we were provided with the best available options and prices for our trade in and new car. Both Joel and Mark are very caring and honest people which made us feel right at home while going through the new car purchase experience which isn't something you see too often any more. It's great to feel as though you're talking with friends who have your best interests in mind instead of drones who are programmed to make a sale.

Once we went in to pick up the car, the paperwork/contract process was the EASIEST thing to go through thanks to the help from Kristen Rose. She is amazing at what she does, explains everything in full, and answers any questions you may have. As we finalized our paperwork, Joel took an extra 30 minutes (as the dealer was about to close) to sit with us and go through all the ins and outs of the new car features. Talk about 5 Star service!

We can't thank the entire team at Cherry Hill Audi enough! While most usually dread the car buying experience, we look forward to it as we know it's going to be a smooth and fair process. You've solidified your place with us as our go to Audi Family and we'll definitely be back again!!

After a long search of BMW 328 & 428 & even 228's, which were all very nice but always came up lacking something, we looked at the Audi A5. My wife was going to have a convertible as I was "prying" her out of her Mustang convertible, which she dearly loved. We saw on line an Audi A5 convertible (Certified Used 2014) at Cherry Hill Audi, which is more that an hour and a half from our home. I called and spoke with Don, who described the vehicle as "pristine", very low miles, one owner, and same as new. Pricing was interesting enough that I told him to send me pictures. The next evening we were driving to Cherry Hill, NJ to see this vehicle. It was exactly as described and was modestly priced.
Andrew met us at the door and we went for a test drive. I have to say that this sales experience ranked #1 in all my buying experiences having bought MANY cars since 1973. Andrew couldn't do enough to make this experience more enjoyable, thorough and reasonably quick as we had a 1 1/2 hour ride home. We would happily do it again as we got the car we wanted, the pricing that was fair and dealt with friendly, GOOD people. It was really a great experience. You won't feel pressure at this dealership, which I truly despise. Good, honest conversation about cars which may or may not lead to a sale, I do believe their goal is for the customer to be happy when they leave. Andrew went over all the amenities with my wife so she would feel comfortable and familiar for the ride home---truly an excellent salesperson.

Best buying experience ever! Byran was our salesman! Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle! Mark T the sales manager made us feel right at home. Extremely personable! Went back to sign paperwork and worked with Pete the financial manager was just as easy going! Adam went over all the features with me at pick up! Also extremely knowledgeable! The whole experience was nothing shy of exceptional! They will have a customer for life!!!!

When my service was complete, I accepted the shuttle service to pick me up at my home. The driver showed up with another Audi employee in the front seat, and then tells me he needs to pick up 2 other people on the way back. He didn't have the accurate location or contact information for the other customers, and I was stuck in the backseat for 30 minutes while he drove around trying to find them. Then, me and 2 other full grown adults had to squish in the back seat of the vehicle for the ride back to the dealer. Knowing that they had 3 people to pick up, I don't know why they would send the driver and another passenger, and I also don't know why the driver wasn't provided with their contact number instead of driving around for a half hour. I would have rather paid to Uber instead of being stuck in that car.

Called here to see if I could come in for an oil change on a snow day. They said as long as I got there by 2 they could get it done. Upon arriving at 1:30 I was told they are closing early and I would have to come back.... Now I'm back a few days later sitting in the waiting room for over 2 hours for a simple oil change! The only reason I even came here was because Audi of Turnersville was closed on the snow day. Needless to say next time I will just wait until I can get in at the Turnersville location. Come here if you don't mind waiting for a 3 hour oil change. To top it all off, they didn't give my salt-covered A4 the complimentary car wash that I usually get at Turnersville. Unreal.

I never written reviews but I had the worst customer service experience. I had a broken car window (Audi A4) which I was looking to get fixed. Called the service department to make an appointment, the agent on the call told me they would be able to fix it.They also told me they needed to order the part and the payment was due over the phone. Showed up to my appointment today (1/8/2021), the service agent informed me that they don't have any technician who can fix the window. They told me to come back next week and they will subcontract the work to a local garage. How does an Audi dealership not know how to fix an Audi car?!?! Makes you question if they actually have subject matter expert who know what they are doing. Basically took my money for the part and told me to find someone else to install it. I will never be servicing my car here!!

Waited 1.5 weeks for an appointment for a 15,000 sevice. Was promised it that afternoon. After not hearing from them I called at 4:45pm. "Oh, we are just finishing up. It will be reday in 20 minutes." At that point I had to get it the next day. I show up Saturday morning, the next day, and the paperwork was not ready and the car was not washed. "It will be another 20 minutes for us to wash it". I have heard lots of bad reviews about this particular dealership. I now have first hand experience and this was my 1st time with this particular dealership. Now let's talk about the price to top off fluids an change the oil and internal air filter....

I seldom feel compelled to write an excellent review on my car purchase experience simply because the pre and post purchase phase were categorically different...

However, I am compelled for this instance to give a shout out to Joel and Matt, the father and son team at Cherry Hill Audi!

Truly, we had a great experience! They did not only make our purchase a seamless process but went above and beyond to craft a completely satisfying experience. Namely, Joel as a truly impressive professional who with his years of experience was dedicated to assisting us make a purchase that is right for us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating, especially given my inflexible schedule. His commitment to an excellent aftersale experience is very much appreciated!

I am also very impressed by Matt's professional demeanor, down to earth and humble personality. He offered us many help and complemented the excellent service rendered by his Dad.

Don't take my word for it, give them a try if you are considering an Audi.

I came here last month to purchase a brand new Audi S3 and left the dealership satisfied in my new car and the great deal I got on it. I had an amazing shopping experience largely thanks to Jon Alessandri, the Assistant Sales Manager. I had done extensive amount of research to combat any sales tactics that might be used on me. None of that happened, the staff here were very pleasant and professional from the very beginning. My salesperson was kind and personable. Despite a minor mix up in paperwork, Jon Alessandri stepped in and corrected the situation right away and was very willing to work with his client to provide the best service possible. Jon was very professional and hold his words to the highest standards. He will go to great lengths to take care of his clients and do everything it takes to make his clients happy. I have no hesitation to recommend any friends or relatives to come back to Cherry Hill Audi, especially ask for Jon for your purchasing needs. My wife and I picked up our Q7 yesterday. They welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door. We were introduced to Andrew who assisted us through the process. Since we hadn't done any of the paperwork prior to our visit, we did spend a few hours completing everything. I must say that during that time the team at Cherry Hill Audi treated my wife, my 1 year old daughter, and I very well.

When buying a car, a few dollar difference on the monthly payment means very little if the customer service isn't worth my money. The folks at Cherry Hill Audi earned our business and we appreciated the great service.

I'm a 21 year old man and have had issues at other dealerships because I look so young, I've had to walk out of a few dealerships due to poor service. Andrew knew all you could about the vehicles and has a passion for the Audi brand. He made me feel comfortable while working out a deal, never pressuring to buy. My wife and I just picked up a q5 on Saturday and Andrew was amazing. We had been talking over the phone for a few days and when we showed up everything was waiting for us. We were deciding between a few different cars and he worked with us to figure out exactly what would be best and worked to get us into our price point. The experience was simple and smooth. I was able to take my time to make a decision without her pressuring me with phone call and emails, which I was especially grateful for. She was knowledgeable about all the (many) features and took her time to go over all of them with me twice. Once when I first saw the car and again on delivery. I will be glad to work with her again in the future.

Andrew Garber and his team were knowledgeable about product and truly concerned about the right car, with the proper features for me. The experience was not about trying to "unload inventory". Andrew took sufficient time listen carefully and deal with sensitive pricing issues, like a gentleman and a professional. You will do yourself a disservice not to consider stopping in.

The customer service at cherry hill Audi is beyond awesome. I walked in without an appointment at 7:30am and they cheerfully took my car, walked me to a comfortable area from where I could do work, and had the car ready in under 3 hours. The downside? It's really expensive to get your car serviced here. Really expensive. Personally, I think it's worth it. My 9 year old Quattro A4 drives like I just drove it out of the showroom. And that's all because of the very high quality service they provide. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is a super bad service experience. Tech put too much engine oil in my car when I had service in summer time. Today the engine light is on, so I came to do another service. After check, the person in service desk told me the light was on because there are 2 QTS of oil over filed. He ask me to pay $65 to move the extra oil out. I told him the oil was changed in summer time in this service center. I never had oil change elsewhere since I purchased it in 2016. He said "It's hard to believe the engine lights turned on after 4 month of running". He also says it's my responsibility that I put too much oil in the car. It's not 5,000 mile yet since last oil change, and I been told every oil change can last for 10,000 miles. So what's the reason for me to change the oil again for less than 5,000 miles running? He keep saying he can't believe it and it's my responsibility. I asked him to take a look of my service record to find out who did the work. He said "Do you ask me to pay for that? I don't pay. " He said either I pay $65 or he needs to pay $65. I asked to talk to his manager, he asked me to come back next day. I ask him if I can talk to anyone in charge, he said it's done, it's ok, I pay it! This is ridiculous. I am so disappointment for Audi, I spent $60,000 not only for the car, but also for the service. What service do you provided?! This center is horrible. How can you over filed 2 QTS of oil?! How can you ask customer to pay for your stupid mistake?! You don't know how to change oil, what can you do?! You charged me $500 for 10,000 mile inspection, did you really do the works that show on the receipt?! I doubt now!

Just purchased a new q7 from there. Wonderful experience overall with Andrew and the dealership! I drove 1.5 hour from north jersey to there to get the exact build I want. They matched the aggressive offer on the new car from another dealership with an excellent trade-in price on my old one. Andrew is professional and knowledgeable! Moreover, they charge a much lower fee than others. Definitely the best car buying experience!

It s unfortunate when you do business at a dealer and they treat you like gold until you drive off the lot.

I live far from Cherry Hill and have been having battery issues which is apparently plaguing 8V S3s. I ve called and left messages inquiring about the issue and what can be done to which no one responds. I ve since taken my service elsewhere.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a Q5 from this location. We initially met with Andrew for a test drive and he offered helpful information without being pushy. That car ended up not being "the one," but he kept in touch when new stock came in. When a car came in that we were interested in purchasing, he coordinated for us to meet with another Sales rep to figure out the finances to avoid a delay while he was out of the office. Jenna handled our closing paperwork and provided honest, helpful advice when it came to the various warranty options. Finally, Andrew gave us a full walk-through of the car technology features and setup some defaults, saving me a lot of time reading the manual. The only negative part of the transaction was when I felt they offered a very low amount for my trade-in, but we eventually reached a fair price. I guess that's part of the car-buying experience, but it does bring the experience down a bit.

Overall, we're very happy this the car, with the customer service during the purchase, and are hoping to have just as great of an experience with the car service.

I am late to post this, but we purchased our A4 in October and had the best experience we had at any Audi dealer. We drove to Cherry Hill first and I was a bit of a snob and said it looked like they were going out of business because of the transition to the new building being built(I didn't know), we left without getting out to look. We drove to Turnersville and had a terrible experience, wandered around in the rain and when no one bothered to say hello, we went inside and waited until someone was available. The sales guy from Turnersville was more of a snob than I was because he played with his phone more than discussing leasing terms, financing etc. with two t-shirt, jean wearing people. I loved Audi from car shows and the A4 was my favorite from what I read about it, but still hadn't driven one- we went back to Cherry Hill. I am so glad we did. We were welcomed right away, treated like old friends and test drove the car I had been dreaming of and the sales guy didn't mind that I wanted to test drive it and I was a girl. So progressive and none of that machismo nonsense. Because of this dealership I will be a customer for life. Also had the car serviced for maintenance, nothing but professional folks running the show.

If you are in the market for a car, this is the place you want to go. I have been a driver for almost 40 years, and have had more than 40 cars. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Imagine, a car dealer that actually delivers on what it promises. I know it is hard to believe, but it is actually true here. Now I have seen it all, but don't take my word for it. Go visit them yourself and you will be happy that you did. No pressure, no hassle, and they come through on their promises. I can't say enough about this place. It is the greatest!

I've dealt with many dealerships from lexus, to Mercedes and bmw but none like Cherryhill Audi. My gf recently wanted to get an SUV and we went to this dealership were treated better then any dealership I have been too. Best Audi dealership I have ever been too. I forgot who my salesman was but he had a big head was great. The sales manager Kath was great and everyone else. If you go there ask for Andrew and Kath.

Working with Andrew and Parth made buying a new car easy. They both were very accommodating of my needs, answered my questions and made the experience as smooth as possible. Even though delivery ended up taking place after hours, Andrew patiently went through the car and reviewed all of it's features with me. He even missed his son's Homecoming coronation to complete delivery!! I would definitely recommend going to Cherry Hill Audi.

Our 1st Audi, the A3 and Andrew was our sales representative then also. Our first experience with Andrew was so amazing that we wanted to give him our return business. Wonderful experience with Audi of Cherry Hill! We drove in to see the Audi Q3 on a Saturday evening about 6:15. Knowing the dealership was closed for the evening...we never expected an employee, who had been in the lot on his way out for the night to come over to us. Shea Jones walked over and asked us if we had any questions and spent some time with us. I explained to him that I was interested in the Q3. He was attentive and went out of his way. We made an appt to see him that following Monday. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mel who answered our questions and took us for a test drive while Shea was finishing up some business. Mel was professional and full of information. We sat down with Shea and told him our expectations. Shea and Mark did not play any games with us. They worked with us to get me where I felt comfortable in purchasing my new vehicle. They were professional, knowledgable and they made this car buying experience an absolute pleasure.

I should've known better after my first visit. This place is a rip off. Went in for an oil chance, was told I was due for a "major" service and ended up paying $1500. I would have payed over 2k if I said yes to everything they found after diagnosis. The Hispanic male at the front desk was trying his best to convince/scare me to "fix/repair" things technician found using technical mechanical vocabulary over the phone and claiming I may void the warranty if I don't.

We had a very positive shopping experience at Audi of Cherry Hill. Our representative was Joel.. Joel was friendly, honest, and direct. Joel provided a fair price on the vehicle we were interested in as well as a fair value for our trade. There were no pressured sales tactics whatsoever. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because ultimately we chose to go with another vehicle. Joel wished us luck and thanked us for considering Audi of Cherry Hill. If considering an Audi in the future we will definitely be paying Joel a visit.

Stopped in Cherry Hill Audi Saturday afternoon to take a look around. My wife and I are looking for a new car for her. We met a gentleman named Joel Mazie right off the bat I liked him and had a feeling we would be buying a car from him but it was only our 1st stop in our search for a new car! He did a fantastic job at explaining all we needed to know and everything we asked about there vehicles. We became very interested in the Q5. We told Joel we need to look around to make sure my wife gets a car she really wants and will enjoy. As we where shaking hands to leave he told me before you buy please stop back and give him a chance he is sure we won't be disappointed. To keep this story short we left visited few other dealerships and at one found a used 2016 Audi Q5 with a very competitive price tag very low miles and almost bought it. I told my wife NO we need to call Joel like we promised we would...Monday morning, woke up called Joel said here is your chance and boy was it the BEST decision we have made! Today we are a proud owner of a brand new 2017 Audi Q5 and could not be any happier!!! The experience was fantastic the service was second to none and now I can't wait for my wife to let me go back to see Joel for my Audi! Lol Thank you Joel Mazie for a great experience!

After working with the service department I have changed to a 2 star. The customer service staff is rude, unprofessional and arrogant. I had a much better experience in the past at BMW. This staff is unorganized and made me wait 2 hours for a computer update recall.. . they originally promised a 30 minute wait. Try another dealership if you want to avoid the aggravation.

The absolute worst in service. I drive to Fort Washington to get my Audi serviced and it s worth every mile. I call parts three times today. No answer. I guess they don t need my business. Why won t Audi corporate make them improve the experience. Rude family business. Oh well. After buying my car there the first service experience was so bad I said never again.

As a previous Finance Manager in the business and specifically the VW/Audi product line I got myself all geared up to use my knowledge to facilitate the right transaction for my family. Unfortunately I never had a chance to put my knowledge to work. Frankly this dealership was to professional, courteous and customer oriented for my having experience in the business to even make a difference. My purchase, a certified pre-owned Routan was incredible. There simply aren't enough ways to express my thanks for the hassle free, no-nonsense legitimate caring that we experienced. For starters we contacted Jim Kanz in the internet sales department who was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. He introduced me to his General Sales Manager who in turn introduced me to Jaime. Jaime showed us not only the vehicle we had come in to see but alternatives based on our needs in order to make the best deision for our family. She gave us time to consider the options and make the right decision with no hassle or headache. She is courteous & professional in every sense of the word and I would say if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle and you don't go see Jaime you are doing yourself a huge disservice. Every situation that could have posed a problem was easily and professionally dealt with and put to bed. My situation took a little extra time to align the financing because life happens. I new that would be the case going in but I did not know how easily the situation would be rectified.....Kristen in finance was a true professional and I hope to work with her again on my next purchase. Additionally I was shocked not to see the standard myriad of fees associated with purchasing a vehicle in this state. Thank you for that.....I just saved a lot of money on my car purchase!!!! Yes I will be going back to Cherry Hill Imports to purchase my TDI Passat in December. I would not consider going anywhere else and I have worked for the competion....competition in theory only as this group is hands down the number one VW, Audi, Porsche dealership in the state. Well worth the drive if your considering this product and reside within 100 miles.
